Free shuttle, efficient and welcoming staff, clean facilities. Breakfast was available also, but we left so early we didn't require breakfast.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. They served sausage, eggs and waffles. Plus hot and cold cereal options. Name brand Fruit Loops, Raisin Bran and others. Room was as expected 2 queens, big screen TV with built-in desk. Separate sitting chair. The shower had excellent pressure and ran nice and hot. The water was soft too. The hotel was adjacent to the city's light rail station and on the corner of International Blvd. Travel into the Seattle Center was a straight shot.

Hahaha 😄 The TV remote didn't have a sleep timer.

Property shows age, but our room was clean. Reminds one of a hotel 6.

Staff was pleasant. The property, including our room was clean. We liked that there was a small frig and microwave in the room.

Small room, very little counter space for storing items on the vanity. The shower curtain only went partially across the tub and the bowed rod was broken so that the curtain slid way down leaving a very big gap. Lots of water outside the tub. We reported that issue but it wasn't fixed.

It was close to the train station. It was clean. The staff were amazing. The hot breakfast was good.

The bathroom was old but functional.

Although Breakfast was included in the Room rate, we were unable to have breakfast because we had an early flight so had to leave hotel at 5am and breakfast was available after 6am. But this was not really an issue, as there was a complimentary coffee maker in the lobby. I liked the free airport shuttle service from and to the airport. The airport collection point was easy to find and the system used has been setup well. We arrived at 8:15pm and we were at the hotel by 9pm, including wait time for our baggage collection. The hotel was not too far from the airport, but very quiet in the room. Also we had a 15min walk back to Subway food chain (but there were several other food chains in the area to chose from). Shuttle service was clean and on-time and do its job. Room was clean and had a comfortable bed and was nicely appointed. However after two days of airtravel, I only really focussed on a hot shower and a comfortable bed. And both were very good.

Nothing to complain about, as the room was mainly to allow us to get a good night's sleep before continuing on our travel plan. The room on the 3rd floor was suggested as being quieter than the 2nd floor, and it was. Overall we had a nice stay.

A huge check-in line at 1:00 am. The key cards (4 separate ones) did not open the room door. Probably a defective card reader? Anyway, arrived at 1:00 am, in an exhausted state, and finally got into the room at 03:25 am. Spent much of this time in the hallway sitting on my suitcase. There were no chairs to sit on, of course. Plum awful.

The water in the shower would not get warm or cool...it was just HOT.... making for extremely unpleasant showers. I complained and was told they had been having "problems" with this shower....SO WHY PUT A GUEST IN THERE BEFORE IT WAS FIXED???

The in-house restaurant food was exceptional across at least two of the many restaurants right in the building. I've never stayed anywhere quite like this.

I could have liked it as much as not, but after walking a million miles at the airport, it was more than an average walk to my room. Being spread-out means visitors aren't all on top of each other though. So it is a preference issue I think.
