Check-in was rather confusing, as there are lots of different buildings. I got assigned to one room through email, but then received an whatsapp message assigning me to a different room.

The location was great. It's in the heart of Ponta Negra and close to many conveniences. Once all of the problems I had were resolved, the stay was pleasant. The housekeeping staff, once they came to actually clean the apartment were very kind.

I would have rated this property so much better, but it had so many problems initially: it had to have me go to a separate physical location to pay, the apartment was absolutely filthy, and the shower did not have warm water. First, for reasons unrelated to me, this property could not process my payment and I wasn't notified of this until very late--maybe the day before or the same day. Furthermore, unlike the description of the property would suggest, there is *no* front desk on location. Because of this, I had--after a very long flight and Uber ride from the airport--to go to a separate location to make my payment, then take a second Uber ride to the property. The property needs to figure out what's going on with their payment processor. If I knew I would have had to deal with trying to get my payment processed over the course of a day and have to go to a separate location to pay, I would not have chosen this place. Second, when I arrived at this apartment, it was filthy and without question had not been meaningfully cleaned. I was appalled. The couch was visibly dirty with dark spots and blotches all over (I would never use this couch at any point during my stay); the area around the front door handle had streaks of brown liquid that had not been cleaned, the freezer still had a piece of meat in it along with dirty ice, and the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. Those were the things that immediately jumped out. Besides these more obvious things, there were signs of uncleanliness throughout. Third, the shower only had cold water until my second full/third day of my stay. I had informed them on the second day, but nobody had come to address it then. When some handymen did come to fix it, they were very helpful and pleasant. However, in unclogging the aforementioned sink, they left a rather unpleasant mess on the floor related to that work. All of this went on while I had to work remotely from this location.

Amazing place, cannot complain about anything. Apartment is very tidy, comfortable and in an excellent location. It was better than I was imagine. The staffs in the reception was very kind and regardful. (Vitor and Jorge)

No complaints! Suggestion: - add pano de Prato, vassoura, pá, saco de lixo extra.

Nice little flat for 2 people. Good location and great shower. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were extremely hard and not comfortable at all.

The pool in the photo wasn’t the pool in our block, ours was on the ground floor, next to reception so no nice views like in the photos. The flat could do with a bit more utensils in the kitchen, there were literally only 2 glasses available.
