Luxury Waterfront Condo in Historic Apalachicola #307
L'emplacement du 3ème étage du # 307 offre des vues à gogo du pont projeté. Ce condo privé de 1000 pieds carrés a deux lits King et deux salles de bain complètes. Une grande cuisine bien équipée avec bar et grande salle spacieuse en font un endroit confortable pour se détendre et passer vos vacances. Les installations comprennent une laveuse et une sécheuse, une connexion sans fil gratuite, un plan directeur partagé, une télévision dans chaque chambre. Nous fournissons des nécessités de base pour vous aider à démarrer dans cette location de vacances libre-service. (produits en papier, savon pour les mains, vaisselle et lessive, etc.). Le service de ménage quotidien n'est pas fourni. Évadez-vous vers la côte, mangez des huîtres fraîches, profitez de l'atmosphère de la petite ville et des gens sympathiques, rencontrez votre guide de pêche au quai! We enjoyed our weekend in Apalach and plan to use this place again. We traveled with a toddler and like most rentals, it’s not child proofed, lol. We are looking for ways to travel with our granddaughter. It wasn’t advertised as such so not a knock at all. The view over the water was great. Screened in balcony was a welcome surprise. We rented a golf cart and everything was fairly close. Looking forward to our next trip.

Great location, I was greated by dolpins and pelicans each morning while I had coffee on the screened balcony. Pool area with grill was very relaxing. Lots of fun activities within walking distance.

Plumming has some issues, tub drain is terrible, sink drain is terrible, warter pressure is way terrible. Tiles in the tub back wall are loose and has a mold looking issue at the tub. Other than that it was a great place

We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others. Condo had all we needed and beds were very comfortable. But what made it were the great views! We loved watching the recreational boats and fishing boats go in and out and saw some manatees as well. Great sunrises. Very convenient to fun places in Apalachicola.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The screened porch and the view was great! The elevator broke down on the second day but otherwise a good stay. The cats were a bonus according to my wife.
We really liked the Half Shell and The Station for hanging out in the area.

Our stay at this condo was exactly what we hoped it would be. Kathy, the host, made the stay easy for check in and check out. The condo unit was perfect for our two couple group, with it having two master suites both with king size beds. The view was pleasant with occasional boats motoring in the channel. We stayed there in late September and enjoyed the area during a less crowded time. We hope to rent this condo again if we can make the trip to the area.

The condo was beautifully appointed, & though there wasn’t a lot of cookware, what was there was really high quality. We ate most breakfasts & dinners in the condo due to food allergies. The screened in porch overlooking the Apalachicola River provided us with “heaven on earth” - so beautiful & peaceful! I highly recommend this place!

This condo is in a great location and has a gorgeous view! It has plenty of room and love the split floor plan. We enjoyed walking around Apalach to restaurants and shops. The owner does need to replace the sofa as well as pots etc in the kitchen.

Two older couples stayed in the unit and there was great room. We could have one more chair for the table on the balcony, but we took one from inside so it worked. What we liked was that while we were about a 1/4 mile walk from downtown, we were near enough. It was incredibly quiet in our place. We did not hear anyone. Good place for the week.

My best friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The room with the water view could use a new mattress (big hump in the middle.)Everything else was wonderful. The water view is amazing, so quiet in the morning on the balcony with the occasional boat slowly cruising by. The seafood is exceptional. Downtown is so cute, lots of cute little shops. Unfortunately there are a lot of we didn’t get to check out because many are closed on Sunday AND Monday. The condo was very relaxing we would definitely go back and highly recommend.
