It was so nice to be able to stay with the whole family in a relaxed environment! We were able to catch up. The kids were able to play. Breakfast and late night conversations were something you just couldn’t have in a hotel.

Nancy was so accommodating and easy to talk to. Got back to us quickly with questions. Came over to say hi and our kids loved her immediately. They were excited any time they saw her. Great location and house with great space. Kids stayed in the loft and adults on the first floor. Didn’t even have to use the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Plenty of room.

We have rented this house before, and will rent again. The owners are very nice and accommodating, always checking in to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The house is in a perfect spot off the main road, but not too far away from town. We love the fact we can access all that Bolon offers. The house itself very clean,and comfy for our family, it had everything we needed inside. The grill and fire pit are a plus,who doesn't love to grill and then smores for the kids. For us its the perfect getaway with family in a lakeside community, which wouldn't be possible without Nancy. Thanks!

The house was perfect for our 2 families. The kids loved the loft upstairs. Plenty of room for everyone. House was well stocked and even had eggs and English muffins. Quick walk to the Main Street with plenty of options for food and parks. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay in the Lake George area at this house. It is on a quiet street yet a short walk to the restaurants in Bolton Landing. Nancy was an an excellent host, communication was prompt and property details in the listing were accurate. Highly recommend this place.

Nancy was a fabulous host with great communication and the house was perfectly situated just a block or two from the Main Street of Bolton. The house was as pictured and very clean with plenty of beds for our family (from age 9 to 76). Nancy was so kind as to stock the house with toiletries, spices and items for breakfast, like English muffins, coffee and eggs. We enjoyed being so close to town and walking to shops, restaurants and the lake. Overall it was a great stay at a great house. We would be happy to stay here again!

This cozy house accommodated all the needs of our group of five ladies. The two downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the ladies who preferred not to climb stairs. The house’s two bathrooms had great lighting for applying makeup, a must foThe showers never ran out of hot water and had good pressure for rinsing all that shampoo from your hair. Nancy's home is great for a family to stay in. My husband and I spent a weekend up at the lake with my parents, my sister and brother in law. We all had our own space but also had space we could be together. We loved that it was so close to town and the Sagamore that we could walk anywhere, but we didn't have excess noise keeping us awake at night. Nancy's communication was wonderful and when we had a minor issue, she responded quickly and took care of the problem immediately.

The house is located a short walk from downtown Bolton Landing. It is a short 10 - 15 min ride to Lake George Village. Great location close to lots of activities in the area.
It was very clean and well stocked with pots and pans, spices, and a nice grill. Worked well for our family with lots of bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nancy was a great host.

Nancy was so receptive and responsive, met us on arrival. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay, easy walk into town with great spots to visit. Only tip is don’t let you leave tall guest stay on the second floor sloped ceilings were challenging for ours tall people.

Myself (retired) and my son, daughter-in law, and two granddaughters (2 and 4) were up for a 4 night stay for a wedding. The house was super clean and perfect for quiet sleeping for grandma upstairs and two bedrooms for the young family downstairs. There is a sweet family room upstairs for watching shows and playing with toys. The screened-in sun porch was perfect for our meals and more play. Outdoors could have been a little more open -- there is seating space and a BBQ, but it is on a hill with no real room for the girls to play safely. Good for adults. But we were so busy going places that was OK. So much for the girls to do -- a conservation museum for kids, the public beach and playground, etc. You can walk to town, which is great, yet it's quiet. We had a super time. Nancy was always checking in with us and answered all our questions. All in -- good for our small family.

This lovely home in Bolton Landing is a perfect setting in a fabulous location for your pick of relaxing and recharging (on the peaceful screened-in porch surrounded by wildflowers or at the very walkable, nearby lakeside park) or having adventures hiking, biking, swimming, exploring, craft beer tasting, etc..

It was our second time in Lake George and we really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 children. We loved the screened porch the most where we enjoyed breakfast and had conversations on rocking chairs in the evenings. We already miss our stay and hope to return next year.

Great Lake George vacation house
We had 4 people for a girls weekend. The house was immaculate! Nancy was super nice and helpful. She gave us lots of suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to go to. She stocked the fridge with breakfast food. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. The whole house was tastefully decorated. We would stay there again.

Family vacation
Loved this property and Nancy was so great to deal with. Everything was as described. We love Bolton Landing and have rented many homes... but this one by far is our favorite. I think my entire family can agree the screened in porch was clutch. We were there the week Fred and the Henri hit. But always found ourselves outside on the porch hanging out. We will definitely be back there!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the fully equipped kitchen and the loft area! This is such an amazing side of Bolton Landing with peaceful nights and a short walk to the strip. Nancy was extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from. Great house in a great location
Nancy's house is just a little gem.
It is easily located in the center of town. It takes you about 5 minutes of walking from the door of the house to the main strip of town but it is really quiet around the house.
The house was super clean and we had everything we would need for our vacation. There was a great screening porch where we spent our mornings drinking coffee, and there is a very nice fire pit as well.
Nancy was a great host. communications with her were easy and she always checked on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions.
I would definitely book Nancy's house again when I'll come for a vacation in the lake George area.

The owner of the property is very accommodating. She allowed us to check in early so we could take advantage of a full day on the water. The house is very clean and kid friendly. Our group was 6 adults and a two year old. Short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Bolton landing( and I mean short prob 3 min walk to the strip). If you are looking for a place to stay that is quiet with a great property owner who is accessible if you need them then this is the place for you! We cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful
Absolutely loved our stay here. The nights by the fire were perfect for s’mores. During the day we just hung out or walked into town. The beach was also a quick trip. Nancy was wonderful with reaching out to see if we had questions and how our stay was going. Not one single complaint. We all loved the house.

Bolton Landing
Bolton is a wonderful little town that reminds me of Chatham on the Cape! Lake George is a clean beautiful lake with endless possibilities. This house is so close to town! It has a great set up for lots of room for a family to sleep, great screened in porch and cozy fire pit. The owner is always available.

Great place to stay!
I would definitely recommend this property. Nancy is a doll and extremely helpful. She checks on you throughout your stay, to see if anything is needed. The house is well equipped and fully stocked with everything you need. It is extremely clean, you can tell that it is meticulously cleaned and maintained. The house is located not far from the town, about 5-10 minute walk. Boating, Beach, Dining is all walkable distance. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Great house in Bolton Landing!
This was our first trip to Lake George and we couldn’t have been happier with this house and it’s proximity to town. When we arrived we were greeted by the owner and she showed us the house and where things were. The house was fully stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, hand and bath towels, firewood, etc). The house was meticulously cleaned and organized. The house was also very roomy for our group (4 adults and 3 kids) with room to spare. The owner was very receptive and quick to respond to any questions we had prior to the trip as well as being available during our stay. We enjoyed our time in LG and would definitely stay at this house again!

Favorite Family Vacation
This was my favorite family vacation. Nancy met us there and it was as if we had met before. She walked us through and her words that touched me were, "This is your vacation. Don't worry about anything. And if anything is needed, call me." Those words were as true as were spoken. The house was perfect. Clean, atmosphere of my own home. You won't regret renting one of Nancy's properties.
Shops, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. She even came to say goodbye. We will return. Thank you Nancy for making this one of my favorite vacations.

We enjoyed a terrific stay. The house was everything it was described as. Every night we would walk to the Restaurants in the landing or cook out on the grill and walk down the street for Ice cream. Easy access to all the lake George area has to offer, yet on a quiet cosy street. Nancy could not have been a better host. Plenty of room for the ten of us. Highly recommend for a visit to Bolton landing and Lake George.

Good time in Bolton Landing
Property was well stocked for all your vacation needs. Plenty of items there to cover all your basic needs, just need to bring your food all essentials such as spices, oils, utensils, coffee filters, sugar, too much to list were all there. The house was comfortable and well stocked with books, board games, outdoor games and beach gear. Nancy was wonderful to deal with just a text away if not right next door to answer any questions and always making sure everything was ok. Would book again.
