La cuisine gastronomique comprend des armoires personnalisées, des appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable GE Monogram, des comptoirs en granit et une barre de petit-déjeuner. Entièrement approvisionné avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger dans la villa.
Adjacent à la cuisine, le salon offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Il dispose d'une télévision à écran plat de 70 pouces. Cette chambre est décorée avec des meubles en bois exotique et un luxueux canapé en cuir. Il y a une porte coulissante en verre qui mène à la véranda.
La chambre a également une vue sur l'océan et est meublée d'un lit à baldaquin king size, sculpté à la main et d'ananas. Sorry for the late response! This is a wonderful condo with a fantastic modern kitchen, spectacular location on what we consider the nicest stretch of beach in Kaanapali/Kahekili. We've stayed at the hotel many times before in a number of different condos. This is one of the most luxurious and there's nothing like walking out from the patio directly onto the beach or seeing the sunset directly from the condo. Great immediate communication with condo owner to answer questions about booking. I can't praise highly enough the overall experience.

My husband and I loved celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary at this property. This beautiful beach unit looks right out to the sandy beach. We lounged on the beach or grassy area overlooking the water as we sipped our morning coffee. We would definitely return to this amazing location!

We loved the oceanfront ground floor location of this unit with easy access to lawn area overlooking the ocean/beach. A well stocked kitchen. We had a couple hiccups with an appliance or two but the owner was extremely responsive and worked to resolve our issues quickly. Access to in house laundry was convenient.

We wish we could keep this place our little secret but....
My husband and I stay at MKV at least once a year and have stayed in many different condos around the resort and we both feel that this particular condo HAS... IT... ALL!!

Although we did have an issues with the stove, Jill responded quickly with nothing but compassion, understanding and kindness.

Couldn’t recommend this property more between the location/amenities/cleanliness and comfort we didn’t want to leave. Location: the ocean with great snorkeling and whale watching is steps from your living room. Amenities: we enjoyed walking over to Castaways for breakfast in the morning and there is a beach rental shop to rent paddle boards/ kayaks on the property as well, Captain Steve is a great source for where spots to snorkel. Comfort: extremely comfortable and cozy condo. Beautiful furniture and artwork/ comfortable couch and extremely comfortable bed. We are very grateful for our time in Maui and hope to be blessed to stay in this condo on our next visit.

This property has the quiet vibes to relax and enjoy island time.
Well supplied with beach gear, chairs, toys, and umbrella, you won't need anything but yourself and your swimsuit.

This was a lovely place to stay! The property owner was very responsive to any concerns or questions. Highlight was whale watching! We saw humpback whales from the property. Great location. The property is managed well. The condo is super clean and well stocked with towels and supplies. Bring your own coffee or walk to the lobby for free coffee in the morning.

We had so much fun here it’s truly a magical place. The host was always available for questions. Absolutely gorgeous area and steps from the fun restaurant and bar on the property. The beach is perfect. The condo was great. All the property residents and guests were wonderful. We will be back!

We would definitely book here again! Amazing views/access to beach. Beach chairs/towels/coolers/boogie boards provided. Full size washer and dryer available for use in unit. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Comfy bed and furniture. Everything was great! Mahalo

We enjoyed our stay so much in this awesome ground level condo facing the ocean. Just steps from the Castaway Restaurant, the warm heated pool with two jacuzzis, and steps from clear water to swim in the ocean. Parking was very convenient and we always had a space less than 30' away. We really enjoyed the express setting on the washer which gave us a 15 minute wash cycle and the lovely decor in the one bedroom condo with spacious kitchen and master bath. It took us a while to realize there were latches at eye level to open the sliding doors to the patio as we were looking down at some other latches. But once we looked at eye level, there were the latches. We loved staying here.

Such a wonderful stay. We have stayed at MKV many times and this is the best stay we have had. The condo was amazing and so comfortable. Jill was such a please to work with she stayed in contact with us as needed and ensured we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure next year.

A nicely-appointed ground floor condo with two patios which directly face the ocean. A small grassy area in front of the patios has many lawn chairs to use to enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean. Access to the beach is just a few steps beyond. The beach itself is perfect for wading and swimming. A few hundred yards north up the beach are some great spots for snorkeling. This is a really special area of Maui

We were thrilled with our little beachfront home. It was stocked with absolutely anything a person could possibly want to cook or live near the beach. The location was breathtaking allowing us to hear the waves all day and night.

This is a great place to stay. The property was fabulous. The property was clean. Location was a big bonus. The only problem we had was the check-in was not very straightforward. We were not on the schedule at the front desk which was very frustrating and prolonged was check-in

Mahalo Jill. This unit at MKV was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. First floor, walk directly on to ocean front lawn. Sunsets over Lanai. Listen to the waves at night. All amenities, we did not lack for any supplies or utensils. We’ll be back!

What a beautiful unit! Great location just steps to the beach. We ate breakfast every day on the lanai overlooking the ocean. The unit is beautifully appointed with an outstanding kitchen that has every tool a chef could want. The decor is lovely and the bed very comfortable. The owner is a pleasure to deal with if any issues arise. The only two suggestions are for more reading light in the living room and Wi-Fi improvement. The Wi-Fi was very temperamental during our stay, but we were able to piggyback on another unit’s Wi-Fi.

Do you like repairs? Endless texts? If so, this "meh" unit is for you! Arrived in a construction zone with grinding, pounding and painting on walls directly outside. Toilet, dishwasher and garbage disposal all broken (right up til we left). Owner actually scolded us for not scheduling more outings for her multiple maintenance calls. She even wanted workers in the condo with us the day of our 50th anniversary, so romantic! Finally she offered us a more expensive unit for our final 3 nights, knowing fully we would not inconvenience ourselves with $500 in additional expense along with a move at the end. Bedroom very inconvenient- huge locked closets for the owner's belongings. Guests get 4 drawers in bathroom and hang-up space in bathroom utility closet. Disappointing experience made more unpleasant by how we were treated by the owner. She tried to blame-shift by saying "you are difficult" and that our schedule was the reason for broken stuff. Unit simply not ready for guests at all! Maintenance people were there twice, nothing fixed, then she stated the building had electrical issues. Maui-- 1,000%! But try to find a different condo without such a bad, unwelcoming vibe! ( Dealing with the owner was probably as much fun as a root canal or insurance litigation.)

We stayed a week - had a great time. The condo was comfortable and well-appointed. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The table on the patio was perfect for dinners while watching the sun set.

Everything was perfect with this property, from the location /view which was incredible, to the facility and wonderful/helpful staff and the owner host who was so helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend staying and vacationing here, Mahalo

To start with the good: this condo is in a great beachfront location with easy access to a wonderful beach. The place appeared to be clean and well maintained. But starting on the first night, a rat or rats started eating our food. Once we discovered the problem, a worker came and discovered a huge rat’s nest behind the dishwasher. He seemed to think the problem was solved after sealing some holes, but we heard the rat prowling the kitchen for the entire trip and had to deal with a trap sitting on the kitchen counter. When we mistakenly left a piece of fruit out, we came back to find it gnawed to pieces. The owner was responsive and tried to help, but also noted this is a common issue in ground floor units. In the end, we couldn’t use the unit while the worker took apart the kitchen looking for the rat one day, had to spend more time shopping to replace the eaten food (not cheap in Hawaii!), and had a hairy companion staying with us. Despite the beautiful location, I can’t recommend this unit. If you do stay there, make sure you put away all food in a closed upper cabinet. If they can solve this issue, this is a great place for a couple to stay.

The exterior was ok but the interior left a lot to be desired
Here is the list of problems:
We found 2 cockroaches, one in toilet and the other in the bathroom
No Wi- fi in the unit. When we complained the management hooked us up with next unit. The service was spotty.
No cupboard space either in the bedroom or the living room . There was a small closet in the bathroom which was shared with beach parafarnalia. All the closets were locked and for owners use
There was not a single chair to sit ( to change clothes or shoes) either in the bedroom or bath area or living room.
The furniture was old fashioned And heavy and almost too large for the tiny bedroom leaving hardly any space to go around.
We stayed there for 5 days and enjoyed ourselves because the view was absolutely outstanding and so were the pool and jacuzzi . The kitchen had been updated but had only 1 wine glass. Overall I would go to the property but look for another unit.

This Villa was beyond excellent! Amazing views, location, amenities, it had everything! If you want a dream vacation with the dream villa to go with it, puck this one! Wow is all I can say!!
