Friendly staff. Would do whatever they could that was asked.

Coffee maker didnt work. Bathroom door lock broke. Not enough towels. Little bar soap. Kinda dirty.

The pool was warm, the staff was friendly, and the beds were comfortable. This was also a great location for us.

The rooms were certainly not dirty, but there could be a little more attention to detail with cleaning (walls, mirrors, etc.).

The hotel is very nice, the rooms and bed are great, and it is in a nice location The stay was ruined by staff that is not flexible. Every hotel understands that you may have sudden changes in plans. I've had to change reservations numerous times with other hotels who gladly adjust your booking reservations without a fee. Not these guys. They use the "third party booking" excuse to ensure you can't make changes. It's unfortunate because the place is nice and does not need to trick you. I would have returned here anyway because of work, no need to charge for a night I could not stay here.

Using Booking.com as an excuse to fine you for changes in plans.

The location was very convenient to where we wanted to visit.

The baseball players were very loud and noisy especially below our window. The gathering places were very congested for breakfast and in the evening. The modern furniture is cold and not comfortable. The bathroom door did not open or close smoothly. the bathroom needed maintenance.

We had everything we needed!

The blinds in our room could have actually went all the way down so that in the morning the sun wasn’t shining in so much.
