Across From Kamaole 2 Beach, This Concrete Resort Is Maintained Well
Le nôtre est un condo d'une chambre, dans le coin supérieur (2ème étage) du bâtiment n ° 3, qui est le deuxième étage d'un bâtiment en béton. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine et d'équipements complète. Notre Lanai est une bonne taille avec l'océan et la plage et il y a une belle table et des chaises sur la véranda où l'on mange la plupart des repas. Nous avons récemment entièrement rénové notre condo (jusque dans les clous dans chaque chambre) ce qui signifie qu'il est tout neuf. Il est fourni avec les appareils haut de gamme et de meubles, etc. Notre salle de bains est entièrement carrelée avec une douche très spacieuse, et toutes les nouvelles serviettes etc. plage Kamaole II est situé directement en face de nous, à environ 100 m de la porte. La piscine et la salle de lavage sont environ 100 pieds. Distance. Restaurants et commerces sont 1/2 un pâté de maisons. Notre complexe, Kihei Kai Nani, était l'une des deux premières stations Kihei construits dans les années soixante-dix. Ils auraient pu choisir l'une des plages de miles autour, mais ils ont choisi Kamaole II, que demander de plus à dire? En fait, je dois commenter notre décision de ne pas installer un lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge, Nous visitons notre premier condo Kihei Kai Nani depuis environ 35 ans maintenant, et ont jamais ressenti le besoin de ces appareils. Deux personnes peuvent certainement laver la vaisselle dans un grand évier double, et une laveuse et sécheuse prennent beaucoup d'espace, et sont très coûteux à exploiter avec des coûts de l'électricité Maui. Ils dégagent de la chaleur, ils sont bruyants, et ils peuvent fuir et ont besoin de réparations. Lorsque la salle de lavage est à quelques pas, à côté de la piscine où l'on rencontre souvent d'autres vacanciers, il est une évidence. À notre avis, A / C à Hawaii est généralement pas nécessaire ,, mais nous avons installé des unités de qualité. pour ceux qui le désirent, je suis propriétaire de mon 1er condo Kihei Kai Nani depuis 35 ans et ai jamais perdu un client en raison de ne pas avoir les appareils ci-dessus. Enfin, si vous êtes à la recherche pour le prix le plus bas, dans KKN, puis le nôtre est pas, mais je ne crois pour quelques dollars de plus, nous allons vous donner la meilleure affaire pour votre argent,

We needed a place to stay for a family reunion and had stayed in several places in Kihei. I decided to go with this unit because of the reviews that I had read. Bob, the owner, contacted us after we booked one of his units and stayed in contact with us the time. he was quick to answer question I had and is very thorough in the information about what is expected of you during your stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay like home.

We had an awesome time. Robert our host was amazing responded right away to questions I had. The view from the lanai was amazing. Place was very clean. We would definitely and will stay there again.

The beach across the street was perfect for swimming and body surfing. A variety of places for a meal or snack was within easy walking. The condo had comfortable furniture including the bed and pull out sofa. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. Good communication with owner regarding instructions and information. The keypad door lock was really helpful. We had a great time and would return!

The unit was very clean, comfortable and pleasantly updated. We had an event right next door -- at Penny's Pasta & Pizza, so we didn't even have to drive anywhere. I would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay at Robert's condo at KKN. The property was lovely, clean and had all the amenities we could desire. The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. The balcony view and ocean breeze was delightful. I look forward to the opportunity to return. Thank you for a wonderful visit in Kihei.

This property was exactly as listed. The pictures are accurate, the bed is comfy and the lanai has a nice little ocean view.
The location was perfect for my goal to walk the beach every morning with my coffee. Beach access is literally right across the road with the crosswalk right there at the property line.
Casual pubs and dining and amenities shops are all easy walking distance.
The unit has every little item you might need right down to things like a sewing kit. The owner is promptly responsive of you have any questions. The pool area is clean and quite nice for a quiet lounge and dip if you are all beached out.
This condo was perfectly located for all the adventures we went on. Pretty much a 10-40min drive gets you anywhere you might want to go on the island (except Hana, of course).

This property was everything we needed to help us enjoy our short time on the island. It’s well supplied and comfortably furnished. Although weather and water conditions on Maui didn’t support much beach time, we were still able to take advantage of sunsets on the beach and serene early mornings.
The property is conveniently located and with a rental car we were provided straightforward access to island highlights.

The ocean views from this unit are second to none and provided us with an incredible experience every day of our stay. The location can't be beat as it is steps from our new favorite beach (Kamaole II).
The home was meticulously maintained, extremely clean and provided us with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a weeks' vacation (not to mention all the beach equipment they provided, which was a huge plus)!
A/C was available, but we didn't even need it as the cool breeze provided the perfect temp throughout the day and night.
The communication for Check-in & Check-out was clear, smooth and made the whole experience seamless. They also provided us with some great recommendations during our stay.
Overall, this home and location is perfect, and I can't say enough positive things about it. I can't wait to book my next trip and stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in Bob's condo. It is a very well kept and well-appointed space in a great location. The view of the ocean is lovely, the plantings around the buildings are very nice, we found our neighbors to be kind and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. We used to live in Maui just a street over and this was the closest we could get to where we spent most of our time on Maui. Everything was as advertised and we would strongly recommend staying here.

The beach was right across the street with many eating options within walking distance. Perfect home away from home. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Very good location, it was nice to have a view of the ocean and sunset from the balcony. Close to beaches and shopping. Nice pool and friendly maintenance people. Great communication from host for small repairs that were needed. Would prefer a softer bed

Bob's condo is clean and well equipped for a beautiful stay in a perfect location! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, right across the street from the beach. Saw whales breaching in the distance right from the balcony!! Would 110% recommend this place to anyone visiting Maui, was an excellent base to explore the island and very reasonably priced for all that it offers. Thanks!!

Robert is a very attentive host, he sent everything on time and took care of everything! The Apartment in the best location in Kihei with a beautiful view of the ocean, we watched all the sunsets! The condo is very clean, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen items/pots and pans. The ocean view from the lanai was wonderful. We enjoyed the stunning sunsets! This condo is truly in a great location. Many restaurants to choose from and shopping close by. A minute walk and you are sitting on the gorgeous sandy Kamaoele II beach! We appreciated Bob’s quick responses and clear communication. A pleasure to deal with. Easy check in process. We will be back!
(only con) Garbage/delivery trucks arrive between 3-6am at the restaurants next door. They are loud. But we were able to get back to sleep when they left.

My husband, toddler and I had the best holiday in Kihei in large part because of our stay at this condo. We loved it so much that we hope to make this an annual trip! The highlights:
Location/walkability: couldn’t have been better. Directly across the street from a world class beach; a very short walking distance from a general store, restaurants, snorkel/water sport equipment rentals, and health food store; within blocks of an ABC store; and ~30 minute walk to Foodland. The best part is that the condo has a view of the water and sunset in the evening!
Pool: great sized pool that was never crowded and always had lots of seating available.
Cleanliness/comfort: the unit was clean and had cleaning supplies and vacuum available to clean up any residual sand brought in from the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware and Tupperware which made cooking and storing leftovers very convenient. The unit included a cooler backpack that was very handy for packing lunch/snacks for our daily outings. Beach chairs and an umbrella were also including which offered comfort at the beach and prevented us from having to rent these items. While AC wasn’t required during our entire stay, it was a luxury to have during some of the hottest afternoons when my toddler was napping.
Responsiveness: Bob was a delightful host and very prompt with his responses and with providing information.
We can hardly wait to return and make more memories! So grateful.

Sunset View from Lanai, very comfy bed, easy and wonderful communication with hosts, everything in the kitchen was excellent for cooking and the condo is soooo very close to awesome shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. I had an amazing stay. Mahalo.

Very enjoyable; liked having the locking screen door, nice balcony, good location. The AC was nice, very hot days outside. The surfaces were somewhat dirty so we needed to do some cleaning, but that may have simply been due to the unit not having being rented for a long time, and dust and dirt settling from the air after the last cleaning?

Listing was as described. Bob had great communication. We had a nice time cooking breakfast in the pretty well stocked kitchen, and eating on the Lanai facing the ocean. An added bonus were the beach chairs, beach cooler & umbrella. We walked to a few places to eat, and packed lunch for a day at the beach. All in all a great stay.

Very clean rental unit with plenty of power plugs and modern upgrades. AC available but you won't need it, just crack a window open for cool air. Great location next to beach parks, local restaurants/cafes, ABC store and gas. Great view of ocean. Free parking next to unit but there's enough to do in Kihei that you won't need a car. 25 min from North Maui, easy drive. Bob was very helpful and communicative and has lots of recommendations.

Our accommodations in Hawaii have ranged from tents to resorts and our favorite type has been a place like this. It's the personal touches that make your trip so much better. Firstly, the condo is thoughtfully decorated and has a nice beach vibe. Second, accessories like beach chairs, umbrella, and a backpack cooler are super convenient. The timers on the AC are a nice touch too. Last, but not least, is the location. It's a quick walk to the beach across the street and we spent several evenings watching the sun set or just lounging there. Kihei has more to offer since we were last there 12 years ago. Not far from the condo is South Maui Gardens which is a nice place to stroll with coffee and food carts. The host is very responsive and he puts care into ensuring you enjoy your stay. We'll be back!

Have been to KKN many times over the years and several times at Bob's units. Great location, nicely maintained property. Ideal for families and couples/singles. Beach is a gem and the pool is a nice touch. We'll continue to return as much as we can. Our deepest heartfelt and sincere condolences to the people of Maui for the recent tragic events.

It was perfect! It had everything I needed from the kitchen items to beach chairs. It’s right across from the beach no need to drive to the beach. The owner of the condo was very fast in responding to any questions I had, super helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.
