THe hotel looks nice and quite new. WiFi works well in all areas of the hotel so we could also work by the pool. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. We only stayed for a night but the thought the restaurant and service was quite good.

The bathroom is ultra-small. The shower room is minuscule, so you might have trouble if you are a bigger person.

Garden is very nice amd breakfast buffet was very good.

The room had a balcony facing the opposite wall, our bedsheet was too small and you could see the matress, it smelled very bad in the room.

The beds were super comfortable and big, which we loved. Breakfast was delicious, a very sympthetic lady makes tapioca and omelette on the spot for you, whichever flavour you want. The staff in general was so nice, I want to give them a big compliment. Especially Daniel from maintenance of the breakfast area went above and beyond to help us during our stay.

pool cleaning, restaurant food delivery time (took long time when we ordered food, it was faster to go out and eat than ordering there), poor kids area (playground) and difficult access to the beach for elderly people.

Just to improve a little bit more, I think the glass wall of the elevator could be better. It seemed a hit dirty.

Pool area and breakfast

Gardens are impressive, very well maintained. Thumbs up. Pool area is nice. Breakfast is fine, good selection. Lobby gives us a good impression, nice furniture and deco. 2h more for late check out (well, the hotel was a way below capacity anyway). 5 min walking to the beach, drugstore, bakery and small supermarket in a walking distance. Room size is fine.

Pools were dirty. Extremely loud music all day long. They turn on the radio 7:30am, all rooms around can hear it, if you want to sleep more, forget it. Then you go for breakfast 8:30am and you can barely talk on the table. Rooms dirty, I found one used mask in the room when arrived. A/C wall needs a new pairing, you see the water patches. Few TV channels, no cable option. Staff could be more friendly, not rude but just ok.
