This property is beautifully located in a pretty neighbourhood, close to so many attractions. It's spacious, clean, well stocked, and was overall perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children.

Location was great, unit was clean but beds were very uncomfortable! Communication with the host could have been better.

Overall had a great stay! Communication with the host Taylor was easy and smooth. The unit was as shown in the listing and everything was clean. The location is convenient with so much to do nearby. Also, unit provides great views of the Pemigewasset River and the White Mountains in the distance.
It is an accessible unit with ample space for getting around in a wheelchair including onto the balcony off of the living room. We did have to move chairs from the dining table and kitchen counter to make room but besides that getting around on the main floor of the unit in a power wheelchair was without issue.
Overall this made a great home base for our trip to see the total solar eclipse and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit the area!

A group of friends and I stayed here for a weekend. It was super close to the downtown area. My friends enjoyed skiing at Loon and it was perfectly located. It's a large hint and we felt like we had plenty of room. My only complaint was we found one a few things not working when we arrived and messaged the host via the app. But the app is really bad about notifying so the host didn't see the messages till after our stay. But, that didn't really take away from the amazing weekend we had.

The property was as described. Wonderful gathering place for 6 women celebrating our 60th birthday. The only complaints are small so they are here for the owners use: the host is slow to respond and the place could use a coat of paint in order to not appear unclean, there was a tip envelope left on the dining room table and I assume it was for the maid service, but since we are obviously charged for cleaning would this not be the responsibility of the owner? Small things to update the stay really was pleasant and I’d definitely stay again.

We came for the leaf-peeping, but I think this would be an even better stay during ski season. It's close to slopes, shopping, and restaurants, and has a wonderful little trail along the river if you want to stretch your legs. The beds were comfortable, and the shower pressure was good in all the bathrooms. Just a really nice place to make camp.

We had an incredible visit to the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The condo is extremely clean, spacious and comfortably fit our family. The beds are so comfortable, and the unit is furnished so tastefully. Taylor is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. This was our first time visiting the area, and we were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings, waterfalls, and hikes. Bottom line- after a week, my family wanted to stay there and did not want to leave .

This property was beautiful! It was as listed, but felt bigger than it seemed in the photos. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and everything was clean. The beds were firm. Our group had a great time during our visit. We used the hot tub which was great. I would recommend staying here!

The house is great and exactly as described. About a 5 minute ride to the main area of Loon and a 1 minute ride to South Peak.
We did a family trip and everyone was really comfortable. There are 2 large sitting/couch areas, one on each floor. Sleep set up is listed correctly.
Very close to stores and restaurants. The host gave specific instructions and responded almost immediately to any questions asked.

We stayed at Taylor‘s place with me and my husband, our two young children, my sister, a family friend, and their teenage son. We had so much space, I think we probably could have easily fit another family in and still had a ton of space! Everything was unbelievably clean. Taylor was incredibly responsive, I had a question about halfway through the trip, and she responded almost instantly. Check in and check out was very easy. The location is so convenient to loon mountain, and a bunch of restaurants as well as the grocery store. I’m already trying to plan my next trip back to stay in this exact property, I highly recommend it!

This condo is beautiful, so much room for everyone. Location is amazing, close to everything. We went up as two families with children and two other couples and our experience was excellent. Would definitely return to this rental property. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

We had a great stay with family and friends! The space was big enough to allow the kids to be able to have their own space downstairs while adults could could hang out around the island with out the kids right in the same space! It was also big enough for the adults and kids to all hang out together in the main living space!
The location was excellent! It was a two second ride to the south peak chairlift and a short easy downhill walk back from the south peak trails to the condo!

We had a great stay at Riverside Terrace! Check in was very easy, and the QR code left on the kitchen counter led to an easy-to-read welcome guide with lots of great info. The home is very comfortable and has beautiful views of the forest from the living room. The host was very easy to work with and very helpful. The home comes with a great vacuum, broom, and basic cleaning supplies which we appreciated. The host has thought of everything. We can’t wait to stay again!

We had a great time between two families with school age kids. The house had plenty of open space and the basement layout was amazing for watching football and kids playing post skiing. The shuttle to the mountain may have been the best part of the complex but the hot tub was lovely as well! Beautiful home and well stocked with the basics! Great communication and we will be back!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this fabulous rental! Everything was perfect. The space is generous with large rooms and furnished just right. The kitchen is well stocked and can handle family cooking and cocktails après ski! The beds were comfy, linens great, blankets stocked for cozying up on the couch and the location to town and the lodge amazing. Also the communication with the owner was quick and friendly. Very pleased with the spaciousness of the condo and loved the location. Easy drive or shuttle to the mountain. Outdoor firepit with plenty of wood provide as well as hot tub and association grill. Taylor was our host and very helpful and responsive with any inquiries before and during our stay.

This was at least our family's fifth visit to the property over the years. It just keeps getting better and better! The condo is spacious, super comfortable, immaculate and fully loaded with every amenity you may need (even a crockpot and griddle for pancakes!). The South Peak location is ideal; either call the dedicated shuttle for rides to/from the mountain or hop in your car for the two-minute ride. Soaking in the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing is an added bonus. It's well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Check-in & Check-out were seamless. Ok, now that I have your attention! I was once as you are now; scrolling, reading, scrolling... Endless photos of fireplaces and stunning mountain vistas, hot tubs and Fall foliage. The decision on which place to rent a seemingly impossible task, further compounded by the wish lists of your fellow adventurers.
Well, you can breathe easy now. This rental has everything you need, with the extra touches you didn't even know you wanted. (but will forever be your standard going forward!)
First criteria, location location location! It does not get more central than right there at South Peak. Shopping, Skiing, Hiking, and more are literally right out of the front door. Parking on site is easy, they even have a garage spot for those like me that hate to clean snow off your car!
Second criteria, space for the whole crew! Each level has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can easily fit 13 in beds, and honestly the space would not even feel crowded with more than that. Both levels have huge open living rooms with the aforementioned fireplaces and views. Relaxing on one of the huge overstuffed couches, warmed by the fire after a long day of doing absolutely nothing is a pretty great way to spend an evening!
Third and final criteria, the comfort! Taylor and Regan have done an amazing job getting this right and making this space feel like you are home as soon as you walk in the door. They take pride in their home, and it shines through. Their welcome book (which you also receive as a PDF prior to arrival) is packed with all the info you will need at your fingertips. You can really tell that they took the time to listen to their past guest's questions, and incorporated all the key points to ensure a great stay.
The kitchen has high quality, complete sets of flatware, cutlery, pots, pans etc... (those who rent frequently as I do, know what I mean by "complete" here!) They even have cupcake baking tins, measuring cups, and cookie sheets if the rustic comfort of the area gets you into a baking mood.
The beds are like clouds with super comfortable mattresses, multiple pillow options, and all made up with very high quality sheets. Super plush fuzzy blankets adorn each sofa and chair as well, perfect for that afternoon nap in the sun.
Most of the listings on here for this area are stunning and beautiful, but it is the small touches and elevated quality of this property that sets it apart the others.
Life is full of tough choices, this isn't one. Book it

It was a fairly nice condo but I am not overly impressed with this rental. When I looked at pictures for property, one of the rooms had a bunk bed and a twin bed in one room but when we arrived there was no bunk bed. One of our guests had to sleep on the couch. Parking was a huge issue. The listing never mentioned that there was only parking for 4 cars yet condo sleeps 10. I was contacted at midnight and told to move cars or they would be towed. This was never mentioned in the listing. We would not rent from here again

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was very poor. Condo has rugs which stunk . Sectional sofas were filthy and full of stains. Under beds have not been vacuumed and completely full of dust. Cob webs in common areas. Faucet plumbing leaking then not working. Nest thermostats difficult to maintain a comfortable temp upstairs and down

Great location near South Peak
This was a great location for access to Loon Mtn South Peak base lodge. Convenient shuttle to Loon was as easy as a phone call.
The only issue we had was with the heating system kept the upper floor too hot but a quick call to the property contact got us sorted out.
Everything else was great and we all had a great week of spring skiing.

One thing that I would strongly suggest is having a book in the house with some info about working the TVs, adjusting the heat and nearby suggestions. We managed without it but it would have been nice.

Great place for a group
This condo at South Peak Resort was a nice space with plenty of room for two families. It was convenient and well laid out and the beds were comfy. My one complaint was the lack of a binder full of info like you find at most other vrbo properties. The property manager was so nice, but we didn't want to bother her all the time with questions about the shuttle, the trash, finding the hot tub, etc.

Great small town location
We had a great time the week after Christmas exploring the wonderful town of Lincoln, NH. My girls had a blast seeing snow for the first time. Plenty to do, great shopping, and overall this place is better than expected. O’Neal and the private shuttle made getting to and from the ski slopes a breeze. I would recommend putting a queen bed on the bottom level so a couple with kids could comfortably sleep. Layout was great, plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans, and we look forward to visiting again! Everyone around this area was so nice!
