Il ya une table de carte et quatre chaises pliantes pour puzzles et des jeux.

Condo was well equipped for our stay, very spacious and in an awesome location. Walking distance to everything - restaurants, pier, grocery stores. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup!

We've never stayed longer than a night in Cocoa Beach. We always just come there to get on a cruise ship. After our last cruise we decided to come and stay for a longer stretch of time. We couldn't be more happy with our stay. The unit was clean and exactly as described. The walk to the beach was very short. The location to the pier was great. Most importantly the AC was great. We've had more bad than good experiences with AC in condos while on a beach vacation, so to have one that actually kept the room cool was amazing. Only thing that we weren't a fan of was how early the pool closed, but that wasn't that big of an issue. We will definitely be back to Cocoa Beach, and this property will definitely be the first place we look!

Close to Cocoa Beach pier so just a 5 minutes walk to drink/eat there.
Nice view on the garden/pool and partial view on the Ocean.
Direct access to beach.
Shared washer/dryer (but worked well, just have a lot of quarters : $1.25 per wash or dry).
Will come back.
Tip: nice view on the 5th floor on launches (right side for LC39&40 and left side for SpaceX landing zone).

This place was very nice, and Judy was very helpful! It had all of the amenities you would need; dishes, pots and pans, ice cube trays, blender, toaster, microwave, all of the normal stuff at a house including some cleaning supplies if you needed them during the week. There was also sunscreen and bug spray in the closet when we left. I'm sure that stuff comes and goes but I'm just putting this in the review so that you stop at the condo before you do major grocery shopping. The storage locker had tons of stuff for the beach, including lots of chairs, umbrellas, a couple fishing rod holders, boogie boards. Pool was nice and refreshing, beach was only a two minute walk from the door to the water. Thanks again for an excellent stay!

The location of this condo was great! Close to the pier, food, stores, Kennedy Space Center, kayaking and boating. The condo was spacious and clean! Judy was helpful and accommodating when I contacted her for a favor. We would stay again:)

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo is everything as advertised! It is super close to the Pier, shops, and restaurants. We barely moved the car the entire week! Don’t hesitate booking this condo if vacationing in Cocoa Beach or Cape Canaveral.

We love this condo! So much that we have stayed here 3 times (every single time that we have visited Cocoa Beach)! We truly have fallen in love with Cocoa Beach. We plan to revisit again, and you guessed it, we will hopefully be able to stay in Judy's condo again. There are so many things that I love about this condo: steps from the beach, centrally located but in a quiet area, clean, and spacious. Do not hesitate to rent this condo!

Older building but well maintained. Clear instructions left and everything you need is in the unit. Only one elevator is working but never a long wait. Host was very nice! Best feature is balcony and closeness to the beach. Pool was heated for chilly February days.

Excellent location with easy access to the beach. Clean and well maintained, all the items you need to enjoy a week or longer here. Parking is close to unit, as is the locker. Would definitely come back.

This property is just as described on the VRBO site. It literally has everything you need and then some. The Kitchen has all the appliances you would ever need, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and everything you need for the beach including chairs, beach towels, umbrella, boggie boards, and a medium sized cooler. The condo was clean and very spacious. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice and well maintained. The designated parking spot was also nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Ms Judy was a dream to work with! I misread the listing as having a washer/dryer in the unit instead of a coin washer/dryer in the hallway outside the unit. With coins being hard to come by Ms Judy brought us some quarters…we came for a softball tournament:) thank you Ms Judy

Amazing place with amazing beach access
We had a wonderful time! The place was clean and stocked with everything needed plus some. They even had some small toys and board games and books for the adults. Pool was great and a short walk to the beach was amazing! We definitely will be staying in unit #25 again! The owner was amazing and so kind!

Perfect! Comfortable, clean, great location, easy beach access!
This condo was perfect for us! Well equipped, clean, very comfortable beds, and great access to the pool and beach. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The large balcony was great for enjoying morning coffee, a glass of wine in the evening, and listening to the sounds the waves.
Easy walk to restaurants. Shopping is nearby. We watched 2 launches from the beach. Judy was easy to reach and great to work with. We’ll be back!

Fantastic location
The location can’t be any better. Quiet building and guests. Easy walk to several restaurants. Fantastic morning walks on the road just west and afternoon walks on the beach, when the tide went out. Can’t say enough nice things about the property owner, Judy. Very responsive. We definitely will be back!

Great Location.
We were very happy with this rental. Easy walk to the pier, and great beach for kids. The pool was closed the first day we were there, and for the duration of our stay due to maintenance issues. The ocean view from the balcony is limited.

Holiday at Cocoa Beach
The condo is wonderful. Right on the beach and a great location by the pier. They also provide beach chairs, towels, beach toys and a cooler which is great. The main bedroom has a large king bed which was super comfortable. We would definitely return.

Quick family get away
The condo is located in close proximity to shops and restaurants. The beach access is fantastic. The unit was very clean but has not been updated in at least a decade (no ceiling fans, no ice maker, living room furniture worn) The beds were very comfortable. The pool was clean and the grounds were immaculate. We had anticipated this was a non-smoking property based on the description of the unit- there were people smoking on the adjacent balcony and in the shared hallways/stairwells.

Just what we needed!
Loved the ease of check in. Judy has great communication and covered all questions. Made use of the great kitchen and access to laundry room. Distance to the beach could not be beat and it had an awesome view of fireworks from the balcony. Location is fantastic with just a short walk to the pier and only 2 blocks from the grocery store, liquor store and some great restaurants. Highly recommend.

Great Condo Complex
This is a great place to stay. Complex is extra clean and quiet. We were in Unit 25 which was very clean and loved the extra long balcony. Swimming pool was great and just steps to the beach.
