The pool and how cool it was.

We had maintenance going on from 7am till 4pm next door apartment's. Also your cooking utensils could work better if they were non stick pan's.

Best accommodation I've ever stayed at. Beautiful, quiet, best location, and affordable. Beach and tavern right at the front door. Will be definitely staying there again

The plunge pool, bright decor and garden

Lack of bathroom door! Open plan is nice but it would have benefited from at least a screen for privacy when using the bathroom. The kitchen was in need of some updating.

the accommodation was even better than the photos! very spacious and tastefully decorated. Just one suggestion ... maybe place some milk in the fridge to go with the coffee pods?

the location, styling of the room, access both sides and the fake grass helps keep sand out of the property.

The location is fantastic - so close to the beach, and the plunge pool was great to have. The apartment felt roomy and open and the mattress was very comfortable. We appreciated the ceiling fans, air conditioning, having a washing machine, and covered outdoor area.

There was no compendium or welcome booklet with information, which would have been helpful regarding questions such as where to place recyclables, local eateries etc. There was also no mention of whether there was a parking space or not. The makeshift kitchen was adequate but minimal and there were no glasses, only plastic wine cups. The kitchen tap was clunky and difficult to adjust. The apartment was clean except for the freezer which was very dirty. We would have preferred a door on the bathroom, some division between the bedroom & lounge area such as a blockout curtain and flyscreens behind the louvers. The shower screen leaked and the bathroom floor got flooded. The lounge was very uncomfortable, being made of concrete, and the dining chairs - both indoor and outdoor - were also really dated, uncomfortable and impractical. The apartment, especially the outdoor area, was noisy due to the very close proximity to neighbours. Unfortunately we endured smoking fumes from smokers next door, which was very unpleasant especially with a small child, and had to close all windows and doors. We weren’t aware that the plunge pool was meant to be heated so weren’t expecting it to be, but it certainly wasn’t, it was quite cold. There was residual bleach in the washing machine and some of our clothes got bleach stains on them. A great spot but in need of updating and maintenance.

I love the cement fit out it reminded me of greece and i find that really calming. I also loved the location of the apartment. Beautiful 4 Mile Beach was 50 steps away.

I liked everything I just wished the plunge pool was a little warmer so i could appreciate it more.

Location and heated pool was perfect.

Couldn’t find something that we didn’t like.

Poor communication and no empathy when we contracted covid and were 1 day over the ridiculous cancellation policy the world is unpredictable atm communication was very slow and didn’t help the whole situation and won’t even reschedule so we could enjoy the stay won’t be staying here when I travel to Port Douglas again I believe in customer service and doing right by your customers

The location, style of property and spa were amazing and fans in each room were a good idea

The shower floods not sure if the silicon needs to be re applied around the base or the drains aren’t doing the best job but the bathroom floor was always pooled after a shower

Good location. Easy access to get in to Port Douglas and also close to beach.

Unusual accommodation. Lounge suite dining table kitchen etc all made from cement. Plunge pool good temperature if a little old. Very noisy neighbours from another property.

Cute little Villa, everything you need for your stay. The unit has a BBQ, Microwave, Coffee pod machine, hot plates, utensils and consumables. Great location near the beach, There is a Tavern with a bottelo just metres away. Heated plunge pool was great!

BBQ was filthy! Austar box was missing a cord adaptor.

Lovely location

Heated Plunge Pool was not heated and too cold to use. Booked a 3 night stay for the Heated pool and could not use it. Owner was not helpful or sympathetic at all. Property was not clean. Dirty kitchen scourer on sink, moth eaten curtains, filthy dirty washing machine, pool fence does not appear to be compliant, no test and tag electrical, no fire extinguisher or fire blanket, water damaged ceiling, rusty furniture.... awful... don't stay here!

Lovely attention to detail. Loved the informative leaflets, found them very useful. Coffee machine was a plus and just beestifuk decor. I took a video and showed all my friend and posted it on facebook because of beautiful inside
