the staff is very unpleasant and not friendly. the room they first gave me was underground so it was smelly as in moldy. I had to get a room downgraded so it could be in a higher level and did smell bad. plus they mess up my payment info and booking is trying to charge me again. I hope I can get it all figured out.

what’s not to like? Coral Plaza does everything well.

we’ve stayed many times. this time we had trouble with the key cards for our room. we had to request a few extras.

Expected more from the pictures. However the experience was positive anyway. Restaurant very good. Service also good. early breakfast- perfect for kids.

Lack of water in the frigo for example.

The place is wonderful and very clean, the breakfast delicious, the staf very nice and the reception very helpful.

I loved my room, the space I had, the view, the team at breakfast, the pool, there was nothing not to like. The team were fabulous, so helpful, polite and attentive, and not just to me as a person but to my vegan, gluten free, sugar free diet. They even got in some Earl Grey Tea for me! With the beach right on your doorstep with some fabulous waves to play, surf and swim in, and an excursion place directly outside the front door this is a perfect place to stay in Natal! Would highly recommend this place!

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the CoViD paranoia of the male receptionist upon arrival, VERY EXCESSIVE!! Everything else was fabulous. There could have been more signs to direct you to the breakfast room and other areas, such as the chill out area... and a better Internet reception in my bedroom but if it had been there, I would have probably continued working whilst in bed, so probably a good job the Internet wasn't good in that space.

Hotel facilities, room, bathroom, breakfast were great. The guys from the Bar Luiz and Jonathan were very nice.

Some of the staff was not friendly.

Is is a nice view from the rooms you can see the ocean!

Breakfast was a little poorly, Pool is a little dirty, if you look at carefully, I did discuss it with another stay guests!

Outdoor facilities - pool and bar service. Proximity to the beach. Good value for money.

The room is old. Curtains need to be changed as they have bad quality and are old disturbing our sleep. Poor bed linens and towels - needed to ask for extra pillows and blankets as well. Staff was friendly but slow. It took us 40 min to get an expresso in the pool bar. Overall hotel facilities are old and not well maintained.
