Owner was very easy to contact & responded in a friendly & short time. My husbands family has been staying in this condo community for a week each summer for the last 37 years. We had previously rented from the condo association but those units are NOT updated and do not provide you with anything! This unit was updated very nicely & clean! Literally provided more than what you needed to enjoy a few days or longer at the beach. Only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The location was perfect in the community as it was very private. The patio was so nice to sit out and not see any neighbors. Definitely would recommend this owner & unit to anyone!

We booked this townhouse very last-minute. We were thrilled to find such a nice place that was on the beach but close to other things we wanted to see/do. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, Beatrix was a fabulous hostess. Anytime I had a question or concern, she responded promptly and was very helpful, even bringing us a beach chair one day. The townhouse was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed: from toiletries to towels, beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys! We loved staying in a separate bedroom from the kids, and they each had their own bed, too! The couches were so comfy and made for the perfect spot to watch a movie or show together to wind down before bed. Having a washer and dryer was great and allowed us to wash most of our clothes before heading back home (one less thing to worry about when you get back home 😉). The townhouse is only a short walk to the beach, and the pool is even closer! We found great places to eat, some based on Beatrix’s recommendations, including Taco Libre and Sunset Grille, and the BBQ place near Fort San Marcos was so so good. A tour of Downtown St. Augustine as well as a Ghost Tour/investigation of the Lighthouse (yes we had encounters) and a trip to The Fountain of Youth (it tastes terrible, but the weapon and canon demos were pretty cool in the Park) made for an incredibly memorable trip!
We loved everything about this home, and we’ll definitely be booking with Beatrix again!

Well appointed condo that had all the essentials and more. As promised, the unit was clean at check in. Comfortable living room with plenty of sitting. Bedrooms were large with nice quality bedding with plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. Kitchen is small but fully functional - host provides the basics like salt, pepper, and food wraps, plenty of dishwasher pods and laundry supplies. Great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach and close to St Augustine Beach spots.
We have stayed in many St Augustine locations and this is clearly one of the tops.

Everything was fantastic! Accurate description of everything and the house is very well appointed.
Anything you might need is already provided by the host. We had a wonderful time, the beach is absolutely gorgeous, the community is very quiet.

This beach inspired townhouse was fantastic and very clean. It had everything you could need plus a few nice extras. Beatrix was amazing at getting back to me when I had questions. It was raining so we didn't get to enjoy the pool etc, so spent our time relaxing in the home. We have no complaints at all but if we had to put some, I would say the tv's could be larger, but not really a big deal to most of us- just the men :)
The one issue we did encounter was with the neighboring townhouse. Every time we pulled up, a woman would come out and say she lived there and questioned us. Are you a guest? What are you doing here? I check up on people when they pull in! Why are you sitting in the car? It was annoying to have the neighbor question you and assume you did not belong. This wasn't the Host's issue but the neighbors. My dad has multiple sclerosis and sits while we are gathering the baby or wheelchair etc.

This resort is a little hidden gem, and the townhouse we stayed in couldn't be better. Absolutely everything you could expect to find was there and more. Plus, the location was perfect. The screened in porch looked out over greenery and afforded lots of privacy. Lots of shade, short walk to the beach, and pools were easily accessed. Everyone we met in this gated community was friendly, and none of the family members wanted to leave.

A great unit, very well stocked upon arrival. Indoor/Outdoor pool was very nice. Enjoyed a short walk to the beach for some fun beach days. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings listening to the frogs. We would definitely rebook this unit and/or with this property owner again.

Beatrix is the best property owner of the many we have had over the years! Her rental is clean, well appointed, comfortable, in a perfect location, quiet, beautiful garden setting, walk to the ocean, 5 minutes from shopping center. Amenities include tennis, pools, and friendly, considerate neighbors. Beatrix is close by and available to answer questions and provide help if needed. Highly recommend without reservation! The reason for our stay was not an ordinary one. Our family
had gone through a painful time and we were hoping to
find renewal and healing.
I can't express how stress free, immaculate and convenient we found the accommodations. The location is centrally located. The amenities of the resort satisfied all ages and the security of the resort was an added bonus.
Our last night we walked from our front door to the beach to watch the annual new year's fireworks celebration. It was

The unit was clean and well stocked, plenty of coffee filters, towels, all the dishes anyone would need. Washer/dryer was new and worked great. Only a block from Publix, Winn Dixie, many good restaurants, and shopping. The pool was very nice, heated was a plus. We would easily choose this unit for a return visit.

Fantastic rental for our family!
We loved our time in this unit! The townhome was incredibly clean and true to the listing pictures. Beatrix was easy to communicate with and even helped answer questions in the middle of our stay. Having 2 great options for pool swimming and walkable beach access from the unit was fantastic for us and our 3 little ones. We spent so much time at the beach which was clean and not over crowded- no high rises in sight- and then we would walk back to our lovely condo which was quiet (a bonus for little ones with early bedtimes!). Beatrix had the townhome well stocked with all the dishes, extra towels, etc and we so enjoyed our time! We hope to come back for our next trip!

St. Augustine vacation
We had a great time! This was our first time visiting St. Augustine. This condo is perfect for a small family (me, husband and 2 children but this condo could fit 2 more people if needed). It also was perfectly stocked! There were so many things that I wish I had not packed because Beatrix includes so much at this property. The area is relaxed and quiet which I loved also. I took advantage of using the gym everyday at the beach club as well. Very nice facilities. The people are so friendly. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to everything St. Augustine has to offer. Would love to come back!

We loved our stay in this beach accommodation. It was very comfortable and very well equipped. There were lots of extras included that you do not find in other lets. Everything was spotless.
The location is very close to the beach and it was very quiet when we were there. It is an easy ride into St. Augustine and all the attractions.

Beach Townhome
We had a great stay at this clean and comfortable townhome. It has many amenities (Pools, Beach, Tennis Courts, and a Gym) that are all within walking distance. The residence was close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. It was a short trip to town to take tours, go to museums, movies, wineries, distilleries, or just to sightsee and soak up the history. The owner made checkin process simple and even came by to ensure we got settled in. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay again!

Fantastic Stay
Our family loved staying at Beatrix’s home. It was extremely comfortable, superbly clean, and close to everything. We loved the tennis courts, close walk to the beautiful beach, and proximity to the city of St. Augustine. We hope to make it back one day!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Beatrix’s place. The house was the perfect size for the 4 of us. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and we loved the close vicinity to the beach, grocery stores and other attractions. Beatrix was great and left lots of information about the town. She made the check in and check out process super easy. Being able to access the Beach and Tennis Club facilities was a bonus too! Is definitely stay here again!

Second time stay!
This was our second time staying in a property owned by Beatrix. We loved her home so much last time that we specifically looked to stay in one of her homes again. She is so kind and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed with your stay. Beatrix clearly takes great pride in her homes and has thought of every detail to make for a comfortable stay. Home is located a short walk to the beach in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. We’ve been in the community at the heart of summer and over the thanksgiving holiday and both visits the community was quiet and peaceful. Our family looks forward to our next opportunity to visit.
