Découvrez une relaxation instantanée en entrant dans cette magnifique maison d'hôtes de 4 200 pieds carrés au bord du lac, située près de Seattle / Bellevue / Tacoma. Situé sur 12 acres et 800 pieds de front de mer, la propriété se connecte à une forêt de 42 acres à explorer. Partagez des histoires autour du foyer le soir, barbecue sur le barbecue à gaz et profitez d'une vue imprenable sur le pré et le lac. Faites une visite du lac en voilier, canoë ou chaloupe. Apportez des bottes et faites de la randonnée à travers les prairies naturelles et les forêts secondaires. Profitez d'un toboggan flottant pendant que vous nagez dans les eaux propres du lac Shadow. During COVID my husband and I got married on this property with just our immediate family in attendance. 3 year later, we decided to hold our long-overdue wedding reception here. We had about 50 people and this was the perfect kicked back venue.

Beautiful and fun for all - grandkids, parents and grandparents. We spent all day every day swimming, boating and fishing.

We had our wedding in the backyard here with 65 guests and it was everything we had hoped for and more! Holly was nice and helpful! The property is beautiful in nature and private but still relatively close to Seattle and everything you need. It’s better than the photos can capture, the meadow and water at golden hour are truly stunning. The house is huge and has so many extra things for hosting events and fun toys to play with on the water. There were dumpsters and enough parking. We used their buffet tables and a nice dance floor and more. We rented a 30 x 60 frame tent, luxury bathroom stalls, dining tables and chairs, and brought in other things. We had catering, a dj, and bartender and it all worked out great. The ceremony was set up near the water, we set up the picnic table and yard games in the middle area, and the bar, dining, and dancing near the house. We had family stay at the house and some others even stayed at some nearby houses on the lake and were able to boat over to the wedding. We made many great memories playing on the lake, sitting around the bonfire, watching eagles, and enjoying the sunsets. Hope to come back again soon!

As always, we loved our stay there we try to do it every year and it is always a success so much room and space and lots of things to do. You don’t have to go anywhere. The house is clean and perfect. We had a blast as always can’t wait to come back next year. !!! I would give it 10 stars if I could😊😊😊

The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It is an amazing area with plenty to do. We had a large group and everyone had their own space and we were able to do different things when they wanted. The lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the canoe and the slide, I would definitely recommend this location and property!

We spent Christmas at the Lake House with our family. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and a great kitchen.
The property manager was awesome and we even had a Christmas tree!

With the city hussle and bussle, this property provided our family an opportunity to unplug and enjoy nature. Our family truly enjoyed the home and all it had to offer. Teenage boys took advantage of all the the amenities offered on the property, including the canoes and sail boat on the property. Every morning we woke up to crisp air and rolling fog over the lake, that had us all in awe. Holly was so responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

I can't even begin so describe how perfect this property is. Beautiful setting for a wedding rehearsal dinner with everything you could need supplied by the owner. Holly is fabulous to work with and very responsive. We will be back!

The property was even better than expected. We were two families with three kids who always had something to do, from swimming, water sliding, exploring, to playing in the grass field - not to mention indoor activities like ping pong. The home was spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Our 2 adult sons and their families enjoyed the lake with the sale boat, row boat, canoe and paddle boards. Our 20 month old granddaughter even caught her first fish. The only complaint we had was we only stayed 5 days and the time went to quickly.

Beautiful home to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren and make new memories. Home was really well setup to make our stay comfortable. Holly was responsive and very accommodating. It's set a new high standard for our vacation rentals.

Overall good experience, listing is pretty accurate with pictures. It’s fairly remote so you can play music and not worry to much about neighbors. I stayed with 11 other friends at the property. Cots were provided for the additional guests. The cots were not comfortable so I recommend air mattresses. But in a pinch you can’t complain to much about the cots. Overall would recommend and stay again !

Wow, the pictures do not do this house and property justice - great spacious home! Host was friendly and responsive. The kids loved the game room. The house was spacious for our whole family and had a large overflow parking lot for us to park in. Super relaxing. Wish we could have been able to test out the lake (too cold this time). Really nice having a high chair and pack n play already there. Would highly reccomend and revisit.

We specifically chose to stay at this beautiful home because we have built memories in this location. We stayed here 5 1/2 years ago, and used the house as our home base for our daughters wedding. It only seemed fitting to do so again for our sons wedding weekend.
The home is set in an absolutely beautiful location, and has everything you could need to host family dinners or just relax in-between wedding events. Centrally located, you can get to to local stores and restaurants within minutes, or you can make the short commute to Bellevue or Seattle to experience more of the area.
The host was quick to respond to our questions, and went above and beyond to ensure we were compensated for a few things that went unnoticed by the staff that tends to the home.
I highly recommend staying at the Shadow Lake home. It is an oasis of beauty and comfort.

The place was absolutely perfect for a blended family holiday house, cooking, spending time together, space for the kids to run and play and all with a beautiful view and close to all conveniences. We rented twice and will rent it again.

This is spacious and beautiful place to spend a few days with family. Even though it was rainy outside, we enjoyed comfortable family time inside with plenty of space for our family of 8 adults and three toddlers. There was a well-stocked kitchen with more pots and pans and utensils than you would ever need but with lots of options. The game room was great — with a ping pong table and fooseball. We had a great time.

I rented this property for four nights for my wedding. We had our siblings, parents, nieces and nephews stay on the property with us for the first three nights. On the third day we had 100 people show up for the event. there is plenty of parking, plenty of space for everybody to spread out, and some items were provided like some tables and chairs and dishes. I did have to rent some tables and chairs so there would be enough for everybody. This place is my dream home. The yard is amazing, the lake is perfect for swimming and boating, the house is beautiful and set back away from the water just enough, and the surrounding property is a nature lovers dream. I have very few complaints about the experience, but one is the exorbitant amount we were charged per person for them to camp in their cars or in tents on the night of the event. we didn’t want people to have to drive after drinking, and there are not many options for places to stay within 20 minutes. People had to pay $20 per person per night just to sleep in their car or in a tent in the parking area, with no camping amenities. I was also very upset that I had to pay extra for a handwashing station. I had already paid $1000 for the event fee which included a porta potty. Since we were serving dinner at the event, and even if we weren’t, I would expect that a place for people to wash their hands would be part of the deal, butt instead it cost us an extra $250! Besides those two things Holly was wonderful and I would absolutely do it all over again.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with the family, I highly suggest this spot. Located in a rural area but not too far from town. The closest grocery store is about 6 minutes away.

Staying at the Lake House on this beautiful fall weekend we spread out an enjoyed quiet time when we wanted it, convos in the kitchen when we felt social. Rowing on the lake was a special treat. The "Festival" involves up to 12 women gathering to watch movies they don't get to watch at home with their husbands or children. And to share the enjoyment of them with smart and insightful ladies. Clean and well-maintained and well-equipped property.

Our family stayed here for a wedding in Enumclaw. Good location for us. Very comfortable place. Enjoyed the lake and were able to use the rowboat and sailboat.

This property was stunning and perfect for our wedding of just under 50 people. We were able to fit a 30x40 tent perfectly in the upper part of the yard, and the dance floor that we rented from the property was completely modular (6-4x8 sections), allowing us to set everything up exactly how we wanted for the space that we had. Holly was very responsive and helpful answering our questions before and during the stay. Overall a fantastic stay and we hope to do it again.

We would love to visit here yearly. So relaxing down by the water. We hosted a small wedding here and the owners were so helpful and communicative with such great resources like dance floor/chairs/canopy available. Beautiful property.

We had a wedding at ravenswood near this house. The house was perfect with beach and fire pit and plenty of room for all 11 of us. We hope to get it again for a family reunion.

This is a beautiful property with so much to do and enjoy, that we never left during our stay. Everyone enjoyed the lake, with the slide, different boats, and floaties for the kids. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Really, it was all I could ask for in a vacation home. We would love to stay here again.
