The penthouse was very nice and had everything you needed for either a relaxing stay or fun night out in Vegas! Beautiful bathroom was the biggest highlight of the property.

When we arrived to the penthouse there were cigarette and brown stains on the couch and something was burnt in the refrigerator. Also the bathtub jets were so strong they flooded the bathroom.

I like it how roomy it is.

Room were not ready by 3pm. Seem like they are understaff. Long line. We has a dirty sofa-bed. Wanted to charge us for extra trash bag and sheets.

Kitchen space.

It was Dusty n unkept, the room did not have a strip view.

Jacuzzi on balcony was a nice feature.

Dryer would not latch. TV and devices in living room were all unplugged. Getting a hold of anyone was very difficult. Not very accommodating.

The view was great. The penthouse looks beautiful. The things that did work in the penthouse were great.

The handles to faucets were broken. The doors to the balcony would automatically lock you outside. The kitchen was missing all supplies to cook except for 2 forks, an odd number of plates and bowls, and champagne glasses. The hot tub chlorine amount was so off that it ruined my friends bathing suits and gave me a rash. There was no light on the balcony. The sofa bed mattress sank through the springs in the front. The WiFi did not work. The washer and dryer did not work.
