Close to Kanazawa Station.
It wasn't terrible. However, part of the bathroom sink wasn't clean. The tv remote was also a bit dirty, and a strand of hair was on the bed. There was only one large overhead light, common in Japanese apartments, but it was blinding when lying in bed. Most hotels have bedside lamps or carefully designed spotlighting for this reason. After all that, it's strange to say it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't.

The bed quilt cover seems quite dirty, no cleaning at all. No complimentary coffee. Price is high but not worth it.

The hotel was well priced and centrally located to the Kanazawa train station which was convenient for our quick stay. They also allowed us to drop of luggage earlier than check in which was extremely helpful.
The hotel room felt a bit dated and stuffy in comparison to other budget hotels I’ve stayed at.

The location is very close to the station. The room was spacious compared to normal, standard Japanese style hotel. The clean and change the towels and robes everyday which is amazing. unlike other hotels which might not do it for 3 days 2 night stay.

The location is very close to the train station - on the quiet side; there was a microwave available on the floor; the room was quite spacious...
I couldn't believe that the window of the room was frosted - you couldn't see through it. I always make sure to book a room on a high floor with some kind of view...it was so frustrating not to be able to see out the window and I totally do not understand the reason for this. For this reason alone, I could/would never stay at this hotel again, sadly...; The hotel had no information re: eco/environmentally-friendly housekeeping; bins to sort and dispose of rubbish would be a good idea...

a quiet yet pleasant location for a Chain hotel
not on a large street, but, once you know, it has very easy access from the station, and good area near the hotel, with conveniently located reasonably priced restaurants for dinner in the evening (somewhat a premium in Kanazawa, most places are lunch only) and a good self-service information counter with excellent maps and tourist information brochures.
the odor of the disinfectant used was somewhat stronger/(more flowery) then preferable, would have preferred a more neutral odor in the room (which other APA hotels do succeed in without loss in cleanliness).

Good location near Kanazawa station behind the large mall parking lot. You can walk to Family Mart or 7-11 in just 3 minutes. The AC worked well & bathroom amenities were good.
Sometimes I could smell smoke through the vent? And the bathroom, though clean, also had a particular smell.
