Great location. Very clean, tidy and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for your stay.

Very comfortably equipped house, perfectly equipped kitchen including cleaning supplies, wifi and TV perfect, beautiful electric fireplace, very clean. Parking provided 20 meters from the house. Very close to town, river view.

Good beds, well equipped kitchen and good location.
Didn’t like the motion sensor lights in hallway, kitchen and landing. So annoying coming on and turning off when you didn’t want them to.

Close to the river
Danger hazard open then front door and step too far you're dead as the road is directly in front with a sniff of a foot path. Not suited for pets or kids at all. Beds like sleeping on nails. Stairs Creek as you walk up and down. The settee made me itch so we had a blanket to cover it up. The activated lights are just a pain, we took 2 small dogs who are up and down for water therefore light on light off all night. So noisy 24/7 with traffic. I asked for a safety gate to prevent the dogs getting out the front door, instead I got a high chair. Sent a message and got no reply. They take your money then don't care after. Took sheets and pillow cases off as requested, noted marks and brown stains on bedding. May think of changing these for hygiene reasons. Needs a lot of updating, fresh paint, dead spiders removed from the walls.
Very musty smelling, all my clothes I took stink so thankfully my washing machine will sort this. But thanks for letting us stay.

The cottage was absalutley beautiful, spotlessly clean, within walking distance into the town, felt like home from home, would definitely return, and have recommended to family and friends, can't wait to return soon, as we visit Llangollen many times 👍👍👍can't wait to return to hafan cottage
Little hiccup, opened the washing machine, and water rushed out hadn't been emptied, unsure if a fault, had to use all the towels and the throw to soak up, spoke to the owners, who rectified the problem, towels were delivered next morning, tap in the kitchen dripping non stop other than that, all good didn't spoil our break was fabulous

Everything was as advertised, kitchen well-equipped.Despite the busy road it was a good location with a park opposite and an easy walk into town .We enjoyed our stay in Llangollen.

Fantastic location, easy stroll to town & great views from front windows. Nice decor & furnishings
Car park very tricky, house smelt damp (no extractor in bathroom with no windows?) & very mean with provisions - not even a bin bag left for us - only a few sheets of loo roll too. Would have been useful to leave a few dishwasher tablets too. I needed a considerable amount of shopping before even thinking of food.

when we walked in there was a strange smell , smelt like dogs had been there . not sure if the property takes dogs but that’s what it smelt like. also the road outside is so busy and the front door is literally on the road, very dangerous

Loved the closeness to the town. Good size kitchen and very well equipped. Comfortable lounge area. Off road parking for two cars excellent.
The water didn’t get warm enough, so we all had to have Luke warm showers. Found the damp smell in the hall area very unpleasant, however we were warned of this.

bedding didn’t fit mattress or duvets well, extractor fan in bathroom didn’t seem to work so there was some Mildew
quality of towels was poor and walls in the lounge landing and bathroom could do with a lick of paint. downstairs bedroom got a lot of road noise, it would make more sense to have a double bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms

The cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort of the house was really good. Description of the property and its location was fairly accurate. Very nice.
I felt the description of the property should state that there is no outside area. The parking at the property could be improved by having some mirrors to aid pulling out of the parking area.

Excellent location, everything was great and lovely scenery around where we stayed and Aldi and Home Bargains very close and the park literally opposite the cottage which the children loved

The beds were comfortable and the property has plenty of space for us. The location to get into Llangollen for food and walks was brilliant. There are two parking spaces for the property which are very convenient.
The proximity to the A5 means that you can't sleep with the windows open which makes the rooms hot. The host has provided fans which are useful. A few more bits and bobs in the kitchen would have been useful, more bin liners, kitchen cloths etc.

Amazing cottage and fabulous location. Beds were so comfortable and the views from the upstairs rooms were stunning. Can't wait to come back 👍😀

Excellent location, 10 minute walk to town centre.
The cottage door opened directly onto a very busy main road. The noise levels were quite high and we could not sleep with the windows open due to the noise of lorries/trucks/cars & buses going past.
