Perfectly Located Bright Water Street Condo
Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement. Grand condo situé au coeur de Saugatuck, en face du Ship 'n Shore Motel. Notre maison vous fera vous sentir chez vous. Il est chaleureux, confortable et une partie importante de vos vacances mémorables. Nous avons un parking hors rue, une cour pour s'asseoir et regarder les gens, ou un balcon pour profiter d'une soirée relaxante. Nous louons des vacances courtes et longues! Outre toutes les commodités offertes par Saugatuck, la Hollande et les magnifiques parcs d'État sont à moins de 20 minutes. South Haven, une autre grande ville au bord du lac est à vingt minutes au sud et le ferry à grande vitesse de Milwaukee à Muskegon est à une heure de route au nord. S'il vous plaît venez séjourner dans notre maison. Saugatuck est très amusant, qu'il pleuve ou qu'il fasse beau, l'été ou n'importe quelle saison. The condo is bright, roomy and clean. The location would be impossible to beat. Wow. Lots of shade around the condo so it stays cool. I walked everywhere for shopping and dining it's so convenient and charming

Everything was nice except I should have chose the first floor because you did not see the water or anything at all on the second floor because of the huge trees which scared me because we had a bad storm our first morning there. Otherwise it would have been okay

Cute place with all the amenities. Comfortable bed, great linens. Keurig coffee maker. Full size fridge. Easy walk to coffee and drinks. Cute outdoor space. We’ll be back!

Convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. It is an upstairs apartment with no laundry. Very comfortable and clean.

Our only problem was it was a very difficult parking space and was hard parking our sedan
Plus the air conditioner was very noisy which was located in a the bedroom. We would suggest it moved to the living room. But, we really like ked it and will likely return

This condo is perfect! There is a reserved parking spot which is invaluable. Keep in mind large trucks/SUVs would struggle to park and possibly block others. The bed was super comfy. Air conditioning was strong and outside porch was really nice with us being able to put a pet gate up and hang out with the pup. We would definitely recommend this condo.

We stayed here for three nights. The description on the website was accurate. The bed was comfortable and the condo was neatly appointed. Everything worked well. Access was easy and the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Saugatuck. Parking was convenient, although if a large truck is parked in the next spot, it does require a bit of maneuvering to get in and out. (A small inconvenience). I would recommend this condo to others looking for a cute, convenient accommodation.

I am a five foot one inch senior. I have a knee and hip replacement. The was no way possible for me to get in the bed! Kind of ruined our vacation. Please at least get a stepping stool.

We loved this property. The owner was prompt with responses and checked to make sure we arrived without issue. The property was clean and cozy! Exactly as pictured. The best part of this property was the location! Easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Girls weekend was perfect!

This was our last stay of a cross country trip from Seattle to Cleveland. The location was great to stretch our legs and walk into town. The amenities were as described. Would definitely stay again.

We LOVED it here! This was the perfect space for us and our dog, and we all enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with the ease of walking to Saugatuck shopping and dining. The communication was excellent and the host was very responsive and helpful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be back!

Exactly as described. Nicely decorated, spacious, & had everything we needed!. The location was superb for walking to all the downtown shops. Would not recommend bringing a large/long vehicle, as parking lot is narrow… was glad I didn’t drive anything larger than my Subaru Forester. But, overall, a great experience! Communications with host was great! Would definitely stay again!!

Great condo! The property was spotless! Decorated nicely, had the basics one needs to enjoy a week in Saugatuck. The location is ideal for someone who wants to walk to town, participate in water activities, likes to go shopping, experience the local restaurants, entertainment and parks! Kathleen the host was available if needed! She is very welcoming and inviting! I will tell my friends and family about this little gem!

Everything was perfect. We were missing a hair dryer and the property manager got it to us immediately. Had a little trouble learning how to work the television, the property manager handled that for us over the phone and all was well. I would recommend this location for others planning to visit Sagatuck

The condo was exactly as listed. It is clean and quiet. The reserved parking was nice. We got in late afternoon and did a little shopping, then on to dinner. Slept in the next morning and walked over to base camp for coffee and a waffle. Back to the condo to pack up then back to reality. We plan to come back!
