Historic downtown 3 bedroom close to everything!!!
Belle maison historique au coeur du centre-ville de Grand Haven. Cette unité dispose de 3 chambres et 8 couchages. Il y a des lits queen dans deux chambres et 2 lits doubles dans la troisième chambre. Grand manger dans la cuisine avec curseur sur le pont. Le salon a une télévision à écran plat et Internet sans fil. Il s'agit d'une unité supérieure avec un pont. Il y a aussi un porche avant qui est parfait pour s'asseoir et attraper les brises du lac.
Le parking est à l'arrière du bâtiment. Stationnement supplémentaire en face de la rue.
Deux pâtés de maisons de la célèbre fontaine musicale et de la promenade qui mène à la jetée. Un pâté de maisons des restaurants et des magasins du centre-ville. Il se trouve à quelques pas du terrain de jets d'eau, du minigolf, du marché fermier et de nombreuses autres attractions. Super emplacement pour marcher et faire du vélo.
Cette unité a un tout nouveau climatiseur central. Chauffage à air pulsé.

The apartment was in a great location, right in downtown. Short drive to the beach. Checkin and checkout was a breeze!

Location is perfect! We have visited GH for many years and enjoyed that we could walk the town as well as the pier to the lighthouse. Most of the living space is updated, clean and spacious. The bathroom could use a few more upgrades but I understand it is work in progress. I loved the kitchen table as it seated 8 comfortably and was perfect for playing games. Our weekend was a mixed bag of weather. We made the most of what Mother Nature gave us. This location worked perfectly for our family gathering!

The property is very clean and in a great location, right in downtown close to all restaurants and shops. It's about a 15 to 20-minute walk to the beach, which makes it a great location for the price. Additionally, the parking is convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very reasonably priced property in the perfect location with a great rooftop deck overlooking Grand Armory Brewing. One block off the main shopping street with restaurants, bars, shops, and the pedestrian mall in the summer. Three good sized bedrooms with sleeping for eight. The finishes aren't the highest end but who cares, we had a great time here and would stay again without hesitation.

The house was very easy to access, parking was great, and the location was even better. Walking distance to the beach and downtown district was perfect for our family weekend in GH. I had a few questions prior to our stay, and the response time was very quick and helpful. Would highly recommend for a family!

We loved the outdoor balcony/porch area, with the table and all. Great walking distance to so much of Grand Haven. AC worked great. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was decent.
Could maybe use a few more cleaning amenities to help keep with the sand and other mess of a long stay - a vacuum would help a lot!

Much older place but the best views and outside area because of the deck. Would have liked another sofa in living room as there were 8 of us and not enough seating but we ended up sitting outside on the deck most of the time anyway so wasn’t a big deal for this trip. Would love an umbrella for the deck for afternoon time with the sun. Sliding glass door needs a little work to make it easier to open. We loved the location and would definitely stay again.

This property was bright with lots of windows and lots of space. Location is near the water and lots of activities including "the main strip". The big deck off the kitchen was our favorite feature - relaxing coffee in the morning and dinner or cocktails in the evening. Nice to have access to outside in that way.
Side note: There's no washer/dryer or dishwasher. These features would definitely have improved our week long stay.

Was not aware that it is on the second floor of the building.
I thought it was a house for one family. Different, but nice. Glad it had a deck since we missed having an outdoor spot.
Bedroom on the right was stuffy and didn't have a screen on the window, so we couldn't open it for fresh air.
The other 2 bedrooms would benefit from having a rack or a place to hang clothes on hangers, as well as additional clothing hooks in each room.
The kitchen was nice and would've been even better with some shelving behind the table for food storage.

Great location in Grand Haven
My parents, husband, our three year old daughter and I really enjoyed our visit. The rooms are all generously spacious and the beds comfortable. The floor had a layer of grime the left all of our feet totally black, but otherwise the property was clean. The kitchen is lacking in counter space, but you have everything you need if you want to cook rather than eat out for every meal. We all comfortably shared the single bathroom - it's large enough for two adults to work in there without bumping into one another the entire time. The deck is an awesome space. The apartment is very centrally located to everything: restaurants, downtown, the singing fountain, the farmers market, etc. We would absolutely stay here when visiting Grand Haven again.

Great rooms and walking distance to everything downtown. Perfect location. Only downfall is one bathroom but we made it work with 6 people. Would recommend putting mirrors in other rooms so can get ready in the bedroom.

Great Location
House is in a great location - a block from the main drag with shops, restaurants, etc. Just a couple blocks from the river front (and the nightly musical fountains!), and a few more blocks to lighthouse/beach. It was super clean and the furnishings even nicer than the pics. The deck was perfect to watch live music at the brewery on the opposite corner (just one night a week; done by 10). Check in/out was easier than any other property we've rented. Beds comfortable. If you have late or light sleepers, maybe put them in the bedroom not in the front of the house. It's quiet at night but the landscapers and construction folks start early! Overall, a great stay.
