Imaginez-vous assis sur le porche enveloppant, buvant votre café du matin, regardant le lever du soleil sur le lac et les montagnes de l'est. nous offrons une belle vue partielle sur le lac. Lake George est seulement 6/10 de mile sur notre route. Les droits de plage les plus proches et très privés (sans frais) sont à seulement 1 mile (porte à l'eau). Le stationnement est gratuit là-bas, et il ya un quai de la ville pour les bateaux (d'utilisation de jour seulement). Notre maison se trouve sur 1. 59 acres et a des bois et un ruisseau que vous pouvez explorer. Il ya deux plages de la ville (5 $) frais avec les sauveteurs, un parking, des grillades, et des tables de pique-nique dans les 2 miles de la maison. Nous avons Internet haute vitesse sans fil. Nouvelle télévision à écran plat 52 ', DVD, Netflix et même un VHS avec films pour enfants. Télévision à écran plat 32 "dans la chambre principale. Une table de ping-pong dans le garage, un filet de volleyball et une balle sont inclus.

Overall, very nice home. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet; also with central air. Lots of amenities including charcoal grills, a fire pit (good for making s’mores), outdoor games (ladderball, KanJam, badminton), and plenty of outdoor seating for rocking, lounging or just sitting in the sunshine. I had the impression that the beach was closer, and we could walk there. We ended up driving a couple times a day to the beach, as the walk was along a busy roadway and all uphill on the way back to the house. But it was a nice, small beach with free parking and was about a mile away. It was also a bit difficult to find at first (it’s at the end of Huddle Bay Road), but a real gem! Overall, we had a great week, and our host, Michael, was very easy to communicate with, especially after a summer storm knocked out power and WiFi at the house for over 24 hours! We will most definitely be returning to the area in the future

We had a great time during our stay! Great outdoor areas at the home and great location for hiking, boating, etc. Would definitely recommend this property to others looking for somewhere to stay near Lake George.

This was a nice place! Beds were actually comfy which made it more like being at home. Enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball! Great outdoor space! Close to downtown Bolton Landing and most activities/shopping were with 20 mins.

We stayed at your beautiful cozy Lake George home for our Fall vacation. The house was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The birthday signs were a welcome surprise in our arrival! We would highly recommend Mike as a VRBO host and are hoping to return during warmer weather! Thank you! A+ rental!

We stayed at the house with our family for two nights and had the most wonderful time . The house is so warm and welcoming . It was so comfortable and felt like home . Michael was very responsive and accommodating. We had our dog with us and she absolutely loved running on the great property , plenty of room for her to play “catch “. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening , and relaxing on the patio . The only regret we have is that we were unable to stay longer ! Excellent location and close to “downtown “ Bolton landing . Wouk’s definitely like to return !

We were so impressed with every aspect of our stay. This home offered a variety of amenities (fully loaded kitchen, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, etc) to make our stay comfortable. Not only did we find all we needed inside, but outside also included offerings (rocking chairs, fire pit, wraparound porch, deck, etc.) that exceeded our expectations. This property was a perfect “find”for our family as we attended a nearby wedding. Communication with the manager was always prompt and courteous.

If your looking for cozy, tranquil, serene, relaxing, best kept secret of bolton landing then look no further. We loooove this home! Waking up each morning to drink my coffee on the deck while listening to the running water behind the property alone did it for me. This place is a gem! Everything is sooo close by and all accommodations and check in process was so smooth. Hands down best vacation ever. My husband and puppy had a blast! What I even loved is they have a germ/allergy air filter which is sooo good for me! That was a sweet surprise. The amount of games on the property you will never get bored. We will definitely be back! Thank you Michael for being so responsive and attentive.

After many trips to Lake George over the last 25 years, this is the first time we stayed in Bolton and we couldn't have picked a better house to rent. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, centrally located on the Lake and very quiet and private. Just wanted to thank Mike again for renting the house to us and give this property 5 stars!

A cozy, dog-friendly house in a great location just minutes away from Bolton Landing’s shops and restaurants. Pinnacle Trail is within walking distance and the views from the top are worth the hike. Mike is very responsive to any questions or concerns.

This is the best Lake George base for a family or group of friends. The house has old world charm and is thoughtfully decorated with a huge yard and patio. The kids had fun with the games in the garage while the parents could sit on the porch all day. We had a relaxing time here while also enjoying Bolton, the beaches and Great Escape. We would definitely come back again !

The listing and photos were very accurate. Great home, very comfortable and terrific outside space with wrap around porch, large patio and lots of lawn space for games. We were able to bring our two dogs which was a huge plus! The ping pong table in the garage was also a wonderful bonus. Our family loved Bolton Landing and all it had to offer. The location was very convenient as driving only took a few minutes to get to town or beach. Thank you for sharing your house with our family, we would love to stay again.

We so enjoyed our second stay here! Location is so convenient to both BL and LG, and the property is just fantastic! Size of the house is great for a family of four and so happy that we can bring our dog. Thanks Mike for being so communicative and also for the beach bag! Love your place!

We loved staying here. Plenty of room for our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids). The room AC units helped our kids have a more comfortable stay in the upstairs rooms.
Be sure to note that linens and towels are NOT included. Not knocking this place. Just stating since some people read reviews as part of the booking process. We got some at the target about 20 minutes away.
The property is well kept and the owner, Mike, is easy to deal with. Enjoy staying here! We will return to this property if we decided to make the journey from Atlanta to Bolton Landing again.

Wonderful property close to Lake George but nice and quiet. We really enjoyed the large porch and patio. Used the fire pit almost every night.

Great location. This home had everything we needed. It was perfect for our annual girls wine weekend. The only thing missing was a curtain on the window in the upstairs bathroom.

This was an absolutely wonderful, peaceful, relaxing 6 days close to family and friends. Plenty of space for our group and especially enjoyed just sitting on the porch in between family functions watching the wildlife walk by: chipmunks, wild Turkey, deer, bald eagles. We look forward to a return trip!

What a wonderful vacation rental this is! We were looking for a place that could accommodate four adults, two children and our two golden retrievers and this property was ideal. It was very comfortable for the whole family. We loved the hospitality and homey touches provided by the owner. The size of the yard was great and we really enjoyed the wrap around porch, patio and fire pit. The kids loved the hammock and ping pong table. The location near Huddle Bay was just what we were looking for and we made great use of the small beach and dock near by for swimming, fishing, and launching our kayaks. I grew up vacationing in Bolton Landing every summer and it was awesome that my parents and I could share all we love about the area with our children/grandchildren. We had such a fun and memorable week!

Our stay at this house started with a very warm welcome from the owner. House was very cozy and had everything you needed. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from marina where our boat was kept. We spent evenings in the yard and loved having the large yard/patio/porch space!

Tucked away in a private/ quiet setting , the lake house offered a warm and relaxing stay. The porch and patio encouraged us to be outside as much as we could. We really enjoyed Bolton Landing and the locals. We will surely return.

The house was perfect for our vacation! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location was great, close to everything but very quiet and relaxing. The porch was big enough to enjoy being outside on a rainy afternoon. We really felt at home while we were there and cannot wait to return!

Very cozy property a little off the lake which was to our liking. Lots of room for your pet to roam around the yard and access (albeit a bit of an adventurous one) to a great stream on the property. Mike was very accommodating with changes we needed to make to the booking. All very simple and smooth. The house is close to the Pinnacle lookout trail and other less commercial features of the area, We enjoyed our stay.
