We had a lovely time. Windermere #708 was very comfortable for all of our family, young and older. The kitchen was well appointed, more so than other locations we have stayed in in the past, which was a good surprise. Would stay in this unit again!

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the extra large dining room table and the corner balcony. My only issue was the commmunication prior to arrival. Every condo receives 2 parking spaces- which, if you're advertizing the condo sleeps 12- just doesn't add up. We called multiple times about getting a third parking pass or figuring out offside parking. The closest offside parking they could tell us about was at the "smoke shop" 4 miles away. After multiple family disagreements about who was going to sit in the very back of the cars and making sure to pack extra light, I was shocked to see a large empty parking lot with the words "Windemere Overflow Parking" displayed right across the street. It would have been nice if one of the three people we called prior to arrival would have mentioned that.

Everything about this condo was great. Fully equipped kitchen, great access to everything. We had double red flags the entire time but that was out of our control. Would definitely come back again. I highly recommend this condo.

This unit was perfect for my family. My family and my brother's family all stayed here with each couple having a room with a balcony, plus boys in one room, girls in another room - all with their own bathrooms! It was a great place. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. The location wasn't too busy or noisy and right on the beach. My brother said if he were to come back to Perdido Key he would want to stay in the same unit!

This condo is perfect for a family gathering. It is spaceous and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom is private and has its on bathThe kitchen is well equipped. The sunries and sunsets were beautiful.

Seven ladies on a weekend getaway, and we really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean with incredible views, and a wonderful corner patio with room and nice seating for all. The larger beds were all very comfortable. We would be happy to come and stay again! A few very minor suggestions – only one bathroom had soaps and shampoo and conditioner, more bath towels would be good and the bottom dishwasher rack seemed broken. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything was beautiful! The condo, the view, the traffic lol!
This condo had everything we needed for sure. I wish there were more towels rather than just 2 per room (unless we just couldn’t find them) so we had to make sure we washed them. Other than that, everything was perfect! The view is wonderful from the balcony and we even got a little show every morning from the dolphins.

The location of the condo on the Beach was wonderful. The parking is VERY TIGHT, but this condo comes with two assigned spots so that was very nice. This condos appliances are on the fritz. We had trouble with the freezer, fridge, garbage disposal, and oven. Maintenance came out and were very condescending to other guest when trying to explain the problem. If the appliances would be updated this would be a great spot to continuously book. We are not a group that goes out to eat, we like to maximize our time on the beach so not being able to cook easily and make sure the kiddos have frozen treats was a damper on our stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was beautiful and spacious for our group of extended family. Loved the views from the balcony! We enjoyed the beach and pool. The only downside for our group was only having two parking spaces. However, the rental company provided recommendations for off site parking, which we utilized.

The condo was spectacular. The views of the ocean amazing. The fact that each room had its own bathroom was a plus. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, cutlery, crackpot, etc. And the ice maker was essential in filling the cooler and heading to the beach for fun. Would recommend to anyone. Also restaurants and grocery stores within two to three miles. Loved the trip.

Amazing Property
Beautiful condo with a perfect balcony and amazing view. We’ve stayed here twice and it’s been great both times. No complaints other than the Ike’s beach service taking up such a large section of the beach.

Wedding weekend
We had a family wedding and we came a couple days because, you know, the beach. We vacation in the area every summer but this was our first stay at Windemere. It may be our favorite. We hope to book it again next summer.

Difficult to get to the property if you don’t have your car. Ride share cars are extremely few if not non existent.

Perdido Key - Windmere vacation
This property was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans etc needed to cook for the 9 people we had staying in the condo. The view from the deck was amazing. The beach is clean with white sand. I love how the beach was not overly busy even during spring break. I would highly recommend this condo. thank you for a great vacation.

Perdido prize
This well-equipped and attractive condo provided the perfect beach retreat. It had a comfortable, big sectional sofa in the living room, a large dining table, and big balcony with both lounge chairs and dining table. It also had lots of dishes, glassware, cooking utensils and storage containers which were a pleasant surprise. Also conveniently located to grocery.

Fun trip
This unit is very spacious and very well decorated and well stocked. The disappointment came at check-in when we arrived the counters had not been cleaned, there were food crumbs and sand on the bathroom counters and the kitchen counter. The next morning our microwave quit working. Maintenance had to bring a freestanding microwave and put it on the counter. Also, some of the electrical outlets in the kitchen were not working. There were also two dining room chairs that had legs that were just about to break off. So it was a bit of a rough start but after all was taken care of we had a great time. Maintenance was prompt in responding.

A perfect week
I paid more than I’d ever paid for a vacation and it was absolutely worth it! The condo was incredibly spacious, extremely clean, and had perfect views! The kitchen was well stocked with all needed cooking supplies. We grilled out several nights on the grills provided by Windemere. Even made some new friends while cooking out. It was our first time in Perdido Key and we loved it. Even did a deep sea fishing excursion locally and it was wonderful. We will definitely be heading back as soon as possible! Thank you for a wonderful and needed vacation!

Love it!
This is the 4th year we have come down to stay and go fishing and the condos have always been very nice and very clean. Great location. Never crowded. We'll be back again next year!

Beautiful condo!
Absolutely beautiful condo with easy access to the beach, pool and shops.
Hideaway bed was a plus.
Lots of kitchen gadgets made cooking for 10 super easy.
My one and only complaint was that the floors were absolutely FILTHY upon our arrival.
Bringing in sand from the beach was actually an improvement.
I get it though. Floors get nasty. But amid COVID-19 you’d think they would have cleaned a bit more thoroughly.
It won’t deter us from visiting again I would just recommend bringing house shoes.

Great family vacation. We had everything we needed. The in-house ice maker did not work. Your oven cooked unevenly. You need better non stick skillets and a real cutting board. Everything else was fabulous! Very nice property!
