Everything was wonderful. The home wss even better in person. It really is the perfect spot to enjoy a beaitiful lake view, back yard, the easiest walk to the water and the most amazing sunset views ever! We had a perfect Memorial Day weekend there. Beautiful beautiful spot for s'mores, enjoying the peace every evening on the back patio with the lovely yard, lights, distant sounds of laughter from neighbors around the lake and plenty of room for an even larger family. The home itself was extremely clean and lovely. Comfortable beds, perfect tub for a relaxing bath after a day of enjoying the water or just hanging on the patio. The EASIEST access to the water we've ever encountered at Smith Lake. We will definitely book again! P.S. there are some very friendly and adorable neighborhood doggies that watched the sunset with us My husband's favorite part ❤️

This place was great. Amenities in the home were excellent. Great living space and kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Great spot on the water. Quick walk down to the dock, which was fairly flat unlike most houses on this lake. 10 Min drive up to Smith Lake Park for launching your boat. Host was great to communicate with and catered to all of our requests. Will hopefully stay here again when we visit.

This is the most beautiful spot at Smith Lake. Located on Catalina Point, the view of the water is incredible. The property is immaculate and perfect for a family gathering. Thank you to Brandon for being the best to communicate with on our stay!

This is a great property, very close to Cullman. It is on the water and if you are familiar with Smith Lake not the 420 steps close to the water, this is on the water! The house was very spacious and clean with all the normal amenities. The driveway is huge, which was great since we arrived in mulitple cars. The owner is fantastic, and answered all of my questions promptly, and even notified us when the property was clean and allowed us to check in early.

We met our two adult children and a grandchild at the lake and had a wonderful visit together. The house was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the view, especially sunsets, was just amazing. The rental is close to Dodge City and Cullman for quick grocery trips. We highly recommend staying here!

Very clean inside this property comfortable bedding with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to I65 and easy to get in Cullman for a great night out or if any supplies are forgotten.

The house was perfect, the location was super peaceful and right on the water. We had everything we needed & had an awesome stay! Definitely recommend!

This was our second year enjoying the 4th of July at this beautiful lake house. We consider it our Vacation home. Brandon is a great host and the house is well furnished and equipped.

Beautiful home on a perfect location!!

Our family had a great time at this house. It was not hard to find, and has a nice lot, with an easy walk down to the water, where we enjoyed swimming, fishing, and catching crawdads at night. This house is very well furnished, and the pictures really don't do it justice, it's very nice. The owner is very quick to respond to any needs we had. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and hope to do so in the future.

Loved our stay here! Super clean, well stocked, perfect location on the lake! Brandon was super easy to work with and helpful. So glad that it was such an easy walk to the water. Being close to Smith Lake Park was perfect for unloading/loading our boat and jet ski. Had to secure boat to the side of the boat dock (which we were aware of), but it really needs some more dock bumpers because it gets very rough at times from passing boats.

The house is set back off the road on a huge lot and has a gentle slop down to the water just steps from the back porch. The house was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary cookware since we ate most of meals at the house. Brandon is a fantastic host. Everything about the stay, from booking to checkout, was smooth and easy. He checked in with by text during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. He also took the time to give us a heads up about some severe weather headed our way. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing trip to Smith Lake.

Great place. very clean. I liked the ads but my wife and children thought they were too hard. That is the only complaint if that is a complaint. I had not problems sleeping at all. All is All it was a GREAT PLACE.

Check in process was simple and smooth. Brandon was very accommodating and communicated often. The location was perfect. The property is beautiful. Had everything we needed to cook each day. Easy access to the water. Able to dock our boat at the boat dock. We will likely stay here again if given the chance. We all loved it!!

We turned out daughter's graduation weekend into a family celebration at the lake. Smith Lake is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We did a lot of floating, jet skiing, played games and cooked. The sunsets were magnificent!

This home is just as it appears in the pictures, but better in so many ways.The view the location on the lake the access to the lake.I couldnt ask for anything better.I would love to stay again next few summers.

We loved every minute of our stay. The property was clean and comfortable with modern furnishings and cool decor. Every amenity you can think of was available. I especially loved the relatively flat back yard and being able to walk right into the water for a swim. We highly recommend this place. Brandon was a great host and easy to talk to! We will be staying again next year!

This piece of paradise was so beautiful. The house was so equipped with everything very clean and the walk to the lake was so easy. Took my grandbabies and they loved it. We will definitely be back. It was awesome. 😊�😊�

This house has everything we needed for our party of 8! It’s situated on a large, gently sloping lot. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the large back patio and spent a lot is time fishing from the shore and dock. The bedrooms were great sizes with huge closets and our kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious, with plenty of room for multiple people working alongside each other. Branson was a great host, communicated quickly, and checked in a few times to see if we needed anything or were effected by some bad weather in the area. We hope to be back again!
