We loved Bella Blue! It was perfect for our family that was in Pensacola for a wedding. The house is very well equipped, clean and spacious. Backyard was great and we loved having the pool.
Only one thing we weren’t aware is that there were no beach towels available. Be sure to pack some if you’re going to the beach.
We dealt directly with the owner who was super helpful and answered all of our questions very quickly. We would definitely recommend Bella Blue!!

Our family took a first vacation together to Florida and decided on this amazing property as our home away from home. Bella Blue was exactly as advertised and as beautiful as the pictures! Our family of 11 ranged in age from 5 months to let’s say 60+
and this home offered something for each of us from the pool to the elevator and so much more. The closeness to the beach and the shopping was perfect. The owner always responded quickly to our questions and provided helpful info regarding local restaurants. Our family enjoyed the week in Pensacola Beach and at Bella Blue.

With older kids now married, and not living near home - this was a great place to gather and enjoy christmas together (away from wisconsin cold). The pool was GREAT and warm. and when the heater stopped working - the property management company responded very quickly to resolve.
Location is GREAT and house is in good shape. Speakers in the bathroom lights were a bonus (teenage son thought it was a hoot). Definitely recommend this property. To many things to list that were right for us.

I booked this house for a family trip and was not disappointed. The pictures are accurate: house is clean, great appliances in the kitchen, clean pool and cute decorations throughout the home. The owners did not skimp on anything. Beds are super comfy too!
This house is a very short walk to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola. Added bonus was experiencing the Blue Angels fly by as we swam!
The only issues we had were a little confusion about checking in; there is a lock box on the front door, but we actually had to pick up the keys at a local realty place. We also had to fill the propane take for the grill as it was left empty, but thankfully there is a gas station less than a block away. The owner was very responsive when we had some pool heating issues and it was resolved quickly.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beach getaway. It would be great for young kids as well, and we did feel guilty leaving the kids behind (school already in session), but it was nice to go out on the town to the local bars and not worry about whose getting up early with them.
This area is a great mix of older and newer beach town. Plenty of great restaurants and souvenir shops. We will definitely be back and would love to rent Bella Blue again!

The house was immaculate. Loved the decor. Had a beach vacation vibe throughout. Everyone enjoyed the pool too as the weather did not allow swimming or playing at the ocean. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house great layout
This house accommodates so many people and the layout gives a lot of room to space out. Furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and the pool area is such a bonus. It’s a quick walk to the beach in one direction and shops and restaurants in the other.

Perfect!!
The location of this house is perfect. A short 3min walk to the beach and right on the main road with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance too. The elevator was perfect for our family member with mobility issues and two of the bathrooms have walk in showers with a bench. The pool was perfect for the kids and adults. It was chilly a few days of our stay but the pool automatically heats to a nice temperature which was so nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. It was the perfect spring break stay.

Bella Blue is fantastic! Pictures do not do it justice! Spotless and kitchen well stocked, so close to shops and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. The pool is a huge plus! Bunk beds were a great addition! Joe is wonderful to work with and super quick to respond to any questions we had. Our stay was absolutely amazing, and we cannot wait to book again!

This was an awesome experience! The Beach House was beautiful, very clean and well maintained! Pool was great and proximity to the beach made it very easy to enjoy sunrises and sun sets!
The elevator for my handicapped husband was a God send!

Best beach stay ever!!
This is the ONLY place to stay on Pensacola Beach! The house is beyond beautiful. The decor is amazing and quite honestly, my group all agreed the pictures do not do it justice but maybe a video would. It is way better in person. It was such a wonderful atmosphere that we didn’t want to leave. The location is the best on the island. It is in the first residential block on the ocean side and was very walkable to restaurants, shops, bars and of course the beach. The owner is so friendly and called to make sure we knew how to use everything. He was very easy to work with. As you can tell, I just don’t have enough nice things to say about Bella Blue and my group can’t wait to come back year after year. If you rent any other beach house, you are missing out!

Bella Blue Paradise
This house is amazing, the pictures do not do it justice!! Beach access was very convenient, super short walk behind the house. The heated pool was our favorite spot, especially since we came in March, the ocean was pretty cold still. Our kids loved it. Upon arrival, the house was very clean and welcoming. The decor and layout of the house is perfect. The master suite upstairs is HUGE with a balcony that overlooked to the ocean. We shared the house with two other families and there was plenty of room. The property manager was super helpful and gave us a few recommendations on where to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Bella Blue! Really cannot beat the only two minutes from the beach and five min walk to shopping/restaurants. Loved the pool area and outdoor shower was perfect for getting the sand and pool water off. Plenty of space to kick back and relax. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook as much or little as we wanted and beds were very comfortable. Decor is a cute beach theme and loved the bright colors. The rental was undergoing renovations and Joe did a great job communicating with us about the issues. We did get to enjoy the new master bed carpet, loft beds and other renovations that had been completed. Also appreciated how fast the pool heater got repaired...a necessity in February. Overall a super vacation and we would definitely consider renting this property again.Two things the property management company could’ve done that would’ve made it a better experience. Even though a pool heating fee is standard when renting, it should be part of the pool contract and the renter made aware of the cost given that it’s significant. Also, a folder with information on where to find things and how to use them would’ve been helpful ie pool lights, stereo ect. They could’ve also included in the folder fun activities, sights, shopping and restaurants. Just my two cents.

Perfect Vacation

Great place for families
This is our second visit and plan to return next year. Perfect house for older people or small children. Short walk to the beach, great pool and decorated very cute. Great location, owner very easy to work with. Love it!

Very nice house
House worked out well for our group of 6 adults and two children. Kitchen pretty well tricked out with everything you might need. Pool and pool area a great combo of enough sun as well as covered area/seating for adults. We ate dinner down there every night as it was pleasant and breezy.
Two covered parking areas were a definite plus.
The third floor is a nice quiet retreat for grandparents and/or room for extra kids with it's trundle in the bedroom and sleeping futon in the lounge area.
Largest issue for me was that we had no wifi the entire week and unfortunately had family members trying to work while there. Was not fixed until last day. Very frustrating.
Also, this house is managed by a rental agency, which is not an issue and they were very nice and accommodating, but once I had paid, the owner no longer replied to my communications. Also, the 5:00 pm check-in is the latest I've ever experienced.
The area where the house is located is perfect, the beach beautiful and quiet considering the proximity of hotels and condos.

This house was amazing. Beach access was very convenient, just a short walk behind the house. The heated pool was also a nice addition, especially since we visited in March, the ocean was still pretty chilly. We appreciated the elevator and handicap accessible bathroom. Loved the house, location, pool, extras! Perfect weekend for a family of 8 adults, 3 small children. Great value for the size of house and location. Already planning a trip next year which will include 2 extra babies. House is well decorated in beach themes, kitchen stocked with anything you need and very clean. Lots for pool and beach toys for the kids. We all loved the place and agreed its the best place we've ever stayed. Very short walk to beach and very easy to get there with small kids. The only thing I can think of that would have been good for us, was a gate to keep the little ones from climbing to the 3rd floor. Overall a fabulous place!

Great family time.
The condo was very accommodating for my family and just 1 short block from the beach. My grandchildren just about lived in the pool when not at the beach. No family will be disappointed in taking a family vacation and using this condo. Anyone with a disability will be very appreciative of the elevator for getting back to the main floor with the kitchen, dining room, large bedroom handicap accessible, 2 adjoining bedrooms & laundry room. The home was beautiful and well suited for a large group
The house was beautiful. It was well appointed and meticulously clean. The location was perfect for our family. It met our every need. The only slight criticism was the sound system in the family room area. This had the appearance of being somewhat sophisticated, and there were DVDs present, but no DVD player, or Blu-ray player, and the sound system itself could not be connected to anything that we possessed. We were unable to utilize that part of the home at all on our one bad weather night.

My family had an amazing time at your Home my father who is disabled really enjoyed the elevator and the bedroom for him was perfect AMAZING SET UP, the kids loved the pool the beach and we have lots of family that we were able to see while we were there. Just a great house with everything that you could possibily need included! Thanks for opening your house to my family and we will rent again in the future! My daughter got into the guest book and used a few pages 😬😬 but after she realized it had to be saved for everyone she decided to make you a picture and we left it inside the guest book, my dad actually wrote in it for you to read when you are there! We had front row seats to the blues show and it was just wonderful! Thanks again for opening your house to my family it was a much needed get away and everything was amazing
