The property was beautiful! Wonderful amount of space for two families to spread out. We loved all the extras that came with the unit (beach chairs and umbrella, ice maker, fully stocked kitchen, sauna and huge balconies with views). Easy access to pool and beach as well. It will go down as one of the BEST vacations and beach condo!

Every time we've stayed in a condo at The Beach Club, we've had a fantastic time. The property management staff is always friendly and helpful. The Beach Bum team personally called me to see if we had any concerns, questions, or needed help booking reservations, and they informed us that they were available for any of our needs. We liked the informative digital billboard and how simple it was to check in and out. I would strongly advise booking through VRBO or BeachBum!

Short family trip to beach in late January. Weather was not good, but condo and location were off the charts. Spacious, clean, incredibly balconies, fully outfitted, great workout facility and perfect location. Will definitely be coming back for week long stay soon!

Very nice condo. First bedroom was chilly but we were there over the winter storm that came through. Would differently stay again.

We stayed at the large condo with my family as we were in Pensacola to see my son graduate from college. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there as the home was large and had amazing water views from most of the windows in the home. I think only one didn’t have a view. We slept with the balcony slider door in the master bedroom open and listened to the waves crash on the beach which was so nice. The condo is an end unit so the balconies were large and wrapped around. We cooked a lot of meals and had everything that we needed. I loved everything about our stay and would definitely go back!

We had a lovely family vacation at The Beach Club. Our unit was well stocked, roomy, and comfortable. Unexpected extras like ice machine, air fryer, crockpot, beach toys, commercial size washer/ dryer were a def bonus. The pool area & hot tub can def use a facelift, they are in need of care. Construction next door was loud from 6am-4pm. We loved the umbrella & chairs on the beautiful white sand beaches. The beds were comfy and clean. Next time we would stay in higher unit so as not to see the building in front of ours. Recommend 6th floor or higher. Pensacola Beach did not disappoint, we will be back!

This condo was awesome. Both balconies were huge and great for hanging out. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Worked out great for days when we all had to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a great bonus. Thanks for a wonderful week!

We stayed with the family with ages from 0-65yrs old and everyone enjoyed the location, walking distance to Resturants, beach and other activities. View from the balcony is nice, just as described. Overall good place to spend time in Pensacola!!

We've stayed in this building before, but this is our first time in this condo. Beach Bums are the greatest. This condo was comfortable and sparkling clean. There were books to read and games and puzzles for downtime. The linens are luxurious and the beds incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made many meals. Walking distance to GREAT restaurants. The view is incredible. You can see the sunrise and sunset! I highly recommend this condo and Beach Bums!

I am not the only one to say that 2020 was a rough year and I and my family really looked forward to this family vacation in Pensacola. The Condo maintained by Beach Bum was spectacular! Clean, fully stocked, helpful services like grocery shopping that saved me hours of time so I could spend a relaxing first day on the beach! The condo itself has spectacular views, worth every penny for it was heavenly. Book it - you will not be disappointed!

Our family was able to gather under the same roof which was really nice. The space is very beautiful and clean. With it being on the beach was just WOW! Would love to rent again. Maybe next year.

My family came to celebrate my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary. The condo was exactly like listed. The kitchen was well stocked! Loved having an ice maker. All beds were super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

We had a group of 8 friends stay at this location to celebrate our Bride-to-be and absolutely loved everything about this condo. We cooked breakfast every morning, enjoyed long days at the beach, and walked to dinner. The free beach chairs were a nice touch. Nobody in our group had one complaint about this gorgeous condo and I hope to return soon.

This was a great place for our family of 10. The location was great and the condo & building were very nice and clean. Easy access and the staff was very accommodating. I love that they can do your grocery shopping! That saved us a lot of time. Our favorite thing about our condo was the balconies. I was able to enjoy the scenery during the kid's nap time and the sunsets were amazing. We will be back for sure!

We loved this condo! The location is great - right on the beach and near shopping & dining. Grocery store minutes away. We placed a grocery order at Walmart and picked it up on our way in. The beach is beautiful, the condo is very clean, spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals. The gym is nicely equipped and having a spa on-site was so nice. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Lower beds and higher toilets would be great for we seniors

We stayed for a long weekend with another couple. It was too cold to enjoy the balcony but the view from the condo more than made up for that! It’s exactly as advertised. Very clean and in an excellent location. Look no further, stay here!!

We loved this condo!!! It has everything you need. Our family vacay was perfect!! The condo is decorated so pretty. All our beds were comfy. We cooked a couple nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The patios are huge and a nice place to take a break. The location of this condo was close to everything. We will be back next year!!

Such an amazing condo!!!!! A luxurious condo, with everything a person would need while on vacation. Beautiful view,and an ideal location!!!! We could walk to restaurants, stores,everything. The condo was gorgeous and beyond more than we had expected. We had a fabulous time and the Beach Bum representatives went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed and to check on us. We will definitely look at booking this condo again.

Beautiful place - just like the pictures. It was well stocked with items and very clean. My family had a wonderful time.

10 of us stayed for 5 nights. With the large decks and open floor plan we were very comfortable. We loved the amenities, the indoor pool, beautiful fitness center, outdoor pool and awesome beach it would be near impossible not to have a great stay!

Everything "as advertised". 3rd time staying at the Beach Club, love it. Plenty of dinning options in walking distance as well.

The condo was more beautiful than the photos. There was enough room for 10 people and with 4 bedroom 4 bath this was an exceptional unit. The back deck wraps around the side also so it is one of the largest decks in the complex along with the front deck off of the second master, great views of the sunset and a beautiful area to sit in the evenings. The electric grill on the back deck was great to use, while watching the waves roll in the beautiful beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and has a stand-alone ice maker and wine frig. The wine frig is stocked with complimentary bottles that you just pay forward and replenish what you take. There is a liquor store, numerous restaurants, ice cream/sno ball, and souvenir shops all within walking distance. Once you make a stop at the main grocery across the bridge in Gulf Breeze, about 3 miles away, you can park the car and not get back in til it's time to go home. After a fun morning at the beach it's great to come upstairs and let the kids have lunch and re-set before heading out into the afternoon sun. The unit comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella and there is a 1 hour free rental of the kayak or paddle board that is included in everyday. The washer and dryer works great, the beds are all new and amazingly comfortable, all of the HD Tv's have Netflix, Roku, or DVD players. We have been visiting the Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach area for the last 15 years. we have rented condo's and houses and this is the Best Unit we have stayed in, by far. I will be recommend this unit and the folks at BeachBumbb to everyone from now on. Prior to arrival the management company BeachBumb were outstanding. They contacted us about our arrival checking to see if we needed any special assistance and continued to check in with us throughout our trip, excellent concierge service.
