Magnifique détail architectural dans toute la maison une grande entrée accueillante avec de hauts plafonds. Dès que vous entrez, vous apprécierez l'espace et le confort de cette propriété classique à offrir. Cette maison offre quelque chose de spécial pour votre groupe / famille. J'ai soigneusement décoré cette propriété pour vous offrir tout le confort de Home! À l'étage principal, vous trouverez une belle cuisine mise à jour, salle d'eau, salon et salle à manger et un salon séparé / bibliothèque. Au deuxième étage il y a 4 belles chambres et 1 salle de bain complète. Au troisième étage, vous trouverez 2 autres chambres et une autre salle de bain complète Cette grande mais confortable maison de 6 chambres est entièrement équipée avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Vous nous trouverez près du centre-ville de Kansas City MO et du 18e et Vine Jazz District. Cette maison est à quelques minutes de tout 10 minutes du stade Arrowhead & Royals. We had a much needed amazing experience. The house is beautiful and if you pay close attention, it has a story. We had a wonderful weekend and while the location is a bit shady, it was very accessible to many attractions.

Our son got married on Dec. 3. The groom and groomsmen had a celebration on Sat before the wedding and met up with the brides party on Sunday for the Chiefs game. It was a perfect location for meeting up Togo to and from the game.

The property was as described, all in good order and easy to check in as well as communicate with the owner who was quick to respond. No issues. There was not a shortage of towels and linens, the rooms with ceiling fans were definitely a favorite, the front porch was a big hit as well. 8 adults could sleep comfortably, along with other options available depending on sleeping preferences- kids would be very happy with their options too. We all loved the high ceilings, hard wood floors, awesome wood doors, big table for meals and overall ambience of the house. The bus stop was a quick walk to connect with the tram line.

Used this as a "10 guys getting away for a bachelor weekend". House was impressive to 10 guys at between the ages of 25-30 so that's saying something! Plenty of space so they were not tripping over each other. They loved the location being close to Power and Light as well as the stadiums. Highly recommend this property!

House was nice big and perfect for our needs. Location is close to all main attractions (10-15min) drive. Most of our drivers were shocked at the neighborhood where it is. Not the safest area apparently. But besides minor noise from area barely saw anyone.

Clean, plenty of room & nice backyard everything needed to spend time at house! Ac has a hard time keeping this big house cool! Wish it would have had a ceiling fan in all bed rooms. Enjoyed the house.

Guys weekend for Chiefs game.
Great communication form owner/manager. Very nice older house. Gates BBQ about a block away. Easy Uber to power and light and to game. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Thank you!

Great location near downtown, large house with plenty of space, only real complaint was the TVs. Some weren’t plugged in, hard to figure out. Bunk room tv had no light except 1 bulb and the tv wasn’t functional, which was the kids’ room. Otherwise great place! Kitchen was stocked.

This home fit our family's need to the T. We had 7 adults and 2 children in our group, and everyone had their own bed. Everything we needed and everything the owner said was included, was there as described. The quarter sawn oak flooring on the first floor was beautiful and everything was very comfortable. The home was beautiful. It was immaculate and spacious. I wish I could think of another word, but we were speechless with the home. Absolutely amazing inside and outside. My family and I would definitely stay here again if we're back in the area.

6 large bedrooms, only 1 tv in a small room. would of liked one in the front living room. Kitchen small but well equip. Ample parking on side road.

HUGE house meticulously maintained
This was a terrific place for my three buddies and I to stay while on a baseball trip to KC. The neighborhood is in the midst of gentrifying so there are some rough spots here and there but nothing to worry about. There are a few places to eat within walking distance but not a lot. The neighborhood is also a food desert; you have to drive a few miles to get to a supermarket with a wide variety.
The house itself is very nicely renovated and very clean. There were only four of us so we didn't use the two bedrooms on the top floor, but we did use the bathroom up there. Should you wish to sleep up there be aware that it is about 5-10 degrees warmer so crank the A/C if you use those bedrooms! The bedrooms we did use were all on the second floor. Each was a very nice size and quite comfortable. The owners really like decorative pillows and other froo-froo items; there's a lot going on visually throughout the home. Ample towels were supplied and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc. The front porch was a great place to relax as the sun set.
Overall this is a terrific property that is very well cared for. The owners were very easy to reach when we had a small issue with one of the smoke alarms chirping due to a dead battery. In all we are thrilled to have chosen this property and loved our stay there!

Four guys in KC for baseball games and KC experience
Property was outstanding. Owner was very helpful, went out of her way to make the stay as perfect as she could. House is older but remodeling is complete and very comfortable with many personal touches to warm up the stay. Close to downtown (LYFT) for transformation. Lots of room and this property has everything we needed. Everyone agreed: great find for our trip!

Great house. We enjoyed our stay and if we come back to KC for another cheer competition we will definitely stay at this house again.
