Cet appartement en copropriét�� à plusieurs niveaux de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain est comme une maison privée! Le salon spacieux peut facilement accueillir une réunion de famille avec l'espace de divertissement et la salle à manger confortable. À ce niveau également, la cuisine bien équipée est parfaite pour une collation rapide ou pour préparer ce repas gastronomique sur la véranda. We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

This property worked well for three adults and two children. Plenty of space. The kitchen had everything imaginable one might need. Almost too much. The owners use this property a lot. They had personal items and clothes everywhere. Too much. They even left their car in the parking spot we were supposed to use. There is a hose near the front door to rinse off beach sand, but the handle had been removed, so we couldn't use it. That being said, the unit was clean and in a great location. Bello was great to work with. They let us get in early on check-in day which was wonderful since our flight arrived at 10am. I would use Bello again. I would recommend this unit if you are bringing children.

This unit is very spacious, lots of privacy and room to spread out. Very well stocked with anything you could need, including beach chairs, umbrellas and pantry items. Beautifully and comfortably furnished including great beds although desperately in need of some new knives and a few upgrades. Floors are great and unit is very clean but bathrooms and kitchen cupboards are old and worn. Two very small issues while there but both handled by Bello Realty immediately and satisfactorily. Road noise is mostly loud after dinner and first thing in the am but very quiet during the night. A perfect location to get everywhere and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and sunsets. Nice to be able to walk to beach and even shops at Wailea if you wanted to. We did the Wailea Ocean Front walk from there and loved it. All in all we had a wonderful time and would love return.

Had a great time at the condo - it has been updated since the pictures, with new flooring throughout. Previous reviews referred to the unit as dated, I don't think that's the case anymore. The unit was very well stocked for our visit including a well appointed kitchen. We were easily able to cook a Christmas dinner! Worked really well for our family of 4 adults and two kids. We also had a good experience with the property managers, internet cut out one day, and someone was over at the unit to fix it within a couple hours. Would definitely stay there again! Two flags, the unit has a fair amount of stairs to the unit and within in, if mobility is an issue. It is also close to the road - the noise didn't bother us at all as the road isn't super busy, but those who are sensitive to road noise might find it bothersome.

We had stayed here 11 years ago and noticed a few changes. The sofa bed had a brand new mattress and new cushions or perhaps was completely new this time so more comfortable for sleeping on. The safe was not working and they had to take it away for repairs so we didn't have that which was very appreciated last time. Any other needs were taken care of within a couple of days so all in all still our favourite place to stay. Easy walk to the beach for most people (even my mom who is 91).

A very roomy, well laid out townhouse with all the amenities. Clean but a bit dated and the carpet throughout is due for replacement. Beautiful hardwood stairs up and down from entrance area. Large lanai with barbecue and ocean view in the distance. Exceptionally well groomed property of the Palms at Wailea and ideal property for multiple family condo accommodations with easy walking distance to neighboring spacious lanais for family gatherings. Beautiful location with near access to ocean beaches, Pollo Beach our favourite.

Large living room/dining room that opens to the kitchen made it perfect for us to enjoy time together. The lanai has a beautiful view and we enjoyed cooking on the grill. Great property for the price. Interior is a bit dated and it definitely shows age but it’s a great price, location and is very well stocked. Only real issue was that the knives were very very dull and definitely need to be sharpened or replaced. Chopping/food prep a bit challenging.

This is the second time we have Rented Palms at Wailea 2002 and I can state all six of us( three teeagers0 HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. Two large patios held evening dinners, morning breakfasts and opportunities for casual conversation. Everything is supplied in the kitchen including 3 brands of Food Blenders This was a vacation with grand children to create lifelong memories Upon arriving it was determined that we had no propane in the BBQ,one phone phone call to the Management Company and problem solved within an hour

Ou party of six adults and one child enjoyed a very comfortable and memorable stay in this well located, spacious, and homey townhouse in Wailea. The home is well stocked with everything a family might need including beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys, extensive kitchen gadgets and appliances for cooking, and even games and puzzles. The pool area is very nice, there is a beach in walking distance but we enjoyed spending time at Wailea and Big Beach. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities, shampoo and body wash in each bathroom. It felt like a resort home away from home! Spacious, Well Equipped, and Close to Beaches
This property is unusual because it is three bedrooms and three baths and larger than most. This is one of the older units on the property but has been well maintained and very clean, with updating in kitchen and bathrooms. The unit is well supplied with many essentials for kitchen, laundry and bathroom, so I would suggest you visit unit before going to the grocery store.
The owners have also supplied 8 beach chairs and beach cooler. You will need to rent a beach umbrella. This is someone's personal vacation home and the decorating does reflect years of collecting beach style items. In one of the closets in a bathroom there is an entire library of books available, board games and puzzles are available too.
The only negative was the AC does not cool well and remove humidity from the house. The pool is quit a walk from the unit and is up a very steep hill that only uses rocks as stepping stones. Be aware that this unit has steps you go down and then back up to get inside the unit. Also many steps inside because it is on three levels. We would definitely rent this unit again.

This three bedroom condo was our favorite on Maui. It’s a split level condo with two bedrooms on the level you walk in on, then an upper level with a large kitchen, dining and living area. The master suite is on the lower level (below the kitchen, dining and living area). The condo has central a/c, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office area in the living room. The condo had plenty of space for the five adults in our group. Additionally, just a short walk down the hill from the property is a beach access where you’ll find a lengthy beach with buttery soft sand and snorkeling. Wailea was definitely our favorite area on Maui!

Really appreciated the little details like shampoo in all 3 bathrooms, a nice laundry facility with soap, beach towels and chairs provided and plenty of parking. Beds were all comfy and the pullout couch was ok for teens but some extra floor mats were there too if you didn’t want to use couch.

So easy to check in, great location close to the beach, restaurants etc. and lots of parking. We used the fully-stocked kitchen to cook almost everyday and took the provided beach chairs/towels to the beach. Loved that there is in unit laundry too. Beds were comfy, we slept 6 easily. Wifi and TV worked great. The only cons were this was the strictest community pool I have ever experienced (if you want to spend a lot of time at the pool... maybe look elsewhere) and it would have been great it they provided a hair dryer. But we loved our stay and would definitely come back!
