Espace familial avec un parc récemment rénové face à la cour pour s'amuser (terrain de basket et terrain de baseball inclus). En termes d'emplacement, la propriété est à environ 10-15 minutes de Boston et à environ 10 minutes ou moins de l'aéroport (en fonction du trafic). Extrêmement facile à naviguer, à proximité des bus et des trains. À distance de marche des centres commerciaux (épiceries, restaurants et fast-food). À quelques minutes d'Assembly Row, où vous pourrez également profiter du shopping, d'un film ou de la vie nocturne.

Nice park for children in the back of the house. The bed was so comfortable. Near a big supermarket. The street is narrow. We enjoyed our stay and found everything that was needed.

A lovely clean spacious apartment with good air conditioning in all the main rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The property is well located being a 15 minute Uber journey to downtown Boston or 50 minutes on the T. Communication with the host was generally good although they didn’t answer our questions about storage of luggage so we had to do our own research and make our own arrangements.

My cousin and I stayed here for a weekend and it was wonderful. Great communication with the host, good and safe location, and very cute and comfortable home. I would definitely stay again.

Rental was VERY clean and just as advertised. Close enough to Boston to only be a 15-40$ Uber ride to city depending on . Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked minimally but sufficient. Complaints were that neighbor has EXTREMELY loud trash can muffler car that’s parked just outside bedrooms which was fired up and allowed to warm up for 10 minutes each morning. Also if you have a car (which is the entire reason we stayed outside the city) you share a driveway with the other VRBO guest. So…you have to use an Alexa to communicate with your vrbo neighbor to have them move their car if they are parked behind you. That might be normal in the city but was a suprise for us. We had some issues on the day we had an early morning planed trying to get out of the driveway.

Perfect spot for a quick jump into Boston by bus! The house was just what we needed after two long days walking around Boston. That was the MOST COMFORTABLE bed I’ve ever slept in!

We stayed here for the weekend and went to Salem during the day. Host was very attentive with checking in and making sure we had everything we needed. Check in and out was easy! Place had everything we needed for 4 days! Will look for this place again if we travel back to this area! Also decorated very cute!

Older house with nice renovations. Good kitchen setup as we made at least one meal or two per day (dishware and cleaning supplies well provided!). Furniture was a bit dirty but nothing off-putting. Place itself was clean and plenty of linens. Not a bad location in terms of being outside of Boston proper but still very close. We drove in each day and parked with no hassle. About a 20 minute drive for 7 miles or so. The immediate surrounding area was not all that well kept (including the park) but for inner City probably average. Fairly quiet neighborhood which was nice. No laundry in case that matters to you. Manager responded immediately to my two phone calls with minor questions!

We needed a place near Boston for our “tour thru New England” trip. This place was exactly as advertised with a great park behind it. Clean and roomy for us to stay (& even work) while we were here.

essentials were missing. why would a rental with a kitchen have NO silverware? That's just odd. I looked and old reviews from WAY earlier mentioned it but they never bothered to get some cheap utensils. The parking was a bit of a pain and the noise of upstairs neighbors would be a problem if you were a light sleeper. That said the location was good and the house was clean.

My octogenarian Mom and I stayed here and took day trips to Newport, RI, Concord and Cambridge, and Salem. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Some staples are available but not others (pepper). Great price point.

Everything about this trip was amazing! The location was close to downtown and was an easy walk to the trains. The house was clean and communication was easy! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone! We can’t thank the hosts enough!

Stayed here 8 days through Thanksgiving and hosted some family members for dinner. Charles was a great host and the home was in a central location close to everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone interested in a very cozy place. Thanks Charles.

We loved staying here during our trip to Boston. The place is so clean and had everything we needed. I only wish my own house was so nicely done! We used the MBTA system while visiting and there is a convenient bus stop right at the end of the street. Our little ones loved running around, and we enjoyed having the Firestick to watch Disney+.l and Netflix. Highly recommend!

Overall, our stay was good. It got off to a bumpy start- the linens were not done at check in time and we walked in to unfinished beds and no towels. BUT, Charles responded quickly and the issue was resolved within the hour. Zero complaints there on out. Bus stop is right on the corner to take you to the T and the commuter rail is less than a mile walk. Good location if you’re wanting save a little money and not stay downtown. Also, bonus points for off street parking for 1 vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Charles and Daphne's place is exactly as pictured. It is clean and well appointed. It was a very short train ride into the city, but it was a 10-15 minute walk to the station, so we ended up ubering home most nights. Overall the location was convenient and served our purpose well, I would highly recommend this place if you bring a car. Charles and Daphne were both friendly and helpful with any questions or issues we had. If you're looking for a clean and affordable homebase to explore Boston, this is a great choice.

We were able to go to Boston and salem for four days in quick time and we’re able to come back to a quiet neighborhood! Perfect!

Our stay there was great. Very Clean house. My wife and I loved it. The place is close to everything. Everywhere we went to we must have driven no more then 10 minutes or so . It all depends on traffic and time of day otherwise we all had an awesome time. We will be staying again on our next trip to Boston.

We wanted to expose our kids to a more "normal" life in an urban setting while exploring Boston. This house was perfect- it was a nice size, clean, in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the park next to it, full of pleasant families. We took advantage of the public buses and subway, both nearby. The grocery store was also close by, allowing us to pack lunches and cook dinners at the house. The hosts were friendly, easy to reach, but not intrusive. If in Boston again, we would stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with and friendly. The place was decorated nice too. We liked the location and the appeal of the neighborhood park for our kids to play in. As others mentioned, you will hear the tenants upstairs but we only heard them for one of the nights. We got a little warm at night with the swamp coolers or small ac units in the bedrooms. We are used to central AC where we are from. Overall, this place was great to stay in for our pit stop near Boston.

Everything is perfect but the parking is a little tricky
Everything about the property is perfect, clean, bright beautiful, spacious for our toddler to run around in, awesome park for kids right behind the house. Only thing is technically there’s no overnight parking for non-residents. Thankfully the owners worked with us to make sure we wouldn’t get a ticket and still could access our car!

Charles and Daphnee were so very kind and accommodating! This place is perfectly appointed, clean, and an excellent location for zooming in and out of Boston easily. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, thank goodness! If we ever return to Boston, we would stay here again.

We stayed here to attend Tufts graduation events. We had elderly relatives with us and a rental car. While relatively close to Medford, traffic is heavy and driving is not easy. Parking at property must be coordinated with owner at night to get vehicle off street. Owners nice and responsive but be prepared for shuffling parking spots. The property was as advertised- clean and well kept but we did have a few needs (beeping fire alarm due to battery, no dishwasher detergent that owner responded to.. It is in urban neighborhood so neighbor and upstairs noises should be expected. We paid extra guest fees for more than two people, even though the place advertised to sleep 7, so we paid more than advertised price per night.
