Right down the street from state basketball. Got there within five minutes.

Bathroom was gross and the water was cold. Just really outdated.

Dirty, old furniture, no supplies shampoo etc. I would never ever stay there again

Nothing. Overpriced. Dingy, dirty, disgusting.

Furniture looked like it had been taken from garbage. Filthy walls, carpeting. 20 below zero when we walked in room. Took 3 hours to warm up. Cold air coming from windows, doors, walls. Furniture broken, paint chipping. Filthy dirty carpeting, walls, furniture. Would not even take my coat and shoes off. Disgusting. Will never use booking.com again. Taking app off my phone. Should not even be an option for travelers.

It’s an alright place but it varies from time to time and the place doesn’t like to fix stuff just patch and some it looks Terrible especially for the price

There are plenty of shopping and restaurants near by. The place is quiet and the staff are very friendly and helpful with whatever you need. Will be my place to stay when I'm in Springfield.

There are some snacks/drinks behind the counter for purchase. But I think vending machines or more options would be nice. It could also use some updating, but there are many hotels/motels that could also.

Did not get cash deposit back. Claimed key wasn't turned in. The key WAS turned in. They basically took my $50. Their word against mine and they hold the cash. Never go there again.

The room needed painted, the bathroom had bugs and the toilet kept running. Blanket had holes in it.

I liked how it was easy to park and had free parking

Me and my friend got their at 1am after had messaged the property informing them what time we would be there and were told to show up at any time. We then had to fight to get checked in due to the fact that they kept telling us that it was not the 6th even though it was 1 am on the 6th. They then told us that we had to pay for a room on the 5th for the 6th. Which I didn't mind because I then canceled my reservation on the 6th my friend had a panic attack because it was late and we had been driving for 6 hours and they were refusing to give us rooms. She went outside and the workers started screaming at each other in a foren language. I finally got my room but my friend was unable to get her room due to the fact that I had made the reservation in her name but was using my card to pay for it. So I then had to fill out a new reservation under my name for her and then they sprung a 100 deposit fee on us. I said screw it and gave them it and she finally got her room. Flash forward I go to take a shower and their is not hot water no big deal I shower anyways when I'm done I go to turn on the heat because it's cold and the HEAT DOESNT WORK!!!! I tried to fix it but by the time I got it on it was only blowing g cold air. Due to this I have now developed a cold. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone. I've slept better in my car personally.

These hotel rooms remind me of 1 of them hotels u see in movies. Where there's always a crime,murder,or drop overdose/deal

The check in was fast

Very welcoming easy sign in and check out very nice people
