I had no hot water had to change rooms and still the water was light lukewarm

The hotel proximity to the airport was perfect. Plus, it was quiet, comfortable & the price was reasonable.

The internet was inconsistent.

Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht es waren nur muffins, Jogurt und Müsli also nur süßes. Es wurde maximal wenn überhaupt einmal nachgefüllt innerhalb dieser 3 Stunden. Das Personal war auch nicht gerade freundlich außer eine Frau am Empfang. Es ist schon sehr heruntergekommen und riecht auch sehr danach.

The ghetto gang loitering actually prevented me from even getting out of the car to register. We just drove on by and waved goodby to our $150.

The lady behind the counter was very friendly used her phone to order us a delivery pizza after a long flight. Also the airport shuttle bus was excellent with clear instructions on how to order it.

We liked that the complimentary shuttle bus picked us up at the airport and and took us to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was perfect for us before we went on the cruise. Plenty of places to eat close by.

It was great, the even helped us get a shuttle bus to the port and back to the airport after the cruise. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel.

The deposit of $150 a night was a lot for the accommodation!

The bathroom faucet in Room 101 needs tightening. The paint on the walls in the bathroom is peeling off the walls. May need to use a water resistant paint next time

Ants, lack of cleanliness, room they first sent us too was dirty and had items sitting out everywhere. Courtesy driver had the nerve to ask for big tip saying we could afford it. I was down for medical and anniversary, we had saved up for the trip. Staff was unfriendly and hard to ask questions.

Elevator and upstairs hallways smelled terrible the entire time I was there. Super dim lighting in the room.

Very close to the airport Very close to Rental Car return I dropped my wife and lugged at the Hotel and then retuned the Rental Car, took the shuttle to the Airport and then called the Hotel shuttle to come get me at the airport. The whole process only took 35 minutes.

Shuttle only stops at one place at the airport and you have to drag all your bags through the airport to get to where you need to go. we left in the very early hours before breakfast, there was no lunch bag breakfast provided for early travelers

The check-in time was horrible! I had requested a room with 2 queen beds with a washroom that was accessible with a walk-in shower. When we got there, it took us 1 hour to get into our room. I had to check 3 different rooms for the accessible bathroom that had 2 queen beds. But unfortunately the hotel could not accommodate us. I also sent a message to the hotel in advance in regard to this. The room was on the first floor. It had 2 queen beds but not an accessible bathroom. The room was quite small, one of the lamps was not working, there was only 1 bath towel in the washroom, and we had to call to ask for more. The receptionist told me to call back in about 15 minutes to ask again as she was the only one. We didn't get the towels until the next morning. The Air Con unit was super loud at night. It kept making a ticking noise, which got very annoying, so we couldn't really use it. The breakfast was not great at all, breakfast time was between 6am and 9am, by the time we got there just before 8am everything was pretty much gone.
