Drake House: The Loft (Private Hot Tub)
L'unité "Loft" peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il a deux + chambres à coucher. La chambre principale a un lit queen-size. La deuxième chambre a un grand lit. La salle de bain de la chambre principale a une baignoire douche. Le sectionnel dans le salon peut être converti en une dormeuse queen-size. Dans le loft, il y a un futon, et un lit en treillis qui peut également accueillir quatre personnes tous ensemble, et un matelas de reine gonflable. Il y a quatre téléviseurs à écran plat, un dans chaque chambre, un dans le salon et un dans le loft. Cette unité est de style chalet, et dispose d'un bel escalier circulaire en fer forgé menant à un loft confortable donnant sur la cuisine. Cette unité est au deuxième étage.

We loved our stay here! Stayed 2 nights for an anniversary weekend. The space is clean and so cozy and the deck with hot tub was so relaxing. We walked to bars and restaurants nearby. We ordered from Charlottes coffee shop online and just walked right down the steps to pick up our orders. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Drake house. Great location to walk downtown and a quick drive to the river walk. Host left great suggestions and the coffee shop downstairs is an added bonus. Will definitely stay again if in the area 😁

Great place to stay! They thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. The hot tub is an amazing end to the day! The coffee house down below is a great place to eat breakfast: great food and convenient.

This is a very clean, modern, and updated space. Looks exactly like pictured. Wonderful place for a long weekend. Would recommend and stay again.

The apartment was lovely and comfortable and in a very cool neighborhood (an easy walk to the warehouse district, which I recommend, the old downtown, and multiple restaurants). It was great being literally upstairs from a coffee shop. Communication with the owner was excellent, parking was easy. We've no hesitation is saying we'll stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Dubuque!

This made for a great weekend getaway. It had everything you’d need and then some for a relaxing weekend. Plus a coffee shop on the bottom floor for good breakfast and coffee!

Very cute place, walking distance to coffee, brewery, and a few local bars. We had friends that had a boat on the river, it was a short 13 min drive. Would highly recommend the Drake House!

Very tastefully restored brownstone. Easy walk to many restaurants. Coffee shop on main level. Our only complaint is that pullout couch was not very comfortable.

This felt like a home away from home, very historic section of Dubuque with great "city" vibes. Just what we were looking for!
The tech was awesome, internet was great even during the storm. Updated bathrooms and kitchen were a big bonus. Most comfy and intuitive VRBO we have stayed at in 5 years.

We really didn’t want to stay at the hotel with all of the kids so I searched VRBO and found this property. We definitely will stay again when we are in town for future hockey tournaments. I can’t say enough about how great the loft is! We were also lucky and had fabulous weather the first weekend in March so we got to enjoy the deck! Charlotte’s coffee shop is awesome as well. You can walk downstairs with your slippers on and grab a coffee! Parking is across the street but very simple. Everything was phenomenal! Thank you Jenn for being a great host!! We definitely will be back.

We absolutely loved it. Great customer service, we loved the coffee How's downstairs. Everything was extremely clean and updated. Love the hot our entire experience was amazing to the point where we decided to stay in extra day.

My husband, one year old son, and I very much enjoyed our stay! The loft is adorable and has everything you need. We had breakfast at Charolettes both mornings, which was delicious. The host also leaves free drink “tickets” for Charoletts and another bar down the street, which was an nice added touch. We were in town for a good friends baby shower at a brewery, which was a nice short walk away. We will definitely book again!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms are updated with nice features.
We did have. Little trouble trying to figure out where to park...do not park behind the building but kitty-corner across the street.
The only other probelm we had was that the hot tub was not filled completely. But, when we reached out to the manager, she was there within 45 min to fill it at 9 PM.
The coffee shop downstairs was a delight as well and had a great selection!
Overall, a wonderful experience!

My husband and I spent two nights for a quick getaway and had a blast. We loved being in walking distance of some awesome establishments such as 7 Hills. The hot tub was a treat that we really enjoyed. I would not hesitate to rent this place again. Be sure to check out Charolette’s Coffee House if you stay. I am now addicted to açaí bowls!

Beautiful property, located close to lot of places to eat, drink and have fun. Hot tub was clean and very relaxing, I would say in warm weather this might not feel very private as there are a lot of nearby balconies and patios close by.

This is the third time we have stayed at Lofthouse. We try to book it whenever we visit our son who attends the university of Dubuque. It is truly our home away from home with added luxury. It is clean , comfortable and has everything anyone could need. This time we arrived early and the host accommodated an early check in. We loved talking with local residents at Charlotte’s Coffee house each morning. Our friends staying at a nearby hotel came over for breakfast on the patio one morning. This time I found a fun arcade just a block away as well as two adorable boutiques. It was our favorite trip yet!

This was a perfect location for walking places but also was very easy to get to other places by car. The loft was a perfect size for two people and had everything we needed when we were there. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

We have a wonderful experience! Close to a few bars, breweries and eating places! Enjoyed the hot tub and the coffee place just downstairs! The noise did travel upstairs from what we think was the kitchen but you could only hear it while we were sitting in the living room area. Super easy to get ahold of the property owner and very clean place! We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable stay in the drake house loft. Only surprise was that there was a flight of stairs on first entry and another flight inside (assumed the second based on pics). Great coffee house neighbors, lovely time in the hot tub, nice kitchen space, and great to have a bathroom right off the deck for the hot tub usage.
Highly recommend!
