No breakfast included. Location was as advertised. It did not move.

Unit was advertised as 1 bedroom apartment, actually a studio. Took 2 days to get a second key card for my wife and I was then told I would have to activate. I declined, and the agent had it activated. Advertised service and linen every 3 days. Serviced once in 7 days. Overall, completely misrepresented. The unit owner blames Booking.com, who blames the owner. Advice: Book and stay elsewhere.

Email and phone numbers for the property were not correct. I sent multiple emails, and made calls to the numbers provided, and did not receive any reply or confirmation! This is unacceptable!
