Profitez de la splendeur du paysage de pays et ranchs de chevaux voisin tout en étant à quelques minutes de restaurants, boutiques et des établissements vinicoles. Nous sommes juste une courte promenade dans le centre de Santa Ynez, à 3 miles de Los Olivos et à 5 miles de Solvang.
Tous les conforts de la maison vous attendent dans cette casita de style espagnol dotée de murs en plâtre, de plafonds cathédrale et de tuiles en terre cuite. La casita est complètement privée et séparée de la maison principale.
La grande chambre dispose d'une grande baie vitrée offrant des vues spectaculaires de la propriété, une grande cheminée à foyer et de nombreuses fenêtres pour profiter des magnifiques jardins paysagers. Il y a un téléviseur 32 'à écran plat, complet avec «Total Choice Package» DirecTV avec une sélection variée et large de chaînes. Un lecteur DVD et un assortiment de DVD pour tous les âges est prévu pour votre plus grand plaisir. WiFi haut débit récemment ajouté. We stayed three nights at the casita. It was wonderful to have nature around us and all the comforts of home. I enjoyed the beautiful tile floors and ranch decor as well as the lush grass surrounding the casita. The whole environment was relaxing and serene. Our dog was happy and comfortable, he loved walking and sniffing around the property. There were beautiful animals on neighboring properties that we saw on our walks too. We visited nearby towns-Santa Ynez, Los Olivos and Solvang. Went to several wineries. The location is perfect and the accommodations couldn't be better. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation away from everyday life.

Charming, comfortable guesthouse and an excellent location! We were there for a wedding at Koehler Winery, but it is close to everything, restaurants, wineries, shopping. Beautiful property, lots of trees, quiet and relaxing. The Hosts were very friendly and also helpful in recommending dog friendly breakfast locations. We highly recommend this Vrbo and would definitely stay there again.

Thank you to amazing hosts Jeanne and Leo for a great stay in Santa Ynez. The Casita was perfect for our weekend and was so centrally located to both Santa Ynez and Los Olivos. We were close to everything. The casita is quiet and the grass outside was perfect for our dog who had the best time running around after a long day of wine tasting :) Jeanne and Leo welcomed us with a personalized sign and treats and were always available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Santa Ynez!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Santa Ynez property. It’s a lovely casita close, but not too close, to great wine tasting. The property is very relaxing place to just hang out but there are also some fun little towns close by to explore. Jeanne and Leo are gracious, friendly hosts – responsive to questions, respectful of your privacy and keenly aware that you’re on vacation. We had our dog with us and it was a great place for him too – lots to explore and a comfortable, quiet casita to take a nap in.

We had a delightful stay at this beautifully appointed casita. Casita is located on a large property that our pup enjoyed wandering around. The hosts are very helpful and also respect your privacy. This place, like Santa Ynez, is about relaxation. We would certainly stay here again.

Our trip was fabulous. Leo & Jeanine were tremendous hosts.. We loved our stay. We loved it so much we went back on our return from Paso Robles and Carmel Valley. Their Casita isvery private inviting and Cozy.
It felt like we were home.

We loved our getaway at the Casita. The place was clean, cozy, quiet, and close to town. Jeanne and Leo were amazing and very warm and welcoming. Also very dog friendly and their two small dogs were really sweet. Check in and check out instructions were very simple and it helps the place is easy to keep clean. Definitely plan on going back in the future

We enjoyed our stay in Santa Ynez at Jeanne and Leo’s place. It was relaxing and there were nice touches like coffee beans in the fridge and a banana walnut cake for breakfasts. Santa Ynez is very close although the town is not walker-friendly. Los Olivos and Solvang are also so close and accessible. The casita is comfortable if a little tight in places. There are a lot of bugs which is a function of the locale. Jeanne could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay

The location is gorgeous, with acres to walk around and enjoy the scenery and nearby farm life. We spent much of our trip just relaxing in and around the house. Our dogs loved it!
The house itself is very inviting, with tons of decoration and art, and there's plenty of space. It was prepared with anything we could need, including some delicious snacks and coffee. Lots of very thoughtful touches.

The casita in Santa Ynez is the perfect spot to unwind and rediscover nature. The property is quiet and allows you to visit horses and cows on the extensive grounds. If you prefer to cook at home, you have both an indoor and outdoor option. The casita is very clean, beds are comfortable, and shower water pressure awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jeanne and Leo's house in Santa Ynez. Sparkling clean with super comfy beds and pillows. Well appointed kitchen. We dined one night outside on the back patio and then enjoyed a glorious sunset while we watched the neighbors horses, a highlight of our trip as we felt truly submersed in the Santa Ynez vibe! I had the pleasure of chatting with Leo, super friendly and interesting! All in all, a wonderful time at this VRBO!

We were looking for a perfect getaway spot from San Diego, and we found it. The Casita is in such a tranquil setting, and the owners clued us in to such wonderful places as El Rancho Market. It has everything you need. This is the perfect location to explore Solvang, Santa Ynez, Buellton, Los Olivos, and only about 50 minutes from Santa Barbara. We look forward to a return stay.

Such a great guest house! We've been traveling to Santa Ynez/Los Olivos area for several years and have stayed in several house. This by far was one of our best experiences.
Jeanne and Leo were lovely and very hospitable. We had 2 labradors with us and they had such much fun running around the very large property. Close to town to pop over for dinner.
