Beautiful views in the heart of Siena. Very comfortable bed as well as a clean, spacious room. Staff were very friendly and helpful with the parking and recommendations.

Breakfast is buffet style with a good selection to choose from. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to ensure you make the most of your stay.

The rooms are not well sound proofed so you do hear quite clearly what is happening in the neighbouring rooms.

The hotel was beautifully appointed and decorated with great sympathy for the antiquity of the building. Such a calm and tranquil atmosphere.The breakfast was fresh and varied with friendly staff on hand to help. During the day there was always somebody around to help out with any requests or queries. It was quiet at night. The honesty bar came in very handy when returning late and in need of a night cap.

The wet room could have been a little larger - but this is a small point.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, 13th century and is very special. The staff were amazing and breakfast delicious.

Nothing I disliked but if you are not very mobile the stairs could be difficult if the lift was unavailable.

the place is very old and cozy, the building dated on the 13th century yet it has been modernized, the staff are wonderful

What a unique place. As an interior designer, I appreciate well designed spaces and architecture. This hotel used to be a 13th century palace/private residence and it is remarkable. They used every square inch of space creatively and functionally and the bathroom was modern with amenities . The staff was lovely and helpful and we enjoyed our stay so much. Would highly recommend if you’d like cool and unusual boutique hotels.

Nothing not to like here. But if you’re wearing heels (or had a few too many glasses of wine) be very careful on their extremely old and original staircases. Parking was challenging.

Super friendly staff, helped us in everyway possible. The building is amazing and has been restored perfectly, its very contemporary and has lots of fun quirks. The breakfast was perfect, great variety. We will definitely return!

Superb location. Fantastic building - historic but with every modern convenience. Staff are amazing - so attentive. Breakfast is first class. Our junior suite was spacious, comfortable and with everything you would need for a first class stay.
