The property was quite nice. Very nice park in front, great place to relax. The room itself was perfect for couple, small stove/ oven to cook. only about 20 minute walk to bus station and grocery store. Nice area :D

We were overcharged. Disappointing as we would have left 10 stars otherwise :(. not fair to other properties in the area who charge listed price on booking *property adds surcharges/ miscellaneous fees

Amazing value for money, it’s a fair walk into town but for the price, we didn’t mind.

The host was very nice and helpful.

Spacious and clean apartment. Fairly well equipped kitchen with a big fridge freezer and a blender. The value was very good and Nicolas was kind and answered many questions for us. Strong AC in the bedroom.

We had flat 5, which is on the road side of the block of flats. This means it has the sun on it all afternoon making the kitchen too hot to spend time in for most of the day ad night as it's hard for it to cool down. The bedroom has AC so stayed cool, but it was not strong enough to cool the whole flat. There were also very loud motor bikes going by in the night. We travel with ear plugs so it was okay for us. I think these problems are much less in their other apartments, which are more shielded.

Apart Nicolas is the best place to relax, after a busy day of sight seeing in this lovely and quiet town. Everything you may need is all around this place. Very comfortable lodging accommodations.

Room with decent facilities.

- The biggest problem is the noise. The apartment is right next to a busy road. There are many heavy motorbikes roaming around all night creating lots of noise so it's impossible to sleep at all at night. The people there remodelled their bike so it would go faster but create a lot more noise. - People were not helpful. Upon arrival, there were at least 5 people in the house, nobody would help or gave us directions, they just lay on the couch and watch TV. The owner told us to take a taxi to all the places we wanted. But this costs a lot more than the Rio Uruguay bus. So just head to the central terminal and take the bus there. - The location is not close to anything. You need to walk 25 minutes to the bus stop that goes to both the waterfalls and the airport. Yet you still don't get any quietness.

Exceptional price value ratio. You get a big and nice apartment. You even have an own barbecue place on the balcony with everything you need. The owner was very caring and friendly. Really good choice

The kitchen could have been a bit better equipped.

good location, multiple supermarkets very close, restaurants within walking distance. everyone was very nice and helpful. WiFi works great, comfortable bed, and good air-con.

there was no warm water and it was very loud at night.

Host was friendly. No breakfast. Conveniently located above a store that had everything we needed.

A few additional amenities would have made our stay even better—2 room keys, a dish towel in the kitchen, shampoo/toiletries, an additional bath towel.

Apart Nicolas is a superb place to stay in Puerto Iguazú. The owner Nicolas is very friendly and helpful and it was a vwey big pleasure to meet him. If I go back to Puerto Iguazú, I will stay there again.
