A return trip to Maui from our honeymoon there 21 years later, this time with our two boys. Townhome is beautiful with lots of room, watching the sunrise from Lanai looking out over #10 green of Wailea Blue golf course with view of ocean and Molokini not too far away…stunning. Great location with countless beaches and restaurants all close by. We’d go back every year if we could!

The rental is very walkable to just about everything, was very clean/stocked up when we arrived, there was a bug issue but our host was so great and got it taken care of quickly. Would recommend this to anyone going to Wailea!

We loved our stay in Wailea at Hien’s condo! We loved sitting out on the large patio in the morning taking in the gorgeous view of the ocean. It was whale season and we could see them jumping out of the water! Coffee shops, restaurants and beaches are a 1-10 min walk away which was very convenient. Hien provided great lists of restaurants and things to do in the area and was always quick to respond with any questions we had. The king beds in the bedrooms worked out great and were comfy. We used the beach chairs, toys and towels provided, and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a big Kleenex box in every bathroom along with plenty of toilet paper which I always appreciate! We would definitely stay at this condo again!

My family and I had an absolutely enjoyable time at Hein's beautiful Maui rental. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the immaculate cleanliness and the stunning furniture that adorned the house. Communication with Hien was a breeze, as she provided us with all the necessary information about the home in advance.
The accommodation was more than accommodating, offering plenty of space for our family of eight. The well-stocked kitchen supplies made meal preparation a breeze, and we appreciated having everything we needed right at our fingertips. The highlight of the house was undoubtedly the lanai, which offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. Spending time there was a treat and a memorable experience for all of us.
One of the best things about the rental was its organization and ease of navigation. Everything was conveniently arranged, making it effortless to find what we needed. It felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for more in terms of amenities.

Our families had such a wonderful time staying at Hien’s property. Hien was always so quick to respond to my messages and very polite. She even made sure to check in on us. The property itself is in such a convenient location to all the beautiful beaches and great eats! We enjoyed the view every morning from the upstairs lanai eating our breakfast from Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Akamai Coffee and Honolulu Coffee (both coffee shops are walking distance from the rental). The property was very clean. Kitchen is updated and fully stocked. We loved that she provided beach chairs/umbrellas/toys/mats/towels so that we didn’t need to rent them. Both bedrooms were clean and spacious (room with 2 king beds was convenient for our friends who had 2 toddlers with them!) and the sofa bed was perfect for my teen son! When we come back to Maui, I would DEFINITELY rent this property again!

Amazing location. Spectacular views. All the comforts of home and very comfy towels and bedding. We stayed with 3 teens and had a ton of space to spread out. Beds are extremely comfortable and the condo is impeccably clean and well maintained. We would definitely come back to visit again! The beach chairs and towels and extras were great to have too! Wish we could have stayed longer but now on to Kona! Would recommend to friends and family.

Although this property doesn't have the beach location of the major hotel properties, it's much more reasonably priced and still has a lovely ocean view. Very spacious and very nicely appointed. The photos are very accurate representation.
Although we only ate in for breakfast this condo is one of the best equipped for cooking we've ever seen. Hien was excellent in communicating with us. The only potential issue I would flag is that the bedrooms are on the lower level and the common area is upstairs so anyone with mobility issues needs to be prepared to navigate the stairs.

This was my first time staying in a VRBO and I loved it. This condo was beautiful had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked with all the spices, pots and pans and more. We were able to cook most days. We had breakfast on the lanai and enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. We even saw a few whales from the grilling area. Our host was very responsive and provided lots of great info before we arrived! The condo was very clean, and is just as the pictures show. It even had everything we needed to go to the beach including chairs and towels. Overall I would rate it a 5 out of 5. We would definitely choose this condo again next time we are in Maui!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien's condo. It was very clean, had all the amenities. We loved that Hien was so communicative and responsive. Any questions we had were immediately answered. We loved the fact that the condo was stacked with beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. It made our visits to the beach that much more enjoyable. The location was fantastic. It was right on the golf course, close to beaches, shopping, and lots of fabulous restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place for a family.

Nice Wailea Condo
We enjoyed our stay here in the condo. We stayed with our two young children and the condo was clean and well stocked.
It is about a 1/2 mile walk to the shops / restaurants. We ended up driving down to the beach access with two young children rather than walking. We are able to find parking at the access point between the Grand Wailea and Four Seasons without issue.
The complex pool is a short walk up the hill as well. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if staying in Wailea.

Nice Stay
Overall, we had a really great time at this property and I would recommend the property to others given the cleanliness and the location, but we did have a few issues. First, we were unable to find bedding for one of the beds and the property owner didn't seem to understand the issue. And second, the stairs to the second floor are tile and we had three people fall on them, so I wouldn't recommend this property if you have mobility issues or small children.

Perfect stay in Wailea Maui
Ideal condominium location on Wailea Blue course with great view of ocean looking towards Lanai bring binoculars for Whalewatching at breakfast ! The location is quiet and situated back from Wailea village mall ( high end ) and away from hubbub of Kihue . Excellent launching spot to discover many beaches from easy family swimming and snorkeling to the notorious Bi Beach. Wailea Golf is excellent too Emerald Gold and Blue all 10 minutes . Awesome views from Emerald . The condo is very comfortable and fully equipped including beach chairs towels and umbrellas all essential. Outside grill just 20 steps away. The washer and drier are new which made laundry a delight :) Open kitchen well stocked and WIFI and TV set up the best we’ve encountered in three othe stays. Costco and Target near airport are must go to places to stock the condo for your stay .Overall highly recommend this location and the host Hien who was exceptionally responsive and keen to know that we were happy . Oh you must book the Outrigger to Whalewatch it was awesome !! Mahalo Malcolm

Perfect spot for Maui if you have a group!
This place was unbelievably perfect for our stay and exceeded almost all expectations. Close to food and shopping and beach, pool and star gazing out on the golf green at night. The 3 bathrooms were much appreciated for our 3 groups. The entire place is renovated and really nice. Beds were comfy and AC was a rare treat for Hawaii places in our experience. View from the upstairs Lanai over Molokini cannot be overstated. There were several times we realized we had forgotten something or needed a cooler, for example, and every time we thought “I wonder if they have that here?”, the answer was always yes. Host was very helpful and clear communication the whole trip. Place was spotless and I hope we get to stay here again when we come back. Thank you again!!

Mahalo Hien. What a wonderful location and well appointed townhome! We were very comfortable and enjoyed having the kitchen separated from the living quarters by a floor. We did not need the upstairs pull out with the 2 kings in the guest room. Well outfitted with beach supplies and a cooler. The only thing I did not like was leaving.

The accommodations were better than described. Very clean and stocked with everything you could ever ask for. The pictures of the ocean views didn’t do it justice as they were amazing to see while sipping your coffee every morning. The location we found great. Yes it is a little off the water, but it is very quiet and clean. The places by the water were packed and loud. The pool area was very clean with more beautiful views and usually no more than 2 or 3 people in it anytime we went. The bedrooms are on the lower level, but didn’t give any issues to my older parents or my young children.
Owner was very responsive and was helpful with every question I had along the way. I thought the price was very fair given the accommodations. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Maui.

Wonderful property in Wailea!
Our family had a marvelous stay at this property. The condo was perfect for four adults and a twenty one month old. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. There were even spices and oil which were great to cook breakfast and lunches! The furnishings were nice, beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have plenty of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, detergent and Kleenex available! The lanai was a great place for coffee in the mornings and a drink in the evening, with a nice view of Molokini! There is great seating on the lanai and its really nice for afternoon naps! Overall I would highly recommend this property! The owner is very responsive and was very helpful in accommodating our needs!

Great for families wanting a quiet place
This was our first vacation since the pandemic started a year prior. We wanted to stay away from the crowds at the resorts and this property was perfect for our needs. Located on a golf course in Wailea, the grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The sleeping setup is exactly as described. Three full bathrooms was an extra nice feature with 7 people in our party. The pool was small but had a deep end so the kids were satisfied, especially since we often had it all to ourselves. Local beaches were only a few minutes drive away and the owner keeps this property well stocked with beach needs (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc). The Shops at Wailea are within walking distance if shopping is your thing. Our favorite part was having coffee every morning on the upstairs lanai while enjoying a beautiful view of Molokini Crater. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive to our questions. This is a quiet community so if you're looking to party, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a more private, tranquil place surrounded by the beauty of Maui, I highly recommend!

Great stay.
This town home is a 3-4 minutes from the beaches, but beats staying at one of the large resorts below (located directly on the beach). It is spacious, incredibly quiet, spotless and well stocked. Hien was perfectly attentive but never invasive...clearly a VRBO pro. She even purchased a new mattress for the master bedroom during out stay once I notified her of the loud squeak and discomfort of the bed. The new mattress was delivered 4 hrs later! While the deck view is not a full ocean view, it offers a lovely spot to have coffee and overlook the ocean. And by walking out onto the golf course below at night we had a wonderful sunset viewing spot. Dishes, appliances and cooking gadgets along with cleaning supplies and shower supplies were in abundance--among the best I've experienced in VRBO homes in over 14 years of renting. I would recommend staying here without reservation.

Simple awesome
We have been to Maui many times, this unit is the nicest we have rented. Communication excellent from owner answering our many questions.
Kitchen stocked well with many little extras I have not seen at other vrbo units in the area.
The two bedrooms with double kings in second are also unique.
Double lanai is lovely we used the top one exclusively.
I have never tried an electric grill before and was pleasantly surprised. It takes longer than gas but in the end provides an even cook.
As a golfer I wanted to make sure this unit wasn’t in bad shot range. And all good as well plenty of room no issues.
In the end we always ask ourselves would we rent this unit again? And the answer is 100% YES!!!

Excellent Wailea spot for sizable family group
The two-story condo provided a convenient and well-equipped base of operations for our extended family group of seven (4 adults, 3 teenagers). Location is close to some favorite beaches (Polo, Ulua, Po'olenalena, Kamaole III) and also to the diversity of restaurants in Kihei. The two lanais and large living rm/dining area was ample spreadout space for our group. Especially appreciated having three bathrooms to hasten post-beach showers for everyone. Condo had all necessary kitchen implements and a full collection of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc. Hien (the owner) was responsive to questions and communicated promptly about an air-conditioner repair. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo as a great place for a large family or group of 6-8 guests.

Wonderful Condo in Wailea
We had a great week at Hien’s lovely condo in Wailea in early February 2019. Hien was an excellent host, providing everything we could possibly need and quickly responding to any information requests we might have. The condo is located in a beautiful area, which is perfect for walking, and directly overlooks a small golf course. While there was abundant room for the three couples in our party inside the condo, we were usually found relaxing in the shady lanai, where we could watch humpback whales breaching in the ocean or enjoy the birds and flowers. When we weren’t glassing for whales, we could watch the action on the golf course or admire the sunset. We highly recommend this VRBO and hope to return some day. Brad and Diane Culling

Second time was even better
My spouse and I have had an excellent vacation in Maui - in large part due to the rental property. The property is very well equipped including, may favourite, the kitchen. Everything was in very good condition and the visit went off without a fault.
We spent each evening on the lanai watching the sun set and have already booked a return visit. The owner was available and responded to any questions we had.

Perfect vacation
Beautiful condo, fairly represented photos and description. We stayed for a week, 2 couples and 2 children. The condo was very nice; peaceful, beautiful views, comfortable, newly remodeled, fully stocked and provided the perfect retreat to wine and dine after a fun filled day at the beach. The complex is clean, quiet, centrally located and well taken care of. The pool was wonderful, warm and quiet. Hien was fabulous, very thorough and quite responsive.
