Tout est dans les détails ... Décor de plage nostalgique dans cette cabine de bain 2 chambres 1 sur la plage entièrement meublée pour votre prochaine escapade! Oui, c'est vraiment juste devant votre fenêtre! Lit king-size moelleux avec surmatelas dans une chambre donnant sur la plage et 2 lits simples dans l'autre. Les fenêtres du salon (et la fenêtre de la chambre) donnent sur le lac avec une plage propre à environ 2 pieds au-delà de la fenêtre. Nouvelles fenêtres dans toute la cabine. Les brises du lac remplissent la cabine lorsque vous ouvrez les fenêtres. Fournaise centrale à air et à gaz, salle de bain avec WC / lavabo / douche et contient toutes les serviettes. Cuisine complète avec mixeur, poêle électrique, grille-pain, micro-ondes, cafetière, réfrigérateur, four / cuisinière, casseroles / poêles et plats. Fer et planche à repasser fournis. Sièges pour 4 dans la cuisine, ainsi que table de salle à manger supplémentaire avec 4 chaises. Chez soi loin de chez soi. Gazebo de douze pieds a l'électricité afin que vous puissiez rester debout le soir en profitant de la brise et en jouant à des jeux sans les insectes. (Table et 8 chaises dans gazebo). Foyer également sur la propriété avec beaucoup de bois de chauffage. Plus de 200 pieds de quai pour votre plaisir tout l'été! WIFI disponible si vous choisissez, ou bien débranchez et partez!

Wonderful place to stay. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The cabin is well stocked with all the essentials and very clean. The lake view was amazing! Highly recommend.

Nice little place, like a tiny house, it was clean. Clean sandy beach with a long dock and clear water. Property owners were helpful. Lots of fire wood. It is in a fairly crowded little neighborhood, but peaceful.

I had a good time enjoying the sandy beach and the gazebo. Cabin was kind of musty smelling. Would suggest to owners to invest in better linens/towels for cabin. Shower was very slow to drain. Also I did not appreciate that someone was monitoring my stay and then reporting back to owner who was not on site at the time. I am a single female and it felt alittle creepy.

Great Swimming Beach
This place was perfect for our family. Nice shallow beach for the kids. Close to downtown for restaurants and shopping. There are other houses nearby, so if you are looking for seclusion, there may be better options, but being part of a former resort and close to town this was as expected. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back next year.

Perfect little cabin on the lake for our stay the last 2 weeks of June, 2022!
This was an excellent place to stay for 2 weeks away. The owners are very personable and friendly. The cabin was clean, cozy, and close to the lake with it's sandy beach. This was perfect for swimming and for our grandkids to play in the shallow water next to the sandy beach. The gazebo was really the "icing on the cake", we spent more waking hours in the gazebo than in the cabin. The boat landing on Shell Lake is the best we have experienced. The cabin is a short walk to town where we enjoyed a Friday evening concert, dinner at the Lake View Bar & Restaurant, ice cream at the Scoop "N" Brew, and a nice walk on blacktop path every morning. We look forward to coming back next June! We loved our stay!
Until then we hope to come back this winter and take advantage of the snowmobile trail that is right next to the same blacktop path. A big thank you to Mindy and her family!

Great week at this property! It is just as described, with the exception of some grass growth decreasing beach size. Having your own beach is amazing! Our week was quite windy. We enjoyed the businesses and activities in both Shell Lake and Spooner. We will definitely return to this peaceful retreat!! Thank you Mindy

Cabin worked great for our family! We were up in area for Kortelopet and Birkebiner. Cabin is cozy but tiny. Wouldn’t be easy for larger individuals or those with serious disabilities (ie walker). Everything was clean and very usable. Nice and warm in winter. Kids enjoyed playing in snow and on lake.

Owner quickly responded to messages and the place is clean, even clean enough to walk around in stocking feet. Knowing where to park in the winter was an issue. We also recommend bringing snowshoes to wear on the walk from your car to the house. Without them, we sank to our knees crossing the snowdrift. There was another snowdrift in the driveway large enough a small car could not maneuver. The owner was contacted twice and both times assured us she had someone coming to plow. That individual arrived the morning we left. The shower is tiny but the water pressure works and the water is hot. The living room and one bedroom provide a lovely view of the lake. Getting into beds requires crawling up over the end and crawling to the top of the bed. Once you succeed you are laying next to the window and enjoying a great view of the lake. We enjoyed the high table in the living room for playing cards while taking in the lake view. We recommend a stop at Ally Coffee and dinner at Round Man Brewery.
