The location was great. Short walk to the beach. Several restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance. Larger shopping areas were a short Uber ride away (5-10 min). Very quiet. I hardly saw any people in the hallways or outside. There was no one at the pool when I went several times, which was very nice. The room was nice,, spacious and clean. The sea and mountain views were beautiful and so peaceful. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

My flight arrived at 9:00 am, but check in was not until 4:00 pm. I called and asked if there was a sitting area where I could wait because I had luggage. I was told there was no sitting area. However, there was a large sitting area by the pool where I never saw anyone sitting throughout my whole stay. It would've been nice if that space would've been offered, but instead I was allowed to sit for hours at the restaurant across the street. Thankfully those people were nice enough to let me sit there. So, if you have an early flight, be prepared to sit for hours or plan to leave your luggage somewhere so that you can explore without it.

Location and views were amazing. Pool was wonderful as well.

Lack of internet during our weeks stay

We were quoted a price $200 LESS than what we were actually charged. Why Is a booking and a cleaning fee charged?? Those should be part of any hotel price, NOT EXTRAS. We are Ticos but treated as if rich tourists, an incorrect view of many beach property owners.

The pool was a poor excuse for swimming. Too small and shallow. Needed to go to Jaco center for breakfast and other meals. One bedroom should have had twin beds. One of us was forced to sleep on the sofa.

La ubicación, cercanía y vistas hermosas de la playa. Excelente terraza.

Imperdonable alquilar en una zona tan calurosa, con el sol de frente toda la tarde, un alojamiento sin AC funcionando. Arruinaron, amargaron, frustraron, 4 días de vacaciones, al no poder dormir satisfactoriamente, ni disfrutar el apartamento en las calurosas tardes. Adicionalmente las molestias y constantes inconveniencias para gestionar la reparación del AC. Lo peor solo reconocieron una devolución monetaria por menos del valor de dos días de la estadía!

It was very clean! Also, the location was very convenient. I would stay here again.

There was nothing wrong with the place i would just say the apartments pool is smaller than i expected.

When we first arrived there was an unpleasant smell. However it dissipated after a few hours. We arrived when the cleaning lady was finishing up and her cleaner or cleaning cloths could have been the problem. Also, the king size fitted sheet didn't really fit the bed (too small) and came off each night.

The location and room was nice.

The Wifi didnt work and trying to get a hold of someone to help was horrible. And also the phone in the room didnt work.
