The air condition did not work. The refrigerator did not work properly, would not keep anything cold. They had to move us to another unit which was a pain to move everything out to the new unit. This was supposed to be a fun and relaxing vacation and it was just the opposite.

We chose this condo because of it having 4 beds in the kids room so each of the kids had their own space. The beach service is a huge plus. Overall, the view was amazing but the condo was just ok. It was a little dated and there was no water pressure in the master bath shower which was frustrating. The living room furniture looked very old. The bed was comfortable and I liked the comforter so much that I purchased the same one when I got home. The cabinets were nice but it needs a pantry for food storage. We would stay at breakers east again. Infact, this was our 2nd time but last year we had a different condo unit. We would pick a different condo unit next time for the experience. There are only 2 elevators and one was broken for 2 days but they did get it fixed. Many things to do around the area and location was great.

We have been vacationing at Breakers East for 15 years. The units are comfortable, nicely decorated, and stocked with most items you could need. This is one of the few buildings where the master bedroom has a balcony on the beach as well as the main living area. Your Assistant at the Beach is responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

This is our second trip to this location and we love the area and what the condo has to offer. Nicely furnished bedrooms and a spacious balcony to watch the sun rise and set. Our only suggestions would be to provide some plastic dinner wear for children and to furnish the kitchen with a sharp knife set. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan on going back.

Beautiful condo as pictured. Very clean and comfy. Convenient to all area attractions. No hot tub on property as described but there is a larger jetted soaker tub in the expansive master bedroom which may be what description referred to. Overall great place and would absolutely stay again.

We returned to this condo because it's Easy to book, reasonably priced, perfect for us, & always Excellent communication with our "Assistant" (Carolyn & Erica). The Unit is always clean, comfortable, fully supplied & gives us a feeling of being HOME! The entire complex is very well maintained, clean and friendly. Love the pool and Perfect beaches. It's just SOOO easy to book, & stay, but TOOO hard to leave. We will return ASAP for another vacay in Paradise!

We had a great stay/ weekend away. Condo was nice, happy that it was 2nd floor bc elevators can be busy at check in time. The only thing is property said there was pull out bed in sofa there was none. Other wise plenty of room and blankets for everyone!! Would recommend to friends and family for a good time and nice location to everything.

The unit was more beautiful than expected. I love the access to a private beach and the accommodations that were provided. The only negative thing I can say we experienced is that, though checkout was 10:00AM, we had someone at our door at 9:30 AM saying that the company had told him we left .

This property was Great!! The stay got better when both elevators were working. The Wi-Fi was very slow but I was on vacation so it worked out. The only thing that was bothersome was the dirty floors of the Condo. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!!!

Location was great. Condo is close to beach. Brandon, the maintenance guy was great and communication with prop mgr was great. The only thing negative is that the floors need to be mopped a lot better. Our feet were black after walking on the floor a few short mins. I got Lysol wipes and mopped the whole floor to try to clean the floors. We pay for cleaning fee so please clean them.

Older building with modern condos give the best of both worlds. The large ocean view balcony is almost impossible to find in newer condos but the units are updated and modern - great stay!

Great Condo on the Beach
Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo for our spring break trip this year. The grounds are well-maintained, easy access to the beach and pool, and the condo itself was very accommodating. We created a lot of great memories here, and plan to return and hope to be able to stay in this unit again. Thank you so much!

Perfect Family Vacation
Everything about this property was amazing! The pictures are perfect - there is no special lighting or angles! The condo looks exactly as advertised. We requested (and paid for) early check-in via a quick phone call a few weeks in advance and our code worked for the door at 1 PM CT as promised. The condo smelled extremely clean when we opened the door and minus some sand on the floor (to be expected at a beach getaway), it was extremely clean! We had plenty of space in the kitchen and each bedroom and bathroom. There is TONS of storage in each bedroom and bathroom and plenty of clean towels. The kitchen is stocked with every gadget imaginable and the views from the balcony were unbelievable. We did not have any issues during our stay, but the property manager was very prompt to respond whenever we sent a text message. My husband was able to easily walk to Dunkin for coffee and donuts! We also made plenty of Publix runs with relative ease. The beach never felt crowded and the pool was definitely heated! We hope to make this a property that we return to year after year!

Perfectly wonderful, well appointed condo with everything you need. Extremely clean. Very functional and comfortable furniture, bedrooms well stocked with linens & extra blankets if necessary. The location is very convenient to grocery stores (within walking distance) as we had no vehicle. Lyft/Uber readily available if required.The only negative was that it takes about 4-5 minutes for the hot water in the shower to heat up, however it was really a non issue . I would most definitely recommend this property and would stay there again. Owners very responsive. During the stay one of the hairdryers broke but there was a second one in the other bathroom. I reported it and voila a new one was delivered early the next day. There was some building maintenance going on during the stay and we were always kept up to date and informed. Excellent and professional communication from the beginning.
