Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy walk to some food spots, but quick drives to other locations as well. Beach was clean and nice view of ocean from deck. Kitchen was perfect for quick meals or sitting and eating together. As my 4 year old said, This is Fantastic!

Right on the beach!! Great place to shore fish and fish in the lagoon. State park wasn’t that far away and has super bike trails. We liked that this condo was west of the main intersection but a few stores close enough to be convenient. Oh and the beds were very comfy!

This was such a great place to stay. There was an issue with the air, we had to come a little late, we were refunded quickly for the night we missed and the unit was nice and cool the next day. The owner was so nice to work with. We will be back for sure

Good locale for the price. Parking was great! Minor plumbing and bed problems but nothing that spoiled the trip. The host was very receptive. Best place for the $$. Would stay here again for sure.

This place is a very good place to make memories with your family the condo could use some upgrades this place is very convenient to the beach and shopping. And there are so few places that you can take your 4 legged family members. And Stephanie has been great this is the 2nd year in a row that we have stayed here and hope to go back next year.

No problems renting, good location, close to beach.

Easy process. Had no issues renting. Property not perfect but perfect enough for us!

Had a great vacation! Condo had a great view of the Gulf with easy access to the beach. Condo does not have a traditional balcony. It is a shared porch space at the front door. Carpet in bedrooms needs replacing and there are some other things that need fixing like outdoor fan at front of the condo is rusted and rotting. Condo also only has one small bathroom to share. Condo was good for pets and kids as you don’t have to be as concerned about cleanliness. Overall was okay but price could be lower due to the more rustic state of the condo.

As others have stated, unit is in need of various repairs (notably; tiles cracked and patio doors/screens). Closets are full of "stuff". Had a very bad start, as unit looked like it had not been cleaned since last usage. Ownership resolved very well the next day (very good communication with ownership). Stairway from ground level to unit could really use a hosing down. Unit did not have, so we needed to purchase our own paper towels and toilet paper. Loved the location and GS's area. Very nice areas in front of buildings for the pups to relieve themselves. We were there at a slow time as beach (which is very close) was never crowded.

The view from the condo is wonderful.you can see the ocean from the balcony.it is a very short distance to the beach.you are also close to the restaurants and shops.the bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable.plenty of parking also.my dog Lilly also enjoyed her stay

This was my first time to Gulf Shores, the property was a good location, great rates and right on the beach! Stephanie was great and I can't wait to go back! The absolute worst thing I can say is parking isn't exactly big truck (dually) friendly, but we made it work. I highly recommend staying here.

First the good stuff....the location is pretty good. If you have a pet the grass area in front of condo is great. The beach is right there and is awesome. Gulf shores is very cool. This way my wife and my first visit. Beautiful parks and plenty to see and do at fair prices. Now the bad. This place is pretty busted up. Closet doors don't close, the patio doors don't open. Cracks in the floor, all drawers are kinda of over flowing. But, we would stay there again as the positives far outway the negatives.

Dog friendly condo right on the beach! Nice, clean and convenient dog walking grassy area which includes poop bags and trash can. Loved the deck chairs with beautiful view of the waves. So nice that many kitchen basics (condiments, salad dressing, seasonings, dish detergent, toiletries, etc) were included at no additional charge. Would highly recommend this condo. Great trip!

Starting off I didn't expect anything super extravagant when booking this condo. I have booked pet friendly condos on other beaches before and learned to temper my expectations. We rented this condo Aug 24-Sept 2. We were fortunate to have had the entire building to ourselves for nearly the entire week. On the 30th, and 1st (Labor Day weekend 2018) the complex was packed with other guest. You could hear anything and everything from inside the condo (people walking up and down the halls, steps, cars parking, etc.) . I couldn't imagine a full week of this. Parking underneath can be tight especially if you have a truck or large SUV, and in some spots difficult to open the doors to get out of your vehicle. You should be ok if you have a smaller car though. To touch on a previous review the lot does flood when it rains for a period of time. The water came to my ankles, in this particular instance. Apparently the complex did away with assigned parking. So you are free to park wherever. As for the condo we didn't spend a whole lot of time in it to be honest. However it is on the 3rd floor (Top level) so there are lots of stairs for in case you are in need of a cardio workout. Stephanie's condo is furnished with everything you could ever need, including beach gear. It is spacious,accommodating, and best of all pet friendly. The washer and dryer was a nice amenity to have, as we were able to travel home with clean laundry. I will say the dryer seemed to be towards the end of its lifespan, but it works nonetheless. You are just feet from the beach, and the complex also has a pool which was awesome. They also have a couple of nice grills. You are also close to lots of restaurants and different hangouts. Stephanie was great to work with and very responsive. Overall our negative experiences came in the final two days. If you take away the last two nights our stay was awesome. I would rate this property at a 3.5 stars, its not the nicest place, but it was pet friendly, on the beach, and had everything you need.

Condo is clean, great beds and only steps from beach, you aren't wore out walking down there. Thanks so much for being dog friendly. Convenient to everything. We will be back.

Visiting family

Stephanie was great to work with. She responded right away to all emails. The condo was great, everything we needed for our stay. The beach was amazing and we sat many times just watching the dolphins out in the waves. Both condo and beach were very clean. Our only issue came in parking. When it rains, the parking slots hold water. We were under the impression parking was not assigned, none of the slots were marked for specific units/owners. Our 2nd night, we parked in a spot, directly under units 109/209, so we did not have to step out in the standing water. The owners of unit 109 could be heard screaming from the parking area that we were in their spot. Very rudely (and that is being nice) came up telling us we were in their spot and needed to move our car. We explained we did not realize there was assigned parking and were told they were owners and it was their spot. While they apologized later, it did not negate the way the situation was handled. The owners of unit 110 parked in the main lane blocking the first two spots under units 110/210. If owners have assigned parking spots, they should be clearly marked and renters need to be aware of this rule. Thankfully, the condo was not full so were able to easily find parking.

Loved being right on the water! Quiet, but not too far from the strip. Beautiful sands. Plenty of space in the condo!

Nice place and great location.

Our only complaint was there was no outside lighting at all for the walk up and down the stairs. It was dangerous. We couldn't see our hand in front of our faces. We talked to the construction workers and they said the wiring was torn out of all the outside lights so there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend anyone staying until that is fixed. Lawsuit waiting to happen.
