Le ft 1500 sq.. Plan d'étage ouvert et 300 sq. Ft. Terrasse sont parfaits pour se détendre pendant les vacances. Cette villa exceptionnellement propre contient tout ce dont vous aurez besoin loin de chez eux: laveuse / sécheuse, internet sans fil, 2 HD TV, jouets de plage, et bien plus encore. Tout ce que vous devez faire est de emballer vos vêtements!
La chambre principale a un lit king et un siège d'amour qui se ouvre sur un lit double. Le capitaine de bain a été récemment rénové et il ya beaucoup de serviettes propres disponibles. La deuxième chambre a deux lits jumeaux et se connecte à l'autre salle de bain récemment rénové. Les deux chambres sont équipées de ventilateurs de plafond pour votre confort.
La grande salle est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée d'activités. Choisissez un film de notre bibliothèque de DVD et profiter de la télévision grand écran, confortable avec un livre de notre bibliothèque ou profiter de l'un des nombreux jeux / puzzles. En parlant de jeux, il ya même une table de baby-foot disponibles! Et quand ce est l'heure du coucher, le canapé dans la grande salle se ouvre sur un lit queen.
La cuisine est également récemment rénové avec réfrigérateur nouvelle, laveuse / sécheuse et lave-vaisselle. Il ya même un bar pratique qui peut accueillir quatre. Ou pour les gros repas, utiliser la salle à manger avec des sièges pour six. Le grès cérame dans toute la cuisine, hall, salle à manger et deux salles de bains ajoutent une touche de classe.
Et si vous êtes encore à travailler sur ce bronzage, sortir sur la grande terrasse avec banc intégré, nouveau gril à gaz, table et de nombreux sièges.
Il ya cinq piscines dans la zone Grant de la Reine à utiliser et vous êtes à seulement dix minutes à pied de la plage. Si la marche n'est pas votre truc, vous pouvez faire du vélo ou utiliser le service de navette Free Dunes Buggy qui vous emmènera partout à Palmetto Dunes et Shelter Cove (Avril - Septembre).

This is a perfect location inside Palmetto Dunes, it is so family friendly with lots to do! Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay in this condo! Easy beach access you can get to by driving or riding bikes! I would highly recommend to anyone!

My husband, baby and I stayed here while visiting family on the island during Christmas-time. We had such a great stay! The condo was clean, quiet, in a great location, and had everything we needed! We definitely took advantage of the beach access being so close and saw a few gorgeous sunrises during our stay. We will definitely book again for future visits to HHI!

It was evident that the owner took great pride in maintaining it. Cleanliness was top-notch, and every corner of the space was thoughtfully organized. The interior was tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home.
One of the highlights of our stay was the well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the open layout allowed for easy socializing with our group while cooking. Additionally, the Hilton Head had various entertainment options, from board games to a high-speed internet connection, ensuring that there was never a dull moment.

We had a wonderful stay at the Queens Grant Villa! The place was clean and comfy and well stocked! The only thing we missed was a salad spinner:) great to have the bbq to use as well. Beds were wonderful. Everything was easy from booking to check out. Communication with owners was quick and positive. This villa is in a perfect spot in Pametto Dunes. We would not hesitate to book again.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was incredibly clean, and had everything we needed and more (extra blankets, well-stocked kitchen, board games, bicycles, etc.) The walk to the beach from the condo was not bad at all (about a half mile), but there is a parking lot right at the beach entrance that you can drive to and eliminate the walk altogether! We ended up doing this most mornings and it was as simple as can be. We did have one major hiccup on our trip- our 12 year old son broke his leg while skimboarding on the beach. We still had several days of vacation left, and he really wanted to stay, so we did... and we were pleasantly surprised to find that we could rent a beach wheelchair at the Outfitters so that he could still enjoy being outside and looking at the ocean! So we were pleased not only with the condo, but with the whole Palmetto Dunes resort area and what was offered there. It was certainly a vacation we will never forget!

We loved the condo. Rode our bikes to the beach. So close. Had hoped to play pickle ball but courts very busy, as they are everywhere. Host very responsive. Large condo, lots of room and very well equipped. Very clean as well.

Nice property, but having to deal with roofers during the stay made it unpleasant. Access to the deck was completely blocked off, and getting in and out of the home was an obstacle course. Basically, paid for 5 nights and got 3.

Great Condo in Palmetto Dunes
This listing is highly recommended. The host is friendly and accommodating, and the numerous 5-star reviews speak for the quality of the condo itself.
The location of the property is perfect, and is within easy walking distance of a several pools, a general store, a full service restaurant, and several athletics facilities.
Beach access via the Dunes House is roughly half of a mile from the condo, and is also easily walkable. The free shuttle service also arrives quickly and is a quick phone call away, should you prefer that option.
I highly recommend this listing!

Great property!
Our family just got back from a week stay and we had a wonderful time. The owner was easy to communicate with and quite to reply. The condo was very clean and spacious. The location was a 5 minute bike ride or 10 minute walk to the beach. We had so much fun riding bikes to the beach several days!!! There is a cute community general store right around the corner where the kids loved to go get ice cream.

Nurses for the cure came to SC or 3 day breast cancer walk. Furnishing was was as pictured and beds comfortable. Great patio area to unwind! Very quiet. Would stay again!!!!

Great location
Even though we had rain most of the time there, we had a wonderful time in Hilton head. The location is very convenient to restaurants, a musical at shelter cove, the ocean and our favorite- the pickleball courts and clinics!
The condo was very well furnished, new carpet was very nice. We walked to small grocery store and the ocean in palmetto dunes. I would recommend this.

Long weekend on HHI
Had a great stay with my family at Palmetto Dunes home. The property was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Very spacious and comfortable. More to do than we had time for. The beach was lovely and the pool we used was perfect. Wish there had been less rain but it was pleasant just hanging out at the unit. Hope to come back soon and stay longer!

Great beach vacation!
This was the perfect spot to stay! A quick walk to the beach and has just about everything you’d need, even tons of kids games to keep everyone busy on a rainy day. Would definitely come back!

Great Quiet Location
My wife, my adult son and I stayed here the week of July 4. Check in was simple and Ryan's directions to the villa were perfect. The villa itself was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. There were only 3 of us, so the villa felt huge. 6 people could stay here comfortably. Fantastic TV in the living room, comfortable beds, the grill on the deck was great, we grilled out a couple of times and enjoyed the deck as the weather was fairly mild. I knew HHI would be busy the week of the 4th and I wanted a place that was quiet, his place was very quiet. Had a couple of minor issues and Ryan responded quickly. Pools (with restrooms) were not too far from the villa and not too crowded while we were there. Only wish we had more people staying with us so we could have had a foosball tournament. I highly recommend Ryan's villa and would definitely stay there again.
