Remodeled 4-bedroom vacation home just 2 minutes to Coronado Beach
Notre maison de plage lumineuse et spacieuse récemment rénovée vous attend. Situé au coeur du village de Coronado dans une rue bordée d'arbres. Après un court trajet sur les croiseurs de plage que nous fournissons, vous pourrez profiter de la plage classée n ° 1 aux États-Unis. Notre maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bain a une nouvelle grande salle ouverte avec salon intérieur / extérieur, une nouvelle cuisine avec appareils Bosch, planchers de bois franc, plafonds voûtés, bains mis à jour, ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre et une cheminée à gaz. Les grands espaces de vie extérieurs (selon les normes Coronado) de notre maison de plage vous inviteront à des barbecues et à de longues conversations relaxantes sur le patio arrière. Profitez également des citrons et des avocats de nos arbres fruitiers dans la cour arrière.
Ceci est une maison de plain-pied, donc vous avez un accès facile à toute la maison sans avoir à voyager entre plusieurs étages.
Notre maison est située à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage nord et plage de chien, nous avons des chaises de plage, des jouets et des serviettes. Il s’agit d’une promenade facile à pied ou à vélo sur les bateaux de croisière sur la plage (et le chariot à vélo) que nous proposons au centre-ville de Coronado ou à l’atterrissage du ferry. Notre maison est une excellente alternative à l'Hôtel Del Coronado à une fraction du prix!
Lorsque vous ne profitez pas de la plage ou de la plage, vous pouvez découvrir la sensation de notre petit paradis de vacances en famille où vous pouvez marcher ou faire du vélo tout ce que Coronado offre. Best beach vacation!
This was our second July at this home- we love everything about it... owners are excellent at communicating... Home is spotless with brand new fabulous kitchen and the outdoor area (front and back) is perfect for spending lots of time outdoors relaxing, playing, and dining. Very quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach... Bikes and boogie boards provided! We highly recommend this VRBO for families and pets!! Love it!

This was a perfect place for our family. Easy access to everywhere we wanted to go as a family. Nice set up in the back yard to relax and let kids play. Having bikes available was a fun time for a family to pull the toddlers around, Easy walk to playground and beach,

The lovely house had everything one could want. The beds were terrific and the kitchen was superbly equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the avocados from the tree in the perfect backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was located conveniently with only a short walk to the beach and Orange Avenue.

We have rented a Coronado vacation house from owners Scott and Colleen for at least one month every year for the past six years. They are the best landlords as they do everything possible to make staying in their house enjoyable. All the positive comments about this house in the other reviews are true and I would have a difficult time saying more than what others have expressed without being redundant. We are already committed for next year and are looking forward to another pleasant “winter” in Coronado.

We have rented a Coronado vacation house from owners Scott and Colleen for at least one month every year for the past six years. They are the best landlords as they do everything possible to make staying in their house enjoyable. All the positive comments about this house in the other reviews are true and I would have a difficult time saying more than what others have expressed without being redundant. We are already committed for next year and are looking forward to another pleasant “winter” in Coronado.

Bikes and beach toys are provided and well maintained. We honestly hate to review this so highly because we want to save this gem all for ourselves. Can't wait for our next visit. Well worth every penny we spend on it.

Loved my vacation at Coronado Village
This was my second summer staying at Coronado Village and hope it isn't my last! The newly remodeled kitchen is beautiful along with the rest of the home. The house is perfectly located in Coronado in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the beach, Orange Ave, the bay, and the Coronado Ferry. This home comes nicely accommodated with bikes, plenty of necessities for the beach, a wonderful patio and grill, cable, and so much more! If you're looking for a place that feels like "home away from home" I would highly recommend!

Beautiful Coronado Home
Another wonderful trip! Thank you Scott and Colleen we love the new house. Just blocks from the beach on a perfect street. From the house you can walk everywhere to eat, shop and take the ferry to San Diego. Or you can relax in the back yard and bbq for a quiet night in. Looking forward to next years trip already.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood... near the beach and all the fun things to do in Coronado! Four bedrooms and beautiful new kitchen/great room. Wonderful fenced in back yard with grill and seating for 10! Outdoor shower for when you get home from beach.. Bikes/boogie boards/ beach chairs and umbrellas all provided with home. Highly recommend this home for families or to gather friends at the beach! We will definitely be back!

Five Star Gem in Coronado
This home is everything it is advertised and more! Fabulous location within walking distance to the beach and a very short bike ride to downtown. The owner has thought of everything--beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, boogie boards and bikes-- all in excellent condition. The home is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Plenty of good quality linens and bath towels and thoughtful touches for guests to get started like shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The kitchen is perfect for families and friends to gather and well stocked with all the basics. We've stayed in many vrbo homes over the years and this is among the best. We will definitely be back!

Plenty of space for our family!
Flew from the East coast for a conference being held in San Diego. Spent time some time in this beautiful house, the pictures do not do it justice. Owners are great to work with and respond quickly. The living area and kitchen wide open and well stocked with plenty of plates, pans, glasses, etc. Enjoyed coffee in the am on the front patio, afternoon sunshine in the back yard. Plenty of beach chairs, water toys and towels. I would definitely recommend it for people coming to the San Diego area, or Coronado especially. Easy to get around the island with the bikes provided by the owner. This place is centrally located on the island, well-kept and highly clean as well.

Newly Renovated Home
We stayed at this thoughtfully renovated home for the months of January and February. This is the fifth year we have rented a house through Colleen and Scott. The house is a short walk to one of the best beaches in the US. Beach bikes, sand toys, sand chairs, boogy boards and beach towels are provided. The house is perfect for family vacations. As always, when renting from Colleen and Scott, you will find the house very clean and well equipped for an enjoyable stay in beautiful Coronado. We’ll be back next
year!

We loved the inside and outside space. Nice size kitchen, bedrooms, and living room. Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Great experience, we can't to go back next year.

Relaxing, Homey & Welcoming
Colleen & Scott's home is relaxing and welcoming! The furnishings are cozy and the location excellent! I loved sitting on the shaded patio for morning coffee & welcomed with the National Anthem playing in a distance at the Naval Base!. Close to the beach, downtown and the ferry for a quick trip to see the Padres! There was everything one would want, grill, patio areas, bikes, beach toys and chairs, beach towels, kitchen pans and utensils, comfortable furniture, etc. We really enjoyed ourselves, in fact so much we have rebooked the home for next year are eager to return! Thanks Colleen & Scott!

Really enjoyed this very spacious home. The location was close to everything. You can walk anywhere on the Island from this location especially the beach! The inside of the house is nicely decorated and very clean. Looking forward to next years visit.
