Chegando no hotel encontro uma calcinha dos hóspedes anteriores do lado da cama 🛏️ ou seja a limpeza deixou a desejar na real 🙌

A limpeza 🧹 pedi toalha não tinha pedi um lençol não tinha a limpeza do quarto mao foi feita 🤔

A limpeza do restaurante e a área e interior da piscina precisam melhorar.

Nada! Péssimo! A melhor parte foi sair de lá.

Tudo muito ruim! Quarto sujo, velho e extremamente desleixado. Mobília extremamente suja e com cheiro desagradável. Acomodação tão antiga que ao abrir a maçaneta da porta de entrada já caiu! Banheiro com cortina da janela em estado deplorável de mofo e de sujeira. A hidromassagem extremamente suja e de péssima manutenção Tudo muito ruim a ponto de irmos para outro hotel durante o mesmo período,. Única coisa bonita é a vista, mas quando se volta para o interior da acomodação é muito desagradável. Não recomendo a NINGUÉM! PESSIMO

Jacuzzi, vista, limpeza e localizacao sao pontos positivos!

O vaso sanitario estava entupido , avisei funcionários e também aqui pelo aplicativo, mas ninguém resolveu o problema. Uma funcionária da limpeza, até tentou. Mas nao conseguiu desentupir o vaso. Um dia antes do término da viagem eu e amigos decidimos ir embora, pois estava impossível de ficar la. E nao tiveram nem um pouco de empatia por nos. era nossas ferias, sendo estragada por um imprevisto que nao era difícil de ser resolvido.

A lot of things old, not taking care or broken. The air conditioner from the master bedroom was leaking and blowing ice over the bed while it was on. When I shut off it started to leak water. Burned light bulbs, wood floors shipping and bedroom side tabes falling apart. White curtains from outside dirty. The jacuzzi while I was in there it started making a weird noise so I shut off the jets. Mirrors all dirty. I’m really glad just booked for one night here while my other hotel could take me in for the remaining of my trip. I was wanting to cancel my booking the day before due to not able to travel because I had not got the results of my PCR COVID-19 test negative yet. They would not return the money neither reschedule for another day. So finally, I got the results over the phone from my test and I could travel. They are not flexible at all with travelers flying from abroad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay at Wish Hotel or Kristie resort way better and clean. Thank you!
