The property was just as shown. It was very clean and well kept. Communication with Judi was great and she gave us the names of companies that she trusts to help us with our outdoor activities on the rivers. We had a wonderful time and will not stay anywhere else when we come back.

We were in Cleveland, TN for a week of business. Our stay in this property was amazing. When we arrived the owner met us and welcomed us. The apartment was spotless. We really enjoyed coming home to the comforts of this property after our daily meetings. The property is in a great location. Everything we needed was so easy to get to. Rental is affordable, clean, and just perfect!

I loved this little house and its location. It is in heart of the historic district. The park is directly below the unit, so children can be heard playing in the daytime. It is perfectly located near Lee University. Within walking distance if you don't mind a short walk. We also utilized the cute neighborhood to exercise. Judi was an amazing host. She helped us in so many ways during our stay. She offered great restaurant and coffee shops (Ocoee Coffee was amazing! Check it out!). The house smelled great and was well appointed. Judi even bought new towels and and bath rug for our second stay. I did notice the floor was dusty on the rugs and under furniture, but I just swept a little extra while there.

Loved our stay here and the hostess was amazing. Everything was perfect for our needs. We especially loved the rain shower, decor, bed linens, and towels. The neighborhood is quiet and you can hear children playing nearby at the park, which is so nice to hear.

From the moment we got to Our Apartment we felt at home. It was just the type of stay we were searching for. Judi was helpful and gracious and the apartment was well appointed. The neighborhood was a friendly and safe place to take our walks as we visit our daughter at Lee University. We could not have been more happy. There is no doubt we will be back in the near future.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a carriage house in the historic district. It is nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. The location makes it easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

Everything was perfect. Good amount of space, clean, and convenient. The WiFi was just a little slow.

Very nice apartment. There was an issue with the TV ( not able to stream programs), but it was fixed by the time we left. We will stay again.

I loved this place. It was perfect. So convenient to the Lee campus and having the garage to park in was so nice. I will be booking again on my next visit!! The bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was so nice. I was so thankful that coffee was available. Thanks again. I have a child at Lee and will be visiting often.

Judi was very attentive to our needs. Traveling with a youth group (14-18y/o) can be very exhausting. The convenience of the apartment to Lee University and a 30 minute drive to Chattanooga could not have been better for our needs. We will be looking forward to next years trip!!!

This lovely apartment is exactly as photographed. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay while attending events at Lee University. The kitchen is well equipped, the WiFi is fast and the queen bed is very comfortable. The unit has lots of windows to let in the light and offers off street parking. One climbs 16 steps to reach this over garage accommodation, so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Loved staying at this property in Cleveland, TN. Judi and her husband were very nice and even offered up some coffee and rafting suggestions. Wish we had more time for the rafting! Would definitely stay here again!

We went to Cleveland for a family wedding and all the hotels were sold out because of a church convention so we checked out VRBO. I found Judi’s place and it was perfect! Just a few blocks from the chapel and close to anything we needed. It was a little apartment above a garage and it had everything we needed! A kitchen, WiFi, queen bed. We felt like we were at home. We will definitely stay again when we are in town!

Everything was perfect! Really, it was and we didn't need a thing, but we knew that Judi was only a phone call away if we did. The bed and hide-a-bed (our daughter slept on) were comfy, the shower was just the right amount of powerful spray, the towels so fluffy and The Coach House a cozy place to hang out for the weekend while we visited our son who attends Lee University. Judi even had bedding for our son in case he wanted to stay. Judi's place is clean and tidy. We did not meet Judi, but her thoughtful touches were everywhere, from the nice, personalized note that greeted us, to the milk she left us for our coffee (just enough to get us started and not have to run to the store after traveling 11 hours!) and the book of helpful tips. Thank you, Judi, for making the Coach House such a great place to stay. We will be back!

I stayed over a weekend and loved the little apartment. The bed was really comfy and the pillows and linens were amazing. I liked how well lit and inviting the place was, especially coming in after dark. Plenty of parking and clear instructions made the start of my weekend easy. The owner, Judi, was very accommodating and left a sweet note and a charming and much appreciated welcoming basket. I felt more welcomed in this little loft than in my own home (granted, I live alone). The place was perfect for my weekend. Thanks, Judi, if I'm ever in the area again, I'll remember your kindness.
