This house was very nice and as described. It was easy access and centrally located for our needs. Communication with the owner was easy and he responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very nice house near the airport for convenience as well as a few miles from the Gaylord convention center. This is the 2nd time staying here and were again impressed with the service from the owner as well as the smooth check in and out and availability from the owner. Tinu also checked in on us a few times via text to make sure the stay was to our standards. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in the area or for anyone attending a convention at the Gaylord but not wanting to pay the very high room rate at the Gaylord. Highly recommend and will be back for our future endeavors to the greater Dallas Fort Worth area!

Everything was really nice with easy access. I would make one recommendation, the master bed could use a mattress pad with a pillow top. The bed is extra firm. Otherwise a perfect stay!!

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We were able to contact the owner for minor needs and the response was immediate. Not an issue but just important info: the driveway is a bit steep. Parking for 2 is easy. Garage was used for our small utility trailer which needed to be inside. No problem for us. A smaller car probably would have easily fit as well. We have a large SUV that we parked in the driveway. There would have been room for anothee

Pros: Newer property House was clean Close to airport Cons: Cameras at every entrance and owner keeps a very close eye on who enters and leaves. Had my sister-in-law and her small children (3) from Dallas over for dinner and was told it was not allowed. Just be aware that if you have any additional people over (even if they are not staying), it needs to be clearly stated to owner. It was cold and there were no extra blankets Right next to highway. Noisy. Poor quality furniture Firm beds (which was a pro for my husband) Overall had a nice stay.

What a spectacular house. We celebrated Christmas with the kids and grandchildren here and had a great time. We will definitely be revisiting this home next year.

This property is just as shown. It's new, clean, and comfortable. The residential neighborhood where the home is located is beautiful as well, and is in nice proximity to major freeways and shopping centers/restaurants. My family is in Texas, but we flew in from Michigan to attend a wedding. Our adult children and my parents joined us, so we could make the most of the time together. A total of seven adults were very comfortable in this home. There was room for more. Overall, I think everyone had a wonderful experience. The shower in the master bath has great water pressure, which we truly appreciate. The temperature inside the home was also very comfortable. Even though we stayed during late September, the temperature was in the 90's. One thing that we and all our family noted was that the beds were VERY firm. The owner was quick to respond. The check in and check out process was very simple. Again, we had a fantastic time and have some wonderful family memories. Thank you, Tinu, for sharing your beautiful home.

I loved this property. It was perfect for a conference and 4 guys staying there. Wonderful decor, awesome structure, owner gave us 100% and did not interfere at all with our stay. This was a 5 star stay and the price was perfect. However, i would recommend 2 changes for the future. The beds are quite firm and not ideal for most guests. I woke up in the night many times because of the stiffness. Also, with the highway being close by, i would recommend window upgrades or something to dampen the sound. It is not loud by any means, but in the night, when you would wake up, the hum could keep some people awake. Overall, i would recommend the for anyone needing a stay in/near the Dallas area. Our conference was at the Grapevine Gaylord and was only a 10 minute drive. High quality, high value, close to everything.

My wife and I, along with our daughter and her family, stayed in this wonderful home during our recent visit to the Dallas area. We found the home to be well equipped to meet our needs with 4 adults and 5 grandchildren staying in the home. The home is conveniently located and accessible to major highways and yet is located in a new, quiet, upscale neighborhood. It has a large fenced backyard where the children could be safely outside playing. There is also a very nice park just a very short walk away that has lots of amenities for the children. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the home and made good use of both the kitchen and the gas grill on the back patio. All of the appliances we used were in good working order. The furniture throughout the home was in good condition. The beds were comfortable and it appears that most of the mattresses and bedding were in like new condition. The bathroom linens were in good shape and there were plenty available for our stay, The home was very clean and comfortable. The owner was a great communicator and provided text messages with useful information on trash day and check-in and check-out instructions. Overall we had a great experience with this home and would definitely stay again if we happen to be find ourselves back in the Dallas/Fort Worth area again in the future.

We stayed in this home over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect place for our family to be together and also spread out! The house was comfortable, immaculately clean, and the owner was very responsive. There is a really nice playground within walking distance from the house which my kids enjoyed. The house is located very close to many of the major thoroughfares in the Dallas/Fort Worth area as well as the airport which made it nice for us to catch the early morning flight back home. I highly recommend this property!
