The balcony sweet was real nice to sit and relax.wasnt far away from the attraction that we visited.

Night security doors wouldn't lock.the bar was hit and miss if anyone was there or even open.

The room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable

the pool was empty, and key card failed to work in the morning. We had to wait for the room to be ready when we got there

Old bar of soap left in shower. The pools had no water and was all brown and slimy. The lounge was a complete mess with old food all over. The parking lot had beer bottle caps and cigarettes all over.

Kids liked the waffle maker otherwise very limited. Staff was friendly upon check in.

Pool was closed for “maintenance”. Beds were barely better then sleeping on a carpeted floor. Would really like to ask for a refund for these 2 reasons.

Somebody at booking.com needs to do a better job of getting dates correct. When we got there they told us we were booked for 8/1 thru 8/3 which was incorrect. The dates were 7/29 thru 7/30, so there fore there was NO room for us, AmeriVu Inn & Suites went over & above and did manage to find us a room, as we were 300 miles from home for a wedding. Will never use Booking.com again!

Pool not in service. No coffee in the room. Had to call for ashower curtain. The outdoor grounds were awful.

Location was good. The owners were great! Very nice couple. The whole property was very clean and had good size rooms.

Everything was good from the desk person to the breakfast the next morning.

Price was 147.00 for a suite we paid it because their was suppose to be a heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna. And a full breakfast. Which they were all closed. I asked before we paid that the price should be lowered because of not having the amenities that was promised on their site. I even had called their before. She said yes that's what I think. Checking our bank statement she didn't lower the price. I feel betrayed 😔. I wish she wouldn't have lied. We would have gone somewhere else that had what we needed for cheaper. It's a scam to make money.

The location for the event we were attending was close to our stay. There was a fair amount of stores, gas stations and restaurants in a couple miles of the motel. Easy access on and off the highway.

I was really upset that they would not refund or only charge a cancellation fee for our second room that we no longer needed due to COVID!!! We reserved for 2 rooms but only needed one as 3 members had to cancel due to quarantine for COVID effective Friday. I had to pay full price for a room we never used. The place is need of repairs. The wall paper in the hallways were peeling off. There were electrical wires coming out of the fire extinguisher cabinets. Missing or broken light fixtures. The pool was closed with no notice on the booking or website. The beds and pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The continental breakfast was just the waffle maker, few bagels and mini muffins and minimal fruit. The juice and milk were in containers from someone's home. There was little to no shoveling after the snow came through. along with no salt down on areas that were clear of snow.
