Great value. Very clean. Well maintained. Staff are fantastic.

The buffet breakfast had a huge range of Asian options, the rooms were clean and had great AC. Pool was a welcome addition as kids were able to cool off in the afternoons. Close to the beach and restaurants. They were kind enough to let us shower after a day trip before we boarded an overnight bus after we had checked out.

Great place to stay. Nice clean rooms, comfortable and great staff.
Breakfast could improve but still not bad. Nothing really else.

Great value for money, large comfortable rooms, good location for beach and cafes / restaurants.
Fridge didn’t work. Airport taxi booked through the hotel was 25 minutes late.

A very clean hotel and lovely attention to detail with the room amenities. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Location excellent right near some great eateries. The pool was lovely and again really clean and well maintained. Easy check in and check out.
One staff member was rude to my husband,but later apologised. The breakfast was only until 9am which was a shame we would have loved to have it later a couple of days. Also there was no facility for lunch or dinner as it was out of season…but not a deal breaker as there was so many nice places in the area.

Especially one girl manager was unacceptable with defiant almost racist behavior.

Air con. is fixed at 25oC. Tech. staff take a lot off time to adjust the temp.

Everything is good, helpful staff, clean, good location, great facilities, breakfast is diverse with many choices, etc.
The only thing I would recommend is the shampoo - use a better type or at least offer hair conditioner so people's hair doesn't get frizzy.

The staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble
especially Thao- your wonderful sales manager
we had communicated with her prior and she
answered all my queries curtesy and promptly
she kept in touch regularly while we stayed at LeMore
to make sure we were comfortable
she certainly is a gem.
we have now cancelled our accommodation in October
and rebooked with LeMore

Not a lot. Too soon to go to Nha Trang after COVID. Some wonderful people there but also a large number of scammers.
Very little English is spoken or understood at the hotel. Frustrating. Rouge taxi drivers. Professional beggars.

The hotel facilities is quite new. Room is clean. Location is very good. Arranged for hotel pick up and the service was excellent. Requested for a cot for my baby and it was provided.
The reception area has no AC at night.

I love the vibe. The location is great, inside the city but close to all restaurants and coffee shop, specially view of the ocean greate for a price.

The room quality, the location and the staff. Pool and gym were clean with a great location on the top floor.
Staff at the hotel were fantastic. In these covid times most places are closed but this hotel offered as much as it could. There is a skeleton staff, food options and facilities but nothing was too much trouble to find a workable solution.
I enjoyed my stay and thanks everyone for making feel comfortable and safe.

The location is very convenient for us to have the breakfast or looking for other service. It’s also easy for us to visit other places, especially walk to the beach.
Free wifi isn’t good as my expectation except the quality is so so at very early (from 3am to 8am maybe)

Staff are friendly and super helpful. Rooftop pool is super cool. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. COVID prices are great value.
