I like the lady at the window, she is always pleasant. I wish we could get a better deal, while being regulars; but all in all... I love the Richard's...

Excellent location on US1, free parking, clean room
They changed my room because there was some outside repair job being done, but it was very easy

The check in process, rate changes, room wasn't ready, had to come back & they came to door to check us out the next morning.. the furniture was very old, even rusted (lamp) there were bugs, roaches crawling on the furniture & beds.. didn't get much sleep & I suffered a mini-stroke while there.
