Amazing property just across the street from lake George and a beach. Highly recommend this home.

Many activities around lake George. We had great weather. Bolton landing area was nice. Our house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed.

This is our second time staying at Greg’s condo and will be back again next summer. It’s a special place and the location is fabulous.

The townhouse exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, conveniently located and had all the amenities for an enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect! We had a great time! Walking distance to town for shops, ice cream, restaurants, groceries and the beach. Ping Pong and Pool table was a great way to keep everyone busy in the evenings. Breakfast bar was great being able to fit all of us around for breakfast and dinner. Owner was always within reach if needed. Would rent again if we should go back to Bolton Landing!

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice Bolton Landing Town House. The beach was a short walk. The shops were all within walking distance and had everything we needed. It was a quiet, peaceful location that we all enjoyed.

The property was clean, well stocked with games, and as described. The location was ideal!! One block from the beach, basketball, tennis and pickleball courts. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Host was responsive to communication and comments. Great stay!!!

Lovely townhouse in a great location. Great for a family get away.

From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had a winner!! We walked to town for dinner.. we played games on a table big enough to fit all ten of us… we were all comfortable with our sleeping arrangements! The Goldsteins thought of everything to make our stay more than we hoped for..we all just wanted to move in.. excellent location close to all major attractions is also a plus! So happy we chose their home for our family get-away!!!

If I could give 6 stars I would! From booking until closing the door behind us, it was a pleasant experience! Townhouse fit our family of 13 perfectly. WOW, was our first reaction. While the kids enjoyed the pool/ ping pong tables, the parents enjoyed hanging around large kitchen island. Both enjoying a little fishing at the creek. Perfect location to walk to beach and Bolton Landing town. Loved to be away from the busy village but only a quick drive away. Townhouse was well supplied. Only conversed with Gregory through emails prior to arrival and didn’t have to call him once during our stay! My in laws couldn’t thank me enough for a great find! We’ll be back!

Greg's home is AMAZING and the pictures don't do justice to the setting/area. Bolton Landing is a gorgeous area and this home is nestled right in the heart of the action. The home has all necessary amenities and is in immaculate condition. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home for a vacation to the Lake George area.

Lovely home. The home is in a great location; within walking distance of restaurants, stores and supermarket. The home is very inviting and comfortable. Everything you need is there; peaceful back porch overlooking pond, a very short walk to the beach and within 15 to 30 minutes of all the adventures to please everyone.

This property is quite lovely with a great location that can accommodate a large family. Some bedroom mattresses and pillows need to be replaced as well as the cookware.

We stayed at this property 5/19-5/22/22 for a destination wedding at The Sagamore. Not only is it less than a mile from Sagamore, it is also at the heart of Bolton Landing where shopping and restaurants are. The property is so spacious with its 5 nicely furnished bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The yard and pond behind it adds a relaxing ambiance where you can sit down, read a book and even barbeque which we did. The sunroom with a fire pit is another relaxing area. Couldn't ask for a better rental property. Greg is so easy to reach and talk to and made sure our stay was a hassle-free one. Would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends who would like to spend time in Lake George. Thanks so much Greg and keep the high standards of maintaining your property.

I highly recommend this property. Very clean and well organized. The owner is very nice and easy to communicate.

Great place, check in was easy, owner was available at anytime. House accommodated 10 of us and we had more than enough room. House was stocked with all necessary cooking pots and pans. Rent this place, you won't be disappointed

This was a great property. Super clean, very spacious located right next to a cute little town. Fun. Little shops and a great dinner out at Huddles. Greg checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Great host!! All in all a great place to stay.

I read all the other review for this property before booking and they are all true. The townhouse is great, but my family just caught it on an off week. Things did not go as planned , but long story short, we’d certainly stay at the house again if life ever took us back to Lake George.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful townhouse. Great location to everything including dinner at the Sagamore.. There are lots of amenities including lots of room for 10 plus people. The children had a whole floor to themselves and had a ball. We have already recommended this property to several friends who visit Lake George yearly.

We (extended family of 11) had a wonderful 4 days at Lake George facilitated by staying at this 5 Star place. The owner anticipated our every need and checked in with us to make that everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely suggest looking into booking early as I am sure it will not be available for too long.

An Excellent rental for large family (8 adults, 5 Children). Plenty of room to spread out across 3 levels and large main level so whole group can be together for meals and family fun!

Stayed at Greg's property over MLK weekend with one other family. Very comfortable with 8 people (4 adults/4 children), with 5 BRs plus an additional sleeping loft. House within walking distance of several restaurants and supermarket, and within 40 mins of two ski areas (Gore Mtn, West Mtn) which we hit over 3 days. House kitted wiht several TVs (make sure to get directions on family room video/audio), a gas fireplace, outdoor porch, and game room in basement. Host very responsive and communicative throughout process. Overall a lovely stay.

Our family had a lovely weekend at this property in Bolton Landing. The condo was clean and well stocked, and very conveniently located within walking distance to town. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for families.

We took a 4 night trip from Long Island to Lake George with two other families. My first impression was the cleanliness of the home. Everything was pristine. The kids enjoyed pool and ping pong downstairs, while the adults hung out and relaxed in the living room and kitchen area, or sat around the fire pit on the back porch. We cooked a few nights and used the bbq. The kitchen had everything we needed. Convenience stores and restaurants were all within a short walk. We rented a boat at a nearby marina. Rogers beach is a short walk down the street, where my husband would pull the boat in to pick us up. Kids and adults all had an wonderful time. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was much more than expected. We all had an awesome time and created some amazing memories

Great location, extremely clean, lots of space. Basement game room was an added bonus. Greg called and checked in a few times - really great host!

Great House & location in Bolton Landing. House has all the amenities you need and the pool/ping pong table was awesome. Walking distance to everything (restaurants, shops, & ice cream for the kids!!) and the beach is across the street which made everything so easy.
