Bien conçue et meublée, cette maison de plage sur deux étages a été récemment rénovée et se trouve à une minute à peine de quelques secondes de la plage privée Crystal Beach. Les installations comprennent une machine à glaçons professionnelle et un bar au 1er étage. Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine à aire ouverte situés au 2ème étage offrent une vue magnifique sur le Golfe depuis son mur de fenêtres et son balcon. La cuisine mise à jour propose des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, un îlot avec beaucoup d'espace de travail et un bar pour le petit-déjeuner. Master suite offre une double vasque et une grande douche à l'italienne. Deux chambres supplémentaires et cuisine du matin se trouvent au 1er étage. Idéalement situé à quelques minutes des principaux centres commerciaux, restaurants et supermarchés de la ville. Profitez de vues panoramiques spectaculaires sur la plage depuis le balcon du 2e étage, la grande salle et la chambre principale. Toutes les chambres décorées par des professionnels avec des meubles haut de gamme. Nouveau pont spacieux, complet avec mobilier de jardin et nouveau barbecue.

3 friends and I visited over Labor Day. Beach access was easy and appreciated having table/umbrella on the beach. House was very nice, kitchen well equipped. Good to have extra icemaker for packing a cooler. Nicely decorated, clean, even better than pictured, with 2 parking places, extra beach chairs, - it's clear the host has put some thought into making this a great place to stay. We only had a few questions, and host was very quck to answer. Nice residential area near restaurants and stores.

I've used VRBO quite a bit and this is by far the best my favorite place we've ever stayed. Incredibly close and convenient to the beach. We were able to quickly walk there every day. Plus a cute little cafe near by. The house was great and had everything we needed. The host quickly communicated through the entire process. She really made it easy and I just love that house.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation living in the cottage. The property was clean and basically looked just like the pictures. We had a great view of the beach from the home and of course we enjoyed the private beach. I highly recommend that this property if you’re in Destin.

My family and I traveled to Destin with our 2 young kiddos and stayed at Tiffany’s home for 5 days. It was a great location, the beach service was an AWESOME perk and the communication with Tiffany was very easy. My husband and I enjoyed walking to Camille’s down the street for coffee several mornings with our girls. This home is in a good central location and close to several restaurants and shopping areas. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a home for their stay.

the place is acceptable but old construction well located, old beds and old linen, the worst experience was the owner charging my credit card for damage that we never did to the wall it seems like a job that was badly repaired in the past a crack or small hole who gave in with the professional paste and very likely they saw it was now and decided to charge none of the guests, much less me, did such a thing at this point I doubt the honesty of the work team that the owner has who are also quite young teenagers They are the ones who do the maintenance on the conscience of the owner, the payment made will remain, he was kind at first and then he came out with this, I feel cheated

I am so glad we came back! The beaches were a bit busier since it was Memorial Day weekend but we did not care. No matter what time we came down to the beach we had reserved seats right next to the house. We will be back next year!

It is not appropriate for us to have paid a cleaning fee for this unit. It was clearly not clean upon arrival, we took pictures of the main issues. Hair on window sills. Mold in swamp cooler. Downstairs fridge possible never wiped down. Used contacts on the bunk bed that there was no way to miss or knock off the bed if the sheets had been changed appropriately. Also found a contact in the rug downstairs. Tiffany was excellent about maintenance issues we had and overall enjoyed the stay, other than cleanliness being way under par

Great house, perfect location. Property manager was wonderful and responsive! Loved the complimentary beach chairs and reserved parking spaces. Nice walk down to Camille’s coffee shop every morning. Private beach area was clean. Happy with our stay. Would book here again!

The easy walk to the beach was perfect, because our January & February weather was sunny & warm. We had time on the beach every day.

If you’re looking for a single unit, private, yet conveniently located property for a trip to Destin this is it! Our family of 5 stayed for almost a week and it was absolutely perfect! Super clean upon arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. Owner was always available but everything was so perfect we didn’t need help. The parking was convenient for our trips out and we felt our vehicle was safe while we were in. Plenty of space for even more people but the 5 of us had plenty of room to have some time to ourselves if need be. I was concerned about our kids being downstairs where the main door is located vs is upstairs in the master but it wasn’t a real issue because the neighborhood is a safe one. Access to the beach took literally a minute and beach floats were available to use :) The beach service included was great too… their staff is very kind and took great care of us. All the fun things in Destin are close by and quick places to grab needed things are close too. The ocean and sand in Destin are beautiful but this is an amazingly affordable, comfortable place for a stay with friends or family. We’re definitely hoping to go back again regularly!

My daughter and I took a girl's trip and loved this house. For us it was the perfect location. People drive slow on the road near the house so I was not able to hear the cars. You can still see the ocean from the top floor yet you are one house back so you feel you have more privacy. This is an independent house so no shared walls, so you don't have to worry about having the obnoxious neighbors. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. The beach in front of the house is private and only for people who stay in that area. The crowds were significantly greater on either sides of us so it was nice to have that small area. Having two parking spots is priceless as this area gets crowded and parking is hard to find. To my surprise Miramar beach was more crowded than Crystal beach. I absolutely loved it and made the right choice in staying here. Tiffany was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend.

The property is beautifully located in Destin. I misread and thought we were right on beach, but we were only one house back. Great access, easy access to beach and everything you need. The house is wonderful, clean, spacious with all the amenities. Will definitely stay here again.
