Easy communication with owners. Easy access to property. Parking at condo premises. Surrounding area felt safe. The condo itself was clean and needed amenities available to make our stay comfortable. Easy access to pool. The other vacationers followed pool area rulesexcept for one night, they were there until after 10, but not extremely loud.

The apartment was as pictured with the plus of overlooking the pool. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, towels and linen, a proper home away from home. The closet was well stocked with equipment for a beach visit and quick replies from owners for any questions we had. Anything we required was within 15 minutes. A pure 2 week pleasure.

Our unit was very comfortable with good proximity to the pool. It's nicely decorated and well equipped with towels and kitchenware. We did have to supply paper items and soaps for this unit.
This is the second year we stayed in Barefoot Beach and we love the area as it’s not congested and naturally beautiful with lots to do in walking distance.
The beach items, chairs and umbrella, need to be replaced as the umbrella was broken and chairs are not easy to carry.
This has nothing to do with the unit but the parking area left us disappointed as someone dented our rental and did not leave a note to identify themselves. Management of the facility should warn renters about being responsible for damages to others property including cars in the lot. We may be liable for damages. Afterwards we parked a distance away.
We will definitely return as it is a great beach vacation area!

Excellent communication with Georgia and Steve before, during and after our stay at their condo. The location of the condo couldn’t have been better! The queen bed is very comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. Kitchen area was clean and efficient. The pool area is large and overlooks the inter-coastal waterway. The beach is directly across the street for beautiful sunsets. Salt Rock Restaurant next door was on point and min golf was a “stones throw away” from the condo complex. We also tried the 2 breakfast locations they suggested and both didn’t disappoint. Thank you and we will be back!

Location was great! Restaurants, grocery, and activities within a few minute drive! Beach access was awesome and just a walk across the street! Rent beach cabana’s on the beach, Take a wagon and you’re all set! Condo was well laid out with views of the river and amazing pool area. It was perfect for family of 6 with all amenities needed. They had fully stocked kitchen for cooking, boogie boards, cooler, fishing rods, volleyball, and some sand toys! We will return for sure!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the week here and it was perfect. Right across the road from the beach, had so many amazing restaurants/ a really good coffee shop walking distance away. It was super nice, clean, and had all the necessities you might need for your stay. The property manager was very friendly and helpful, and had quick response time when we had questions. It was perfect and I for sure recommend and will be staying here again in the future!

We had such a great time at the Barefoot Beach condo!
The condo fit our family of four perfectly! It was clean and had everything we needed, including: towels, chairs for the beach, an umbrella, a cooler, pool noodles, and a boogie board. The kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
The pool was right outside our building as was clean and warm.
Lots of lounging chairs were available. It was fun to watch the dolphins from dock right outside the pool area. The beach was just across the street. It was not crowded and had nice sand and fun shells!
The owners, Georgia and Steve, were quick to reply to messages and texted us the first day to make sure we had what we needed.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to our friends and family!

We stayed at the property the first week of March 2023. The property is accurately described in the listing. The directions/information provided by the owners was very helpful. We had trouble unlocking the door but a qiuck phone call, cell number in the directions, and the lady in charge of housekeeping had it fixed in minutes. The condo over looks the pool with a view of the intercostal. The beach is a short walk across Gulf Blvd. The beach is beautiful and you can walk miles in both directions. There are chairs, a cooler and an umbrella in the condo. The pool was very nice, clean and warm with bathrooms next to it, handy. The kitchen is small but well equipped and has seemingly new appliances. We had an issue with the shower water temperature but one call to the owner and a plumber was there to replace the hot water heater. The shower stall is probably ready for an update but it is fully functional. Although the condo floors looked clean I think they are "swept" clean but not "washed" clean. Socks/feet would show the dirt, not a big deal though. The week we were, the complex was very quiet. A few days after we arrived, the red tide became an issue. This would be something to consider if you have any respiratory issues. There are 3 restaurants I would recommend, DJ's Clam shack, Marios Italian in Madiera Beach and Waltzs at St Johns Pass. There is a CVS and a Winn Dixie conveniently located. All in all a very good week. I would stay there again.

We had a great experience at the Barefoot Beach Resort! The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Entry and checkin were a breeze. We didn't have the best beach weather, but on warm days it was extremely convenient to grab the couple of camping chairs in the condo and walk across the street to the beach access. Pool was also nice, though better get there early for a good chair! Overall we enjoyed the central and quieter location with easy drives to St. Pete and Clearwater if we were in the mood for more action. We would definitely return!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. The location was ideal. Intercoastal Waterway on one side and the Gulf steps away (short walk across the road-and you are on sand!) Gorgeous white sand and beach swimming was great. The condo was bigger than I was expecting. I hope we can come back to visit next year. It was a wonderful trip!

We loved our stay! Location couldn't be better, it was an easy walk across the street to the beach. A manatee swam next to us the first day! Indian Shores is a great location for beach swimming and good restaurants. Easy drive to Clearwater or St Pete's. Condo was lovely and had everything we needed like beach towels, umbrella, and cooler. View overlooks the pool and inner coastal waterway. Loved this place and would stay again!

Amazing place!
This condo was everything we hoped for and more! It was so clean, decorated so nice and everything is maintained very well! The owners were so very kind and helpful for booking and provided me with so much information on places to go, and gave us info about the trolley service. They're amazing and so kind!!! We definitely want to come back here again, no doubt! We had beach toys, noodles, boogie boards, chairs... Just everything we needed for a relaxing week! And the beach access is right across the street for amazing sunsets every night! The TV in the living room is huge too, we all loved that for movie nights! And the shower had double shower heads! How amazing is that!?
Overall, Barefoot beach resort is nothing short of amazing! The property grounds are maintained so well, everything looks beautiful at all times. There's plenty of places to sit at the pool, and the trolley stop is right across from the buildings! The intercoastal waterway is literally right outside the door and down the steps.
And a short walk away is one of the top 10 dive bars-Muhuffers... A must see!
We ordered grocery delivery, which worked out great because we didn't rent a car. We used the trolley to go from the condo to Clearwater and also John's Pass. So convenient!
We can't wait to come back again!!

Mother/daughter getaway
My teen daughter and I are on a quest to see the Brewers play in every stadium, and we stayed here while the Brewers were in town to play Tampa Bay. This property was perfect for us. I slept in the master bedroom and my daughter used the sunroom pull out futon couch. The property was very clean and well-kept, the pool is very nice, and the beach is just across the road. The condo is also in a great location - close to restaurants, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Great Location!
The condo was as described and worked well for our family of four. The location was great. We drove to John’s Pass more than once, played mini golf next door and were able to walk to a couple of restaurants. We all enjoyed the pool and it had plenty of seating. It was a short walk to the beach with easy private access and didn’t feel crowded. The neighborhood felt safe and everyone at the condo was very friendly. We enjoyed fishing off the dock. The condo was very well stocked and the kids enjoyed the beach toys. We also enjoyed watching a movie after dark and the WiFi worked great when needed.

Great stay in Indian Shores
We were able to arrange getting in early, the check in process was a breeze, loved the location and being on the gulf side. We rented a golf cart as our mode of transportation and access to everything was very easy. Also, coffee shop in walking distance so walking to get coffee and watch for dolphins was a daily occurrence. Thanks!

The condo was nice pretty clean, the things we didn't like were the smoke detecter hung down from ceiling, the kitchen sink faucet didn't go back up, the pots and pans need to be replaced rust on some of them. The ceiling fans had alot dust on them, and the bathroom door and base board need to be painted.

Family Vacation
After a 16hr delay in our flight we lost a day of vacation by the time we got to Florida. When we finally arrived at 4am we entered a very nice and clean condo. Bed was comfortable. Our kids slept on the futon and the couch. Both slept great every night. Great view of the Intercoastal, and literally a 3min walk to the beach. Felt very safe walking the neighborhood at all hours. Great communication with the owners. Our trip was kinda cut short by the tropical storm, but to our surprise, they offered us to stay a couple extra days if we wanted! that was awesome of them!!!!! (we couldnt due to cost of flight and rental) But will definitely look them up again if we come back in the Clearwater area
